Don't expect customer service. They have no clue what southern hospitality, common decency and courtesy are. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Their add says 24/7 which is very misleading. They are only open 24/7 for picking up vehicles, SMH. And the fees are exorbitant. STAY AWAY!!!

I have used these gentlemen on several occasions now.
They have been fair, fast and professional every time. This week my Ram 3500 6.7 had a DEF pump go out.
R&R got me towed to dealer with in the time I requested, so I could carry on with my business.
I had some car issues and I needed a tow so I called this place. Someone came by and tried to jumpstart my car first before towing. It got my car running again but the dude wanted just as much money as for the tow. Which I thought was outrageous since I drove my car to the shop instead
While they were friendly and timely, the driver didn't properly /carefully look over my dad's 2012 chevy 2500 hd truck before loading it on the roll back tow truck.That negligence caused more damage to the truck than the drainage ditch initially did. The driver left the driver side door of my dad's truck open and it got hung and damaged and now it barely closes. In addition the front bumper was ripped off during loading. Before being loaded , there was not any other major body damage. The front left wheel and possibly the frame was damaged on impact. I have before and after towing pictures. And due to the additional damages ,that truck has been totaled. I am not looking for compensation. The insurance company is taking care of that. I just want the tow company to be more careful and aware and better equipped knowledge and training wise.
I was in a tough situation and needed my car towed ASAP and Matt saved the day when literally no one else would!! He is such a gentleman and very professional and quick!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will from now on be referring everyone to R&R towing & Recovery!!
My car died and I couldn't jump it back to life. Matt from R & R saved my butt, got me to the shop before they closed for the night. He went out of his way to hustle to get me there on time but took great care of my car in the process. This guy was the definition of courteous and professional. 10/10 would recomend and will be using again the next time I need a tow.
so i called this place and they made me wait a hour and half to say their truck “broke” down and i was like oh okay so i got another towing place to take my car and we drove by and i see 2 of their trucks parked there looking perfectly fine like should of jus said no in the first place instead making me wait so long
Made a call. Lovely attitude. Employee asked me where to. I said next town over. He said there was no available tows (why bother asking me where I'm going to then). Gave it a two star for effort on answering the phone. Better luck next time y'all.
My car RANDOMLY died in the middle of Smyrna near Ross! I had no other choice but to tow my car , and Matt from this towing company came and was quick fast and reassuring! I had my toddler with me so I was freaking out and he was able to keep my calm!!! I have saved their number to refer others! Thanks again Matt!!!!!

I have a 98 Dodge Ram 2500 with a 10 inch lift and 40s that has the infamous crank shaft issue with walker products that keeps failing causing me to have to get my truck towed at times. I called and spoke with David. He was very prompt, great guy, and wasn’t scared to tow my truck like other tow companies are then try to up charge for the size of the truck. David dropped off my truck at my apartment complex and got it nice in a parking spot so nobody would complain. I will be using this company each time I need a tow! David is definitely a stand up guy and has my business going forward.
Driver was on time, and worked quickly. He was very nice and efficient with his work. He offered a very fair price, better than 5 other companies we called, to tow from Mt. Juliet to Murfreesboro. Great service at a great price! We definitely use this company for any future towing.
If I don't make a mistake, his name is david. The guy with really bad attitude. I asked him if I can pay with the business check, and he was like CASH ONLY. I tried to explain him that I don't have cash with me but I have business check which everywhere accept it, but he was repeating CASH CASH CASH. I'm not sure if he is the owner of that business , but anyways I had really bad experience.

I was stranded in Smyrna after my truck wouldn’t start, 70 miles from home. A friend took me home and I called towing companies the next day. R&R was wonderful! Dave towed my truck to my home for a reasonable price. It arrived without a scratch on it. Hopefully, I’ll never be stranded again but if I need something towed, these are the folks I will call, and I’ll only be making 1 call.

My Ford Fusion was rear ended and towed to this facility. This company went out of their way explaining to me what would happen with my claim. They even told me NOT to use my son’s car seat since it was now deemed unsafe. If you ever need a tow or are in an accident please call them.
Horrible experience. Incredibly rude, deliberately difficult and unhelpful. Tow 24/7, but lot is only open 9-4, and good luck finding anybody there. Exorbitant prices. Charged 85$ for "cleanup at the scene. I watched the firefighters clean up after the accident, not this tow company, which is fraud. Encourage you to leave your car there to "run up the bill" to get a bigger payout. Go anywhere but here. You're better off driving a wrecked car than calling this company.
The driver that showed up was one of the cleanest tow truck driver I’ve ever seen said he would be there with in the hour and showed up with in 15 min after the initial call to the company got the car loaded and got me to the place I needed to go truck was clean and just like the info said on the internet you are treated like family I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow in the Smyrna Tn area somewhat a little costly but you will get top notch 5 Star service with this company
