Mr. Lee is amazing! I had a dead battery and he went out of his way to come to my house and give me a boost. I returned to the store and he helped me find a new battery within my budget and replaced my old battery for me. #UncleLee
Mr. Lee (a living saint) was able to identify my overheating problem and went beyond the call or duty to fix my broken hose reinforce with metal and added some new clamps and got me back rolling. Cadillac would have charged me hundreds of dollars to do what Mr. Lee did for only the cost of parts. Extremely grateful to be back on the road heading to my next appointment

My wife and I went to the Lakeland, TN AutoZone for what we thought was a dead battery. We were taken care of by Lee Gaston. He came out to our car and tested the battery, starter and alternator and determined that everything was actually ok. Lee Gaston went above and beyond for me replacing one of the blown fuses in my vehicle. He pulled a few fuses interior as well as under the hood (and it is 80 something degrees outside😳). I had a Cpl backup fuses in my fuse box but because Mr Gaston spent so much time and truly helped me with my problem, I purchased more fuses from him. I will absolutely be coming back to this Lakeland Tn Autozone to see Lee. We don’t find people like him anywhere anymore and I was very blessed to have met someone so caring to help me.

A few days ago, I visited this Autozone store to buy antifreeze for my foreign vehicle, not realizing which brand or kind of antifreeze would be proper for my car. Mr. Blue and Mr. Mac provided exceptional service and ensured that I was informed about what products to choose from for future reference. The customer service at Autozone hwy64 Lakeland is superior. I took my car in to get a left headlight bulb and they were kind enough to change it out. A big thanks to Mr. Lee you always greetings the customers with a smile and ready to help.

I came to Mr. Lee to get my battery checked after being turned down at a previous auto zone. He asked me what I needed and assessed the problem with ease. Mr. Lee told me I had a bad battery and needed a new battery. Since I had purchased a new battery in December, I was still under warranty. Mr. Lee put a new battery in my vehicle with no problem. This autozone was the best experience by far!! I went in for a rear tail light and Trevor was so kind to put the new bulb in for me. Which actually caused him a slight problem but he was very patient and didn’t just send me on my way. With the help of a fellow employee Thomas they both were able to get the problem solved. My car was hesitant to start and Ms. Thyme Carson came out and checked my battery and told me it was bad. Ms. Carson had great customer service with a smile and was very patient with me when it came to my purchase. Unfortunately i had to make a return due to miss information . When Ms.Carson did the return the computer messed the return up thats when Ms. Latise Tate came in and she told Ms. Carson to call the help desk. Unfortunately the help desk made the situation worse and voided my whole transaction. Ms. Tate didn't not get frustrated and she called the help desk back and got the situation handled. Both of them had great customer service and did everything with a smile, which made my time in Autozone worth me coming back. I would like to thanks those ladies so much for the diligence and efforts.
Mr. Lee was wonderful. I came to autozone thinking my alternator was gone out because I was just there yesterday and purchased a battery. I was in a panic. Yet, Mr. Lee was very reassuring that everything was going to be ok. He assessed my car and was able to get me and my daughter back on the road in no time. I really appreciate Mr. Lee. :)

I wanted to express my gratitude to Mr. Lee Gaston for his assistance in helping me with my battery on 11/14/24. My battery light has been on and off for awhile even after getting a new one. Mr. Lee fixed the problem and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. He was so kind and nice. He even told me to come back and see him if I had any issues. Entire store was helpful but Lee Gaston went above and beyond fixing an issue that saved me nearly $700. It was not a quick or easy fix yet he remained kind, patient and personable throughout. In addition, he promised to help if the time comes that my tail light assembly needs replaced. Thanks to Mr. Gaston for all the help. He did a wonderful job.
I came on Sunday to check to see if my tail light fuse was blown and they told me it was and it wasn’t so I came back today to get a bulb instead and the computer showed they didn’t have any for my car but Uncle Lee came to the rescue and found the bulb I needed and installed it for me.
