  I was not impressed. I called the day before to inquire about scheduling a towing. I was assured that it was possible so I scheduled a 7am pickup for the next day. 7:30 am comes and the person I speak with (the same person from the day before) has no idea about anything. Here they come an hour and a half later, take 20 minutes to get the car on the tow truck, and finally got my car to my 8:00am appointment at 9:00am. But they definitely found my number 2 or 3 times within an hour to make sure I paid that $100 invoice. If you can't get someone else to tow it, just put your car in neutral and walk it where it needs to go.

  Never have a wreck & get it towed there!! They're all about getting there money and not about helping there customers. Worse place ever.
