this place is nothing more than a glorified scam shop. charged me over $700 for a front end that was supposed to be good. after 30 days of being installed on my truck I took my truck to a well known shop to see what was goin on and they started looking and one of the axles tubes are busted on the inside where it meets the Chuck. so I highly recommend unless you have the time and ability to fully go through the parts do not purchase from them.

Worst and I do mean worst customer service!! I send emails, calls, texts....I needed a part for my car. I was told by a competitor these guys were good and on top of things. Ok. So. I called for a week. Nothing. I've texted. Nothing. I left messages. Nothing. I have been calling and messaging for OVER A WEEK! This is starting week two and no one seems to care that I am calling to get a part. If you don't want to sell parts, then close up shop! Not returning phone calls, texts, messages is just pooooooooor customer service! I do not recommend this place.

This place is awful I order a part and they said that it would b ready by 3 days and then i called and still didn't have my part ready until 1 week later and the part was the wrong 1 so I canceled this is ridiculous and they wanted 2 still my money I will never order here no more .

Picked up a rear end I will say that I figured the price for the thing it would have been in a little better condition it was rusted out badly and the seal is leaking not to mention the wait in line for the part to even be picked up was lengthy. I am just saying you have 2 people at the front and one does one thing and the other only does pickups I mean. A little bit unorganized but I got the part. When it gets put in we see if it was worth the money spent

4 motors purchases in 3 years and all have gone bad. Very rude when I called to discuss. I actually five them a zero and do not recommend buying anything from them......especially a motor that they don't stand.

Bought a bumper reinforcement from them today. At least 1/3 the price of new. I called, they gave me an order #. I arrived, gave the clerk my order # and within 5 minutes, my part was in my hands. Nice guys, nice service. I do wish they were open later or maybe on Saturday. A very successful transaction. THANKS

Customer service needs serious help. Waited 20 min before anyone helped me. 5 guys from back walked past and said nothing. Had I not prepaid for most of part I'd have left. Lets hope the parts they sell are better than the people they employ.

Found the 2 fenders I needed and the right color. Pictures on the car looked great and were listed as condition 000 (great shape). This is why I chose to drive an hour to go get them. Got there and one was in great shape, the other was scratched up badly. The tag attached still said 000. Looks like they had been pulled and mishandled. Salesman made it right and took care of the customer. I will use them again.

Drove an hour and a half to pick up a rocker panel. They cut a quad cab, and I needed a crew. What's irritating is I said this about 6 times on the phone. I even marked it on the cut sheet I sent to the salesman. Guy on the floor seemed to busy to even sort out what was going on. I had to call back to some off-site office for them to even ok giving my money back. Don't waste half a day like I did..... And in response to the manager.... You have my name and number on file if you really want to make this right. I'm not calling back and talking to anyone. It was like pulling teeth the first time to even get someone who knew what was going on.

I was given a Price for an engine,Price included tax and extended warranty,a friend of mine went to pay that price for me,when he got there they jacked the price up on the engine and also raised the price of the warranty. I have been ripped of in the past buying a motor from a parts place,wanted to give this place a chance.oh well! Well this is another let down they sent the wrong motor and then wanted to charge me more money.Then the manager said it was my fault.He refused to go the extra mile and to make sure that the customer was satisfied.I would not give this company another look.

The worst service Ive ever recieved from a Junkyard. Bought a Faulty Used transmission from them. I called there warranty Department, and they were no help. They Hung up on me and Accused me of hanging up and now they wont honor there Warranty. They Would not return my money, even though i even bought the extended Warranty. Dont buy here, Trash Service.

Purchased a speedo and I was charged and then was told it would be sent out same day. It was not sent out until I called back a week later. I really needed the part which is why i paid to have it shipped. Instead of going to a yard to get it.

I have been going to Knox Auto Parts for several years now and had nothing but positive experiences. From bumpers, tailgates, engines parts, etc., they have treated me fantastic from the front desk to the support staff. However, the secret weapon is Nataly, the first person you meet when you walk in the door. Her customer service skills are second to none and her willingness to help is infectious. Great job team.

Horrible customer service! Called 3 times to ensure the correct part was there, the correct process to obtain the part. They recommended I drive down there to look at the center console and parts I wanted to buy(hour and a half drive). I get there(at 2pm) and the guy says I can't get the part today, that I have to come back another day to pick it up! I wasted a tank of gas to drive there the first time, why would I waste another one?! Get your act straight! When I talked to the guy at the desk he said no, and didn't try to talk to someone else until I got upset. Then the next guy spit out the same garbage! It would take me 10 minutes to pull the part I want and they can't get it?! Don't waste your time with this place, just order off ebay, save yourself the time, gas, and money!

This is the second time that this happened I have a whole dealership I be placing the order with them and pay for it and wait more than two weeks and at the end half of them didn’t arrive

I was able to get a brush guard for my Explorer by luck and the cost was amazing. Only cost me $36. I looked it up online, this model goes for $265. I love this place. For high priced replacement parts come here first and see if they have what you need at a great savings.

