Michael towed my car and he was so professional! I was on the side of the interstate and he prioritized my safety above all else. I hope to not need to use a towing service again but when I inevitably do I will be using them again!
My son needed a tow because his car cut off and kept leaking coolant, we had just got the car from the dealership about 2 weeks ago, but we were going to have it towed to another local auto repair shop but Michael from E.A towing came out and took a look and advised us to take it back to the dealership to get it repaired. Michael was a lifesaver and gave me some knowledge I didn’t have which saved me money and I appreciate him even taking the time as he did not have to. If you ever need a tow call E.A. Had the BEST service provided by Michael! He was truly the most outstanding and helpful person. He made sure we were safe and comfortable getting picked up and to our destination to get my tire replaced. He even went out of the way to make sure I could take my car seat in the tow truck as I had my toddler with me. It is truly a blessing to have great, genuine people to help you when you are going through a rough patch like a flat tire and need assistance. Thank you for everything! My Trailblazer stalled and when she was started again it was missing badly. I drove her home and called AAA to get her towed to my mechanic. E.A. Towing contacted me and said it would be around 17 minutes to my location. Alex B came to my door and I gave him my key and my information about the Trailblazer’s problem to drop in nightbox. He was friendly and courteous to me. After taking pictures of Trailblazer and mounting it on the Wreaker he waved goodbye. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN!
Alex b arrived in less than thirty minutes after I had called dispatch. He showed up with professionalism behind a bright smile. He verified info, took payment, keys and was gone as fast as he arrived. They also send a text to let you know that your car has arrived at its destination as well. Thank you Alex!
Today 10/17/25, on of their driver's was in an 18-wheeler tow truck; driving down I65 in Kentucky. He was doing 95 mph, flashing his lights at drivers, and weaving through traffic. I called them to slow him down. He didn't slow down. I will send the video and complaint to the DOT. These vehicles are dangerous, and if you don't respect that, work in a factory.
Had a super positive experience from the start. I called a few places to get quotes for a tow and I'm so glad I decided to go with them. Not only were we able to schedule a specific time that worked with our schedule, but when i called back, she had all my information saved. Alex towed my vehicle for us and was a wealth of knowledge and was so kind. If I ever need a tow again, they will be my first call.
What a positive experience and yet a sad day. I am glad Alex B was the one to rescue my baby. Ok, it's my truck but it's the same thing. I really did not expect someone to call back so quickly and get there in a timely manner. After all, Rutherford and Davidson are the stupid driver capitals of the world now and he had already been to 4 tows. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. He tried all the tricks to get her started but in the end, she had to go. 100% recommending E.A for any towing needs.

Thomas was super professional and towed my 2012 Lexus ISF with care. I decided to write this review myself because he went above and beyond and helped facilitate the key drop off at the tire shop for me since I did not live close. 10/10, would trust Thomas and EA Towing to handle any of my towing needs in the future.
Fantastic experience on an otherwise terrible day. Our car conked out and stranded us on the outskirts of Murfreesboro. ALEX was there for us in less than 30 minutes, AND offered me a ride home. I blew a tire on the interstate at 11:30 PM on a Thursday and they had someone there and done in about 20 minutes from the time I dialed the phone to them arriving and having my car hooked up and on the way out . First time I have had to call a tow truck and had a friend suggest them. Yadiel was who helped and he was very kind and quick! I will 10/10 recommend this company every time someone asks now and will call them for any future needs of my own!

Talking about professionalism from the phone call to the tow truck I couldn’t be more pleased I truly had a great experience! Charles came to pick up my truck on 23 April approximately 5:30 PM on interstate 24 by mile marker 67 and even though I was having a rough day with my breakdown from the moment, I started dealing with these wonderful folks I felt a whole lot better I was also amazed by the price that I was charged comparing to some other prices that I was told by other towing companies I would recommend EA Towing any time to anyone these people are just fair and honest Charles you did an excellent job Sir keep it up and thanks a lot!!
