Every single time I send someone to pick up a part there its some type of problem. I dont use this yard unless I have no choice. They should do better to keep there business customer's.

The rep sold me a motor for my 2021 Nissan Rogue - VIN number provided. Paid a $200 deposit to hold it. My husband took the day off of work and drove from Cookeville to Lavergne where the motor was at. My husband got there and was told the motor was the wrong motor for my car then they tried to sell me a motor that was more expensive and located in Oak Ridge. Buyer beware. They know you need a specific part and promise a product, even taking a deposit in advance only to try to upsell a different part at a higher cause. Shady business practices. I do not recommend getting parts from this retailer. Now I'm having to wait for them to process a refund for the deposit paid, and an entire day of pay was lost because of their unethical business practices. Also - listen to all of the other reviews about wait times. My husband waited over an hour to be told that they sold him a part that doesn't fit.

They're always there when you are having difficulty with your car, and they back up in warranty on your used automobile parts. From a scale from 1 to 10, they are absolutely a 10.

Edited to add- They made it right. Also, they don’t charge to take it off. My piece was not local and that’s why I couldn’t pick it up. They charge $55 for shipping, no local pick up. Another fee to take it off the car and they state it will be pulled in 2 days. I’m going into a week and it still hasn’t been shipped.

I bought 2 differents transmissions that didn't worked out well and I put labor warranty in both that they delay about 2 or 3 weeks to give me my money back but you have to pay the transmission instead. But I gotta pay labors for my mechanic and the transmission fluid 3 times that they didn't care about it...

Very Dishonest Company! Never supplied us with a good working engine and sent 3. They also didnt stand by their warranty labor process. Do not order from this company.

We buy all of our used parts for the shop (All Out Automotive) from knox, quality is good, if there's ever an issue they take care of it. Rooster is the man to talk to there, he gets stuff done, no whining, finger pointing or dragging feet, he knows his stuff and will go above and beyond what he needs to do. By far the best used parts guy I've ever dealt with and I've been doing this for 20 years.

Hancock is very kind and has a very good background in parts. He helps me every time I have to order from them. I work in a dealership and have lots of vendors but I choose Knox because of Hanckock’ friendliness and knowledge and most importantly how he treats his customers. Very positive guy!

Ever since I start buying my cars parts, I have been thinking with Marco A , if they don't have the part in this facility they can always transfer the part I need for my vehicle from one of their other facilities to this store, free of freight charge. I never had to pay for freight.

I placed an order last Wed. Paid a deposit and was told the part would be shipped to this location. Arrived waited behind 3 other gentlemen. They printed out my order, worker took the ticket and left the building. 30 minutes later when I inquired about it the person at the counter said there are others ahead of you. Doent make sense because he went back to look for my part I assumed? Also, all the other people in front of me aren't waiting like I am they left. Why does it take 35 minutes to find an order that was shipped here? Does a person have to wait an hour to pick up a part when it should be sitting in a designated place? This is ridiculous and is so unprofessional. I'm getting the feeling that they don't care and there seems to be an air of discrimination due to the fact I am the only white person that has been in this office in almost an hour? Guess I'm not the right skin color.

No Sir. Put $100 deposit down on a black fender. Was told it was ready to pickup. The fender was white. They said it would be in the next week and would be the correct color. Went back, it wasn’t there. Was told that they would get the correct part in. Went back next week, they brought out a white fender which is more than likely the same one from a week earlier. Customer service does not return phone calls. I specifically asked them to check the color of the part the last time I went and was told I would get a call back in about 15 minutes. I didn’t get a call. Left a voicemail, they didn’t call back. You have choices, choose wisely…. I wasted 3 hours of my life and gas….