Honestly if I could give them a negative stars I would do it 100 times. I missed my younger brother last moments due to covid complications because my vehicle wasn't ready. My truck is at a local bodyshop maybe 2-3 miles away from Knox Auto's salvage yard. Along with some cosmetic damages my vehicle also needed a wheel which Knox Auto had plenty of. I called the shop to check on the status of repair they told me that they were having a hard time finding a new wheel, and they were on backorder from the dealership as well as aftermarket. They told me they found a wheel at Knox and they should receive it the very next day according to the salesman at Knox. Unfortunately the shop never received the wheel the next day. OMG! So at that time the shop called Knox back the day after the delivery date and then Knox told the shop that they just now sent the wheel out from their local yard that is 2-3 miles away from the shop. No one is perfect and I couldn't blame the shop because they did their job but Knox promised the shop a next day delivery but the wheel was going to end up being a two day delivery. That is bad business and made me miss a dear ones departure.

Called ahead about some aftermarket components pictured on a truck listed from Knox Auto Parts in Lavergne. neglected to record the salesman's name I spoke to. was told to make a 30 minute drive and come and view the parts so I felt comfortable purchasing them. Made the drive, sat and waited a half hour for someone who supposedly had info,parts were not ever even there. A few other parts I was interested in were there, but the quote I was given over the phone was not honored because I did not record the name of the salesman.Left feeling scammed, do not attempt to behave professionally with Knox Auto Parts. Also worth noting that another customer during my time waiting experience a very similar story, he claimed to have driven an hour after a phone teller told him something was available Edit after manger response: as stated above he did say he would honor a quote with a name, and I can somewhat understand his point, but I don't feel particularly responsible for running their record system, as far as who recieves wich calls. In another review management was able to listen to a call but couldn't in this case. Either way, if employees are not following instructions per quoting, it is not the customers responsibility to discern what to write down. I also understand how and why things are listed, but after bieng specifically told that items were present and could be seen,and even having mentioned I didn't know they allowed people on the lot, i was still asked to come see. Cool, except they weren't there, and customers aren't allowed on the lot. The negative review stays unless there is a valid reason an employee can essentially lie to a customer and hide behind an anonymity. It's cool if the parts weren't supposed to be for sale, or already sold.Just make it known

Worst service I’ve EVER experienced and I have purchased many parts from here. I was told if I make it 3 minutea before or even one minute before I would be able to purchase my part when I arrive it was 5pm on the dot as I walked in and was told “ it’s been a long day sorry man” and asked my and was told to have a good night.

Never again!!!!! I paid and followed the policy. Paid for my part on Thursday!!! Called back just to make sure that the part will be there Friday!!! The guy i spoke to on the phone said, "Yes, maybe be even earlier!!!" All for me to find out it wont be ready until monday. Now im left paying extra for my car sitting at a shop. Im very Pissed off!!!

Hi everyone, this is the review you want to read. It's an ARGUABLY objectively unbiased and objectively fair review from beginning till the end. My feelings are my own responsibility and I'm convinced KAP of Nashville is an absolute disappointment but has room for improvement. The 2nd star in the rating was for Billy. He did his job with excellence. READ ON for BILLY. My first experience was calling them about a driveshaft for an F150. When I called I listened to the usual prerecorded message which is long but albeit necessary for a large business. This is understandable. When I was connected I was transferred from one salesperson to another salesperson's extension. When that salesperson didn't answer I was forced to call back. My memory is that I called 4-5 times only to be given theee 'ole runaround. The last time I called I was explicit with the salesperson to 'DO NOT TRANSFER' me. I told him multiple times so that it was clear and he became agitated in his manner of speaking but I was finally able to extract the information I called for. I was later returned a call where I told the salesperson that it wasn't his fault for his company's arguably inherent incompetence. Fast forward to a couple of weeks and I call again. I may have been transferred once but I was able to purchase the DS through Jeff, a sales manager at the Knoxville location. Jeff did his job professionally and also sent me up a follow up email detailing the address I would need, while giving me a direct line to another salesperson at the Nashville location, named Erik who he said would be more available than he, Jeff, a sales manager at THE KNOXVILLE, not Nashville location. Jeff also apologized for the "bouncing around." Fantastic job Jeff, thanks. I was able to coordinate a time, that same day to pick up the driveshaft. I personally pulled the specifications of my Ford from the actual factual VIN. The specs I gave were correct but I ended up with the wrong driveshaft. This drive shaft was too long because it was removed from a 4 door Ford instead of a 3 door extended cab. I'm 99% sure I specified that it was an extended cab but I could be wrong. The next morning I called back to see what my options were for returning or exchanging a wrong size driveshaft. A salesperson named Daniel transferred me twice. The second transfer and oh my god, that dude BILLY PROMOTE AHEAD OF PEERS. Billy did his job, and then he went above and beyond. Billy troubleshot the problem with me for a hot minute. He figured out why the driveshaft didn't fit. Something about a 4.6L and a 4 door and a year specific, doesn't matter why, what matters is that Billy is an actual problem solver. Billy deserves every dollar he's paid. Thanks Billy. I don't have the vocabulary to describe "what a guy" Billy is. After I got off the phone with Billy, I tracked my new driveshaft down at a salvage yard called 'KEY AUTO PARTS' out of Murray KY, near Land between the Lakes recreation area. Key Auto Parts runs the way a business should run and that's reality. Plus it was CHEAPER by about $50.00 USD. Bought a motor for my Honda Ridgeline. It only had 131k miles on it. Installed it and it fired up and purred like a kitten in the first turn off the key! Great staff to work with! I highly recommend.

The worst experience ordering auto parts ever. I would have had better luck using eBay. From payment, refund, to even finding the part after paying and told part was there, the whole experience was bad.

I purchase a front bumper cover for 2012 nissan altima sedan silver it was perfect in the picture i saw and when i went to pick it up it was different color and year and they said that it was broken but i think they sold it for more money or something like that😡
