super bad customer phone service! i called bc my husband had made a purchase & DID NOT get a receipt for his purchase , they just made him sign bc he paid with card but did not receive a receipt . the old lady who answered me was VERY RUDE & NO HELP AT ALL when i told her about the situation , we have the proof of the purchase date & time & WILL continue to try to get this resolved hopefully next time with someone more RESPECTFUL . we wanted to make a return but were answered in a VERY rudely way . if they don't like their job or what they do that is not the customers problem NOR should they take it out on the customers . hoping they actually fix this mistake without having to be ugly or rude or have an attitude towards ppl who are being polite & just wanting answers &/or help .
I went to the junkyard a few weeks ago to return some parts that I bought from here and this guy in the photo said " Oh no we can't do nothing for you we can't return your money." Luckily another one of his female co- workers helped return the parts. But this guy has a bad attitude and looks like he doesn't want to do his job the right way.
A great place to go to. Just wish they would move the trucks and suvs to the front Instead of the back.. Getting hard to do the walk way back There....
It's a great place to find things in a pinch and it's well organized and easy to find what you need only thing you need to worry about is the weather because it gets pretty hot out there

This isn’t the place you want to go for any of your parts. Nothing works and they refuse to give refunds which is against the law.
Only thing they have listed As-is are tires,
So everything else by law falls under the TCPA, and consumers are entitled to a refund.
Best prices in the area by far! Good place to find parts for older vehicles. I've found a good deal of third gen F body and Fiero parts here as well as some parts for a friend's Bronco II.
Update your close time on Sunday...website states open to 5 and last gate entry ends at 30 minutes before close...I was denied entry at 4:05 ...wasted my Sunday to be able to rest!
Worst customer service ever! The front desk guy is extremely rude and will curse at you in front of other customers just because he’s clearly frustrated with his job.
Honestly i dont think this guy should work there . Its very unprofessional the way he treated a customer just because a customer was speaking spanish . All he coulda done was do his job , help a customer out . But instead he decided to tell them to leave . Unprofessional and this is not customer service.
ASKED A SIMPLE IS IT A SEDAN OR COUPE... "IDK YOU WILL HAVE TO COME LOOK" MY RESPONSE, " I LIVE 11/2 HOURS AWAY THAT IS TO FAR FOR A MAYBE". COMEBACK WAS "OH OK"
I love this place it's always they do have new inventory every day also it's affordable price you can't find it anywhere even if you need help with the tools they give it to I know I road some reviews if it's happen sometimes mistake with person it's not mean all bad .. spishel cashier they are friendly.
Racist junk yard worker!!
I always go to this specific junk yard and get alot of parts, I absolutely love it, never had any issues until yesterday, my dad was paying ( he’s 70 years old ) and told the cashier, separate, then together and the cashier went crazy on him, calling my elder dad every single name in the book. I asked him to please respect my dad and he told me to leave.
I told him I would tell his manager and he said he was the manager.
After a couple of hours I called to speak to the manager and he answered and told me he was the manager and that he got mad because my dad couldn’t speak English, ( BTW MY DAD SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH ) and that he was stressed out because he hates his job..
I did record everything. I really loved this junk yard, but no person is going to disrespect my dad over “ bad English”.
He also called me and my dad “ junkies” kind of weird when most of there customers are Hispanics, even their workers………
I learned that employees get first dibs on the car before it even hits the lot... So basically ill never get the engine out of a rare car that i need because henry picks it every time!
This is by far the best salvage yard in all of Middle Tennessee. I actually would rather leave a bad review so that I can have all the parts to myself, hahaha. This is the only salvage yard that didn't hike up their prices and actually lowered them. They have everything from Chevrolets to newer model BMW and Mercedes. Great staff too!
Nah, definitely not going here. Called to ask for pricing on a part. The first time they picked the phone up and hung it up the second time got a few rings in and the guy was completely rude. Never been here and definitely never will. Thats not good customer service "friendly cashier" or whatever y'all put on your website. Ha! what a joke..
They have a great selection and the cars are in and out to keep supplies available. Some salvage yards have the same cars 20 years, not this one. And isles stay clear for most part.
Semi truck Drivers Turn where Scale entry is at. They’ll weigh you, back it up, dock is next to little warehouse. Then weigh again, and you’re out. Tacos accross the street while you load/unload. They’re Quick.
Great place to pull parts!!! My husband enjoys coming here to pick parts for his car. There is a $2.00 per person entrance fee, you must sign a waiver to enter, and bring your own tools. There’s a big selection of cars, trucks, SUV’s, etc and the yard is fairly organized.
Prices are fair but there is so much stuff in between the isles it can be hard or even dangerous to walk through. A lot of vehicles are picked clean and they are still in the aisles.
They give you wheelbarrow to push your tools around and carry your parts back which is great. But they never clean the rows out so you can't hardly get down the rows with the wheelbarrow. Complete CLUSTER !!!