Steve was very helpful. He even put a rush on us getting a fuel tank because mine was leaking from a previous repair of a hole, my husband was out of town, and both my boys have autism. I was super stressing about this leak. I appreciate him being so nice and getting the tank pulled. The office staff at pick up could use some coaching. A guy with a pony tail and ear gages was busy with a client when I came in. He was the only one helping people but there was a guy grabbing papers off printer for him. As I stood there for 17 mins, nobody acknowledged my presence and 7 more customers entered and stacked up behind me. Finally a second guy came back inside from where he had been outside the door to the right. He then helped me and I pulled up and had the part within 5 mins. Perhaps Steve could work with the pick-up staff so that they at least acknowledge customers in the waiting area? It’s hard to get good help because people don’t take pride in their work anymore. “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.” is a good rule to follow guys. =) Thanks again Steve!

Was looking for a specific transmission-Jamie was my salesman, very polite and helpful. I had to drive from 40 miles west of Chicago to the Nashville location by 5pm, arrived at 5:02pm (front door locked) luckily one of the workers was just leaving the yard for the day radio'd one of the office guys and they let me pay and pick up so I didn't have to stay the night and wait until the next morning. Jaime made to cross reference the VIN's so I didn't waste time and a trip. Thank you guys, all of you for being so helpful. Much appreciated!

Worst salvage yard I've been to. Don't know the difference between a radio display and a CD receiver. Drove 45 minutes to the yard just to have them hand me the wrong part. Horrible customer service. Nobody is willing or wants to help. Just pawn you off on other people and then you have to call and sit on hold. After finally getting ahold of Thad who sold me the part, he just says sorry I guess they pulled the wrong part. Didn't try to do anything to make the problem right. Will not be back. And will tell everybody I know to stay away. Update: they charge 20$ more for a used part than an OEM brand new part. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

Worst and I do mean worst customer service!! I send emails, calls, texts....I needed a part for my car. I was told by a competitor these guys were good and on top of things. Ok. So. I called for a week. Nothing. I've texted. Nothing. I left messages. Nothing. I have been calling and messaging for OVER A WEEK! This is starting week two and no one seems to care that I am calling to get a part. If you don't want to sell parts, then close up shop! Not returning phone calls, texts, messages is just pooooooooor customer service! I do not recommend this place.

this place is nothing more than a glorified scam shop. charged me over $700 for a front end that was supposed to be good. after 30 days of being installed on my truck I took my truck to a well known shop to see what was goin on and they started looking and one of the axles tubes are busted on the inside where it meets the Chuck. so I highly recommend unless you have the time and ability to fully go through the parts do not purchase from them.

Picked up a rear end I will say that I figured the price for the thing it would have been in a little better condition it was rusted out badly and the seal is leaking not to mention the wait in line for the part to even be picked up was lengthy. I am just saying you have 2 people at the front and one does one thing and the other only does pickups I mean. A little bit unorganized but I got the part. When it gets put in we see if it was worth the money spent

Customer service needs serious help. Waited 20 min before anyone helped me. 5 guys from back walked past and said nothing. Had I not prepaid for most of part I'd have left. Lets hope the parts they sell are better than the people they employ.

Bought a bumper reinforcement from them today. At least 1/3 the price of new. I called, they gave me an order #. I arrived, gave the clerk my order # and within 5 minutes, my part was in my hands. Nice guys, nice service. I do wish they were open later or maybe on Saturday. A very successful transaction. THANKS

Found the 2 fenders I needed and the right color. Pictures on the car looked great and were listed as condition 000 (great shape). This is why I chose to drive an hour to go get them. Got there and one was in great shape, the other was scratched up badly. The tag attached still said 000. Looks like they had been pulled and mishandled. Salesman made it right and took care of the customer. I will use them again.

Drove an hour and a half to pick up a rocker panel. They cut a quad cab, and I needed a crew. What's irritating is I said this about 6 times on the phone. I even marked it on the cut sheet I sent to the salesman. Guy on the floor seemed to busy to even sort out what was going on. I had to call back to some off-site office for them to even ok giving my money back. Don't waste half a day like I did..... And in response to the manager.... You have my name and number on file if you really want to make this right. I'm not calling back and talking to anyone. It was like pulling teeth the first time to even get someone who knew what was going on.
