Needed a tow to a shop across town in Murfreesboro and Perkins Wrecker & Recovery exceeded all expectations. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and had a tow truck at my house in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend their services, I’m calling them first whenever I need another tow down the road (pardon the pun)
I recently had a tow to my local tire shop, and I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by tow truck driver Alex B. His customer service skills were exceptional, making a potentially stressful situation much smoother. I would highly recommend Alex B to anyone in need of a tow; he truly goes above and beyond to take great care of his customers.
I had the best experience with this company. They assisted with a situation that I had with another towing company delivering my vehicle to the incorrect location. They truly went above and beyond to help me with something that would have otherwise been a very stressful situation and they were so kind while doing it. Special shout out to Ms. Brandy. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend my money anywhere else and I’m glad I now know about this company! Highly recommend!
Alex at Perkins Wrecker and Recovery was amazing. He went over and beyond to locate a specific tire to fit our car. He had us safe and back on the road in such a short time. I can't imagine how hard it would've been to get our car back on the road without Alex. Highly recommend!!
I have had 2 experances with Perkins Wrecker. The first experance was great. I wish i could remember the gentleman's name. He was curtious, professional, qnd prompt. I was stuck on the side of the interstate and he safely transported me qnd my vehicle safely home and all the way up my driveway.
The 2nd experence the driver named Kevin would not even come up my driveway. He was rude and very unprofessional. He told us that he would not come up our driveway because he didn't think his truck would make it under our trees. Even though the exact same size wrecker had dropped my Expedition off previously. I had to try to drive to the end of my driveway which I did not make it because the Expedition would not stay running. Kevin thought he knew better and tried to drive it himself and ultimately had to pull it up my driveway with a wench.
I truely hope more of their employees are like the first gentleman and no like Kevin.
We had such amazing and fast service! Our truck broke down, we called AAA and Alex B. arrived to help us. He went above and beyond, troubleshooting and trying to fix our vehicle before we had to be towed.
It’s always stressful when someone breaks down, but Alex made this experience a good one. His truck was immaculate, but more than that, he was very kind, personable, and very respectful. He showed a genuine interest in us and we talked about each other‘s families. He truly exemplifies great, friendly customer service and professionalism. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him and Perkins!
In a time where work apathy has become much too common, Alex B was a welcomed relief. Alex B responded to my AAA request for a tow to Discount Tire because I had a hole my driver side front tire. Recently got a flat tire on the 840, and Perkins Wrecker & Recovery came to my rescue. They called to confirm my location and gave me a time-frame as well. The driver (Alex) showed up in a reasonable amount of time and was friendly/professional. Great service overall, highly recommended!

Tony came and picked up my car today from murfreesboro and drove it all the way down to Columbia Tennessee. He came within an hour of me calling for a tow and got the car super quick and easy! I somehow landed my car in a ditch in front of my girlfriend’s house yesterday. Tony arrived to save the day only 15 minutes after me notifying AAA. It was amazing to watch how he expertly (single-handedly!) extracted my Mazda without doing any harm whatsoever. Tony is the BEST. Thank you so much!
Daughter got her car stuck in ditch in driveway. Alex w/ Perkins came out and was able to pull her car out, didn’t take long at all. Alex dispatch, and Alex himself kept communication on how far they were and when he got to our house he saw the problem, worked quickly and was able to get the car operating again. My brand new car was on the side of the road again. Onstar set me up with Perkins to tow my car back to the dealership. Within 20 minutes Tony was there loading up my car on the truck. He was very nice and helpful. Ask for Tony is you can. Fast and Friendly Service!!!
I needed to have my car towed to my mechanic. I have AAA and they sent Alex with Perkins towing. He is professional, kind, polite, and an excellent communicator. He delivered my car towed the mechanic and sent me a picture once it was placed in a spot. I highly recommend Alex and Perkins towing!
The day it showed, my son lost control of his car and ran into a street light. I called AAA, and they set me up with Perkins. I made an appointment for them to tow the car to my house. Tony showed up, and within 10 minutes, the car was on the back of his truck and on its way to my house.

These guys and gals are the best!!!! My mom's car wouldn't engage in gear, so we called AAA for a tow. She has a scooter on the back, so a standard flatbed was challenging and the owner chris came with a regular tow truck. We talked about the problem and after taking a look, he came up with a solution...a zip tie! While the process was long, he and his guy Tony were patient, kind and took the extra time to do this. We were able to drive the car home and setup a time for repair. So grateful for these awesome people and his wife Brandi for making a stressful situation much easier to manage. After getting side swiped on a rainy Sunday night.... my car was able to make it home around the corner after the cops gave me what I need for my insurance. Sadly had to be towed to get assessments Alex is the one that picked it up nice guy answered any questions I had. Made it an easy experience thanks Alex!

Alex from Perkins Towing was the driver who picked up my vehicle. He was extremely professional and is was one of the best tow truck drivers I have ever met. He was extremely careful loading and unloading my 1994, 850 BMW csi. If I ever need towing service in the future, Alex from Perkins Towing will be my first choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Perkins was sent to us through AAA and they were amazing! My car couldn’t be turned on (long story) so they couldn’t put my car in neutral and this made it difficult to get it on the wrecker. They worked it out but spent a good amount of time and patience getting it on the truck. Also their communication was wonderful. They called throughout the process and were very professional. Highly recommend!!
My husband managed to get our truck and camper stuck in my dads yard. Called AAA and immediately got a wrecker in about 45 minutes. No help. Called and they then sent a 2nd wrecker 2 hours later. Again didn't have the right equipment. Called back and after another hour wait Perkins contacted us and after almost another 2 hour wait they arrived. These guys were awesome. In no time flat they had us back on the road. I highly recommend their services. Their years of experience really shined thru and made our bad day much better.
