I wasted a lot of time waiting on Norton's to show up and once the rollback driver got to my house he said he couldn't bring his truck in my driveway.I assured the driver I had personally brought a semi in the driveway, multiple dump trucks had been in the driveway, and several other wreckers have been in the driveway over the years for various reasons. The driver said he would go get a bigger truck and be back and after waiting another hour I called back to be told the driver would not be coming back. I called A-1 to tow my car and their driver came with an identical truck and was in and out of the driveway with my car in about ten minutes.
We needed a vehicle towed home because we had bought a new one. My husband told the tow driver we were selling the original vehicle. Well the tow driver decided to invite someone to our home without our permission to check out the vehicle and allowed them to drive it off the tow truck. My husband went the next day to speak to the boss and got no where except the tow truck driver calling him to say it was his daughter and that he didn't see a problem with our complaint.

I have been buying tires from Norton auto and they are the best. Always courteous, great tires, great prices, quick service, and they have the cutest dog named Jack. He greets me with a tail wag and kisses. He keeps me company while the tires are being installed. Highly recommend this place.
Called several places for a tow. Other places told me as much to an hour to an hour and a half to get a tow. Norton's got there within 30 minutes. The gentleman who came to tow was very courteous.
Paid to get 4 new tires put on back in March, he told me he didn’t need to balance them and didn’t need an alignment but definitely charged me to check if I needed an alignment. Now, I’m having issues with my car pulling 2 months later and I have to spend more money to fix what they should’ve done in the first place.
They charged me $330 for labor to replace 2 ball bearings on my jeep liberty. In full the costs was $771. Would not budge. An since finally getting my jeep back, my tires was flat, had a hose that was unhooked, will not hold oil, and is running roughly when it didn't before the wheels fell off. I'm not saying they intentionally damaged my jeeps engine, but how would the ball bearings breaking cause engine damages?
I've done business with this place all of my life. Buster is an honest man and has passed his best business trates on to his son David. It's so comforting to know I can trust the work they do and know it's being done at the best possible price.
Locked my keys in my car at Home Depot and I called them and he was there within 10 minutes and with another man helped me out and didn't charge me. Definitely a good place to go if you want taken care of and are very friendly. Thanks again

Quick service, here 30 min after I called them. Driver was careful not to damage my Moms car. We'll use them again if the need arises. Reasonable price also. Definitely recommend !
The man hooked the cable to a non structural hook-like bolt on my Jeep. The bolt snapped and the Jeep rolled into the house causing enough damage to cause my insurance to declare it totaled. I lost my car! I was just have it towed to replace the alternator, but I lost my car!
This was my first experience having a vehicle towed. My driver BILLY was prompt and very courteous. For someone having no experience with any car related problems ... The guys were professional and friendly, the way the tow truck driver protected items in my vehicle meant a lot to me, he put them in the office under lock and key which made me very pleased to use them again should I need a tow, everyone I met at NORTONS were very nice people and friendly and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Our vehicle was hit by deer at 2 in the morning and we needed a tow and the driver was so nice and polite. I wish I knew his name but his initials are M. R. We were traveling from Chicago and still has 3+ hours to drive, after dropping off truck he also dropped us at the hotel. THANK YOU!
