Call the day before to inquire about a rim for my son's Tire they told me they had five in stock got their waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me that could not find one .
I was looking for a part and I kindly asked a guy on the phone how many miles this certain part has. And for some reason he got mad and cursed at me then hung up the phone. Not sure what that was about lol, but that guy must have a crappy life if he gets angry over a simple question, which is his job to answer. Don’t do business with people like this.
Definitely bad business. Bad customer service all around. I would definitely use another source if trying to do any used parts business. Don't waste your time here. Hints the reviews, please don't ignore.
Called about a honda element door and they confirmed to have it. I went the next day to purchase it. When I arrived, they offered me to inspect the door as part of their process. I was driven out to the vehicle in the yard, and I inspected. Got back to the office and confirmed I did want the door and paid for the door. A very short time later, they brought the door to my vehicle and helped me load it. Quick smooth operation. Thank yall for what you do.

Called yesterday looking for a Taurus engine. He told me a price and I sold it to my customer. Which was a great price since the customer doesn’t have a lot of money. He said he would call back once he has it ready to pick up. Never did call so I reached out to him and he said that he can’t find the engine he would try again tomorrow. I had to call today and ask and he still can’t find. Now I have to tell my customer that the engine is going to be more money because this place let me down again. Please don’t use this place. This has not been the time having problems. Business or personal use. You get what you pay for.

Used to be good. Management is still the same as when I gave them business years ago. Can't view cars or parts before buying. Asked $400 for a door. Might as well go to a dealership to get parts. At least you wouldn't severely damage your car trying to get into their "parkinglot."

Called this place and asked for both front doors and passenger fender for my van, he says ya I got them, I said ok can you possibly send some pictures of them before I make the hr drive there he said no I got good parts here if you want them. So I told him ok that fine I’ll head that way, I get there and immediately everybody was so dam RUDE… I’m 28 years old and have never met people so rude in my life… not to mention they didn’t have a drivers door at all.. and they didn’t have a front fender for my van. Only thing they had was a passenger door that didn’t even have a mirror.. I’ll never attempt to give them business ever again.. not to mention they hang up on on everybody on the phone.. worst customer service I have literally ever seen!!!
Very rude people and they don’t have any kind of respect for customers nor any skills of customer service. They talk with you like they’re in a fight with you.
I called for a part and they called me back telling me they have it then they were like when are you coming to pick it up in a very rude way and when I said I’ll be there in about 45 minutes he said if it become 4 and you don’t show up don’t bother coming at all

BUYER BEWARE, I help pick up a rear quarter fender panel for girlfriend and take it to the body shop. Body shop supervisor said they couldn't use it because the skin was a repair job from before making metal to weak and also had bondo under paint. My Girlfriend call import ask for boss and a guy she talk to said oh no my guy would NEVER cut a reworked fender off , we should get a second opinion. Body shop supervisor standing there with speaker phone on told him nicely, sir I've been doing body work a long time and its plainly a rework fender I'll even send you pics or they can bring it back to show you. Then import guy said it doesn't matter its a as is sale. Body guy said if that's how you do business that's not very professional. So my Girlfriend wanted a good fender or money back and he won't. Thank God for small claims court.
I have dealt with Imports of Lavergne for years. They have always been honest and treated me fairly. Always friendly on phone and in person. The one I usually deal with is Zeke.
They are the only ones who had a rear window for my truck, excellent price. Yes, the place and people are a little rough around the edges. If you go here it is a JUNK YARD not Summit Racing Equipment.
Yeah I will never again beg to buy a part from there. I’m not joking, that’s literally what you have to do if you need a part from them. They have parts just not the right people selling them. If I were the owner I’d look into that, but he does work right bedside them so I don’t know. Owner needs to grow some balls and hire better front staff. Bad for business.
Basically act like they don’t want your business. Came in and ask a simple question to see if they had a Toyota Camry range from 2006 to 2012. Said we close at two and it was only 1:15pm

Terrible behaviour from the owner of the place, he discriminated us when we came back and asked him to replace with another part, he literally told my husband, (you came from your country in a *** ship to bother us, here,, go wait outside!!!

To say this buying experience has been the worst in my life would be the understatement of the century. Not only is this business unprofessional, they also lack a basic understanding of customer service. I bought an engine for a Kia Optima. It was better than expected and the best price in town. It was complete, even included the wiring harness and runs great. Two thumbs up!
Worst customer service I've ever had. Guy said I couldn't go back to show him the part I KNEW the vehicle had, then another person walks in and he let's them right on through to show them the part without any argument! I wouldn't waste your time here for anything.
Went in for a driveshaft to fit my project truck. Went home with the wrong part yesterday but I was as much at fault as they were. But they went out in the rain today and found exactly what I needed then swapped it for me with no hassle. Don't know what else I could ask for.
I live in Indiana, 3 hours from this Auto Salvage, so I called to see if the hood listed on Car-part was still available. I was willing to drive 3 hours, because this hood was the right color, and the price was better than the others. Mike answered, and said he would send a guy to make sure he had it before I came down. I got there on a busy Saturday morning, but I had the hood within 20 minutes. I swapped it right there, and he even sold me a like new set of Subaru floor mats for a great price too. Friendly guy, and treated me Great. Thanks
wow so rude for no reason at all. i just wanted a price on some parts, that is obviously way to much to ask from these people. i have never lefr a review for anyone but this was rediculous, id rather pay triple anywhere else...or walk! keep your parts
Bought a used engine. Tested it and it was bad. Gave me a huge problem trying to exchange. They are very rude and disrespectful. They are not knowledgeable of automotive systems above a basic understanding. Would suggest no one gives them business. They are very dishonest.
I asked for a refund on a part purchased, knowing full well, I'd be responsible for shipping. I just wanted to send back the part and be refunded for the part only. "Mike, the owner" was short and rude to me on the phone. Our phone call ended with him hanging up on me. Poor customer service. How he runs a business that is still open is beyond me.
My hubby went this morning, looking for a particular part. He wasn't allowed to go by himself to search for the part, and was told that it was too cold for "one of the guys to go out there". When he inquired about the price of a hood, he was quoted $100, and was told the paint was peeling. Overpriced, lazy, and rude!! How do these people stay in business??
They had a very dirty door, they sold it to me saying it was a completely different color. Once I cleaned it, it didn't match the color listed. I tried to return the door and then stuff escalated. They said they don't do returns. Also they use harsh language, better leave the children home if you use their services.
This yard has the laziest & least helpful people in the industry. I was looking for a caliper for a truck. The particular truck caliper I need came in two different sizes/casting numbers. They would not look under the truck or pull the part to verify that I would get the correct part. Don't waste your time with these jokers.
I buy parts all the time because I work at a mechanic shop. I am very happy with the service I recieve from them. They are friendly and know how to treat their customers. Thanks IOL . Franklin your realy good and know what you are doing unlike some other salvage yards.
