Worst phone experience of my life I call asking for a part dude slick with an attitude talking about some just come look they can't even tell me what kind of cars they have on the yard
Scrapping is tough work. Its appreciated when you have people who get that and can take the sting out of a tough day. Courteous staff who know their business well. True professionals
This is the yard to visit just to see what they have lawnmowers, ATVs,motorcycles, havey equipment. I go in there just to look and always find something I need.
They took an old car off my hands and paid me reasonably for it; thing is, the people there could try being a bit more friendly to customers and not have them feeling as though they are doing us a favor that we don't really deserve. Won't be doing further business with Worley's based on the impression I left with the first time I ever conducted business with them.
Bought a transmission had to exchange it five times charged me three hundred and fifty dollars and fifty dollars core charge . The one in charge didn’t want to talk to me he sent this redneck who tells me to get a lawyer they don’t give any money back. A certified mechanic told them what was wrong with each transmission he said they even poured the old fluids out put in new in one to make good he said it and old trick. All together I’m out with installations about 1500.00 hundred dollars and no refund and no transmission. Thank God I’m a Christian
I was given the wrong part after waiting 3 hours to receive it after being told it would be 30-45 minutes. I called twice the next business day and was told that he was far behind because he’s there by himself. I said so do I need to just come in as a regular customer and wait for the part to be pulled he paused and was like I can’t do anything because the boss isn’t here. My assumption is that they don’t have the correct part and just gave me what they had. This is the worse service I’ve ever received from a salvage yard. ZERO STARS!
When and if you need anything for your car..this is the place to go to. Service and the people that work here are totally awesome...Thank you for helping me out.
