I miss the experienced crew that use to run this store.

In the sweltering heat of a world gone tepid, my noble steed—a venerable old Chevy truck—had lost its gift of breeze. The culprit? A mischievous gremlin known only as the blend door actuator. And so, I embarked on a daring quest to the realm of chrome and gaskets: O'Reilly Auto Parts. The store, a gleaming vault of mechanical possibility, welcomed me like an old friend. A friendly cashier—clad not in armor but in the noble green of service—listened patiently to my tale of woe. With swift keystrokes and the wisdom of the ancients (and a parts database), he unearthed the sacred item I sought. Lo! The actuator was placed in my hand like Excalibur to Arthur. I departed, triumphant, one step closer to restoring the icy breath of my chariot. O’Reilly’s, you are more than a parts store—you are a lighthouse for the mechanically burdened, a sanctuary for the wrench-wielding wanderer. Five stars, for service and salvation from the heat.

Excellent service from Mike Dakota. He went out of his way to find a part for me that wasn't listed in the computer for my '72 Chevy C-10!

Girl "tossed" the windshield wiper on top of my car after taking it off. It made a metal on metal sound when she did. I didn't even check for scratches because I was in a hurry. I have an older car and felt a little disrespected for my car and myself because of the situation. I didn't say anything about it to her.

Will not be going back there I bought part for my car I'm elderly and disabled and it was nothing but two light bulbs and they refused to put them in for me so I went to AutoZone and they accommodated me very well with O'Reilly's parts and did not charge me and put them in for me they were a blessing I will not be going back to O'Reilly's for anything ever again

Great place to buy part's and the service is good no long waits I've always liked them.

I used to go to the other big parts store, but find myself going to O'Reilly's more and more often. CSR's are great, the store is clean, and bonus points for the bathroom! Will definitely continue using O'Reilly's for my car parts.

Everytime I go get parts, they have exactly what I need and the staff are always nice and willing to find whatever I'm looking for.

I prefer O'Reilly over other parts stores. They're interested in helping you when you need service.

Definitely not the same since all of the employees who were there and actually knew how to help us folks brave enough to repair our vehicles with out braking have moved on to new career paths.

Generally have what I'm looking for. Staff are helpful. Bledsoe internet is slow for looking up parts. Staff sometimes have better luck using their own cellphone service for parts lookup!

They have been very helpful to me. And most generally they have what I need or they will order the items I need

First time I've used O'Reilly's. Last time I will use them again. Order parts. Drive 30 plus minutes to pick them up and THEY ordered the wrong ones. Don't have them in stock. They're in Nashville. And nothing but a blank stare back, no concern. Rediculous staff with lack of responsibility to boot. Never again.

O'Reilly's is great the people are very helpful, friendly and very professional. They absolutely went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to fix my car!!

There are two auto parts stores in Dunlap; O'Riellys and Autozone. Both are good to shop at. However, all things being equal, I give the nod to O'Reilly's. They have a brand new expanded store, which is nice. But, the customer service here at O'Reillys is the best. There is one gentleman behind the counter (he's a Harley rider, and wears Harley logo cloths from time to time). Super friendly, inviting and easy to talk to. I truly feel that this store has my best interest at the forefront of their priorities.

I accidently left my debit card after making a purchase and wasn't home 20 minutes when o'reilly's called me and let me know it was safe and locked in a drawer until my return to pick it up. I really appreciated the way they they handled the situation and definately made me a customer for life.

Found what I was looking for cheaper elsewhere. But the staff is always great. Store is clean. Definately will visit them again and even recommend.

There is a very rude employee that works there & he lets it be known he is from Pennsylvania. He basically talks down too you & makes it clear you are just a hillbilly from the south. I had the parts I needed right in front of me, but instead walked out & was happy to drive to an Autozone that had the parts to do my business! Never again O’reillys Dunlap!
