He came out to my truck where I was broke down in front of the D1 Training business off of highway 64 due to high voltage reading on my dashboard so it was a alternator problem so I was already aware of the issue but when he came he literally have the problem fixed under an hour time Quick Easy & Very Efficient.
Definitely recommend this company to any truck driver that has truck issues in this area.
Thanx to Daniel he came out in less than 1 hr. Swopped my dead batteries and put 2 brand new ones and got the job done pretty quickly. I give a five star because of the service timing and friendly attitude. As long as you communicate what the problem is they can be all ready on site to get the job done without leaving the spot. Jeff sent me in the right direction and Bubba from Mid South come out and get me fixed up and back on the road. These guys went out of their way to help me when they couldn't and were the only ones to have the parts available for my trailer at 5 pm, on a Friday evening. Thank you brothers.
They got me off the road, got me fixed up, can’t complain about price. Overall, I’m happy with them, despite being frustrated with breakdown. I do appreciate them.
My Husband works on the road and decided to use this service and was one of the worst experiences, and customer service was horrible and rude, and heard later the owner of the company is a person of no honor or loyalty, he is money hungry and is a already wealthy man, he is no small business owner like us and does not care about his customers just money, must be that small man syndrom, thinking hes big and bad because hes 5'4.
Great job, went out of the way to help me. Installed shocks on my Class A rv even though they don't normal work on RVs but since I had a trip coming up, they did it for me. Above and beyond
They were backed up when our gooseneck trailer had a bearing seize and tore up a spindle,, outstanding service and work, which they finished before the promise date, I will return and encourage anyone else in need of their services to feel confident that your work will be done by professionals that know what they're doing. I am so thankful for Arlington , I had a driver who needed immediate assistance. We made the mistake of calling another local first as we're not from the area. That situation spiraled fast and we called Arlington who came to the rescue! William ( who politely let us know just to call him Bubba) was there very quickly. He fixed the issues in no time and absolutely was a mechanical genius. He got my driver up and running and literally saved our day. From the initial call to the completion of service, everyone was extremely friendly, professional and organized. I even called the owner after just to thank them for the amazing service we had. They will be the best decision you can make if you are in need of services and if we are in this area again, we won't hesitate to call. :)
I feel they didn't do their job correctly. I took my semi to get another oil change. I took my truck to these people back in August. They were supposed to change my filters out and replace one air bag. My filters were super dirty as though they didn't touch them. Then I had to go back they forgot to connect my bag back up. I paid them over 1,000 to do work. Were I went to do my 2nd oil change and other things they were much cheaper. Will never go to this company again. Rip off!!!!
One of the best shop I've been too in 20 years of trucking. Very knowledgeable mechanics and fair.. If in or near Memphis holla at these guys..A1 service
After reaching out for a minor air leak, these people came out but did not even check out the truck then telling us that they needed to tow our truck to their shop and it would take them more than 5 days before they could work on our truck. We discontinued the service right away then they demanded that we had to pay them $450 for showing up. We said No to payments for just showing up and not doing anything, not even checking the truck. They called the corps and we explained to the corps the entire situation, and ordered them to immediately leave the site. When we called a second mechanic after sending these guys away, it only took less than 40 mins and our truck was fixed. I don't recommend these guys; lazzy, rude and big scammers

Jeffery was great. Needed two air bags on my trailer, check valve, and leveling valve. He got right on it even as busy as they are. Took it in the morning and done that day. They will be my go to place when I'm in the Memphis, TN area.
My trailer wiring was chewed by a wild animal and shorted 2 fuses in the engine bay. When I arrived at Arlington Truck and Trailer I thought it would be a long wait. Jeffrey, lead mechanic, was just finishing another job and then went to work on my trailer. This is very unusual this day and time. Jeffrey is a very skilled mechanic and rewired the wiring and replaced 2 fuses in no time. Outstanding work and service !
Had a wheel bearing on my trl go out, TJ came out and worked on it for hours trying to get it off of the spindle, ended up chaining the axle and slowly work it to the yard, couldn't get it fixed that day(Friday afternoon) but had it all done monday!!! Excellent work, No problem with communication!!!! Will def call again if needed in the area!!!!
Replaced radiator and fixed fuel leak at a fair price about 2 months ago. I tried to post a review then, but couldn't figure out how to post my review.
Zero communication from anyone about pricing for the work I asked to have done. It was done within a few days but minor repairs to a small utility trailer was over 500.00. Trailer wasn't worth that much to begin with. Only explained pricing after work was completed and ready to be picked up. 120 in parts and over 375.00 labor and 4% charge for a debit card
I’ve had the chance to work with these guys and they are great! Since Scott took over, there has been nothing but satisfied customers! They do great work, very courteous, fair pricing and do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is happy and safe. Jeffrey really knows his way around the trucks and ensures the customer is up to date on the progress as he goes! I would recommend them to anyone in the area in need of repairs.
Seen is work .. works ok at the start then but its a mickey Mouse fix. Ok if you just need to get rolling fast butthe fix to does not last long. Small fixes were ok .. this is an Honest review .
I was driving home and realized that I had a low pressure light come on for one of my tires. I called Arlington Truck and Trailer and not only did they arrive timely (thank goodness because i had my son with me) but they went above and beyond to help. I will continue to do business with them and will recommend any and everyone I know with car/truck troubles! They were timely, professional, and you can tell they work incredibly hard at what they do! Most tow companies leave you stranded until they can “arrive” and then act some type of way about having to come. Not these guys! They were looking at and fixing my tire ASAP and made me feel like family all the while!

Even with the many calls and trucks needing repairs when they started on my truck they didn't stop till the job was finished and I was satisfied with the repairs also made sure to check over previously done work to make sure I wouldn't end up on the side of the road broke down honest and very caring people recommending anyone who need great work and a positive experience to bring work here
Wonderful service. Had a flat tire on our bus with a group. I called them at 12:30pm and they told me about 30 minutes and they would be there. They came within the 30 minutes. We were ready to go by 1:30pm. Jeffery thank you so much for the fast service. Excellent company. Thank you
