There is no communication between the office and the drivers who pick up. I scheduled a pick up on a day off for them to pick up at 10am. The drivers called and said they were an hour away at 12pm. All the while the office is blowing me up asking if my car has been picked up. Two and a half more hours pass and I have to cancel because I have to pick my son up (Which is why I scheduled it at 10am) rescheduled for Friday at 6pm. They called at 6 and said they needed to reschedule. So I rescheduled for Sunday at 9am. (Meanwhile the office is still calling asking me if it was picked up. And it isn't.) It is Sunday at 12:15pm now and no drivers have shown or called. I've given up on this company and do not recommend. I'm sure others have a good experience and that is great and hope anyone who decides to go through with them does get a good experience but I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone I know.
Oh no. I highly do not recommend. Called the number on the website to get a quote on a vehicle and they sounded almost like scammers. They offered me $200 for a PERFECTLY GOOD VEHICLE! Like there is no way. Also, even when I told them no thank you, they kept calling back trying to force me to take pictures of my car and vin. They even texted asking me to send pictures after saying no thank you multiple times. I will definitely not consider this place.
They gave me the best price for my vehicle. More than the others I talked to. The only problem I had was getting a time for pickup. They were easy to work with and helpful the whole way
They were fast, easy, very professional, and right to the point with no hassles loved them !!!!!and the tow truck guy!! was amazing such a cool guy and good worker
I'm wary of places I don't know and how often do you sell a car anyway? I was called back within minutes of my request and the process was completed via phone and text by the next business day. 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend.
I inquired about getting a quote for my Chevy Trailblazer. They gave me more than their competitors offered plus free towing. I scheduled a date and they came out when they said they would. The tower did a quick inspection and paid me on the spot what was negotiated. If I were to sell another high mileage vehicle, then it would be with this company.
