I recycled some cans today here. The gentleman were very helpful. I got in my car and it wouldn't start. The battery was dead. They jump-started my car for me. Thank you so very much for your help!!!
Horrible ! Horrible service! There aren’t any signs of direction to make it a simple process of trade. 2 of the Weigh In - Out workers We’re very rude and mean! The guy said “Next time do as your told!” When no one ever said anything.
Have always felt that they treated me fair. Ive never left feeling cheated. Like at the place closest to my house.(Airways scrape metal) not to name names but I'll gladly drive across Memphis on a hot day . Scraping is hard enough.without being cheated.thanks to the ppl working here for treating a man fair.!!!!!
They have horrible customer service and the scales haven't been certified in god knows how long. I brought 7500lbs, which I checked my weight at a truck service location with a certified scale, and they said I only had 5140lbs. The truck weighed at least 3500lbs (85 ranger 4x4) and there was enough steel in the bed that the frame bent when they lifted it off the trailer which means it had close to 4000lbs in the bed. I will never come here again. Second time they screwed me on a vehicle.
Never do business there again,bought a used tire up front on display with the wheels and tires,paid $30 ,ended up having 3 knife cuts in the side,they were very disrespectful and told me it was sold as is...i gave 1 star because i had too..do not recommend this place
Guys here are in middle of the ghetto and are used to stealing lower class peoples money, I'm a 38 yr old 18 yr experience plumber and he wanted to hold my copper for five days and also told me at 2:46 on a Saturday he was closing too when it says 5pm , I got treated like a criminal and I'll never take my stuff here if I can and I suggest you do same if you value the dollar$$$$$
I went here to sell some scrap and there was very little direction from the staff on what I should do. This was my first time in a scrap yard and I had no idea how it worked. I recommend asking a lot of questions, mainly where to unload the specific type of scrap you are selling.
