It's so lovely to deal with people of integrity. Kenny and his team worked tirelessly throughout the entire Saturday morning to take care of me. I hope not to need them again anytime soon, but if I do... they'll be the first to call.
The gentlemen we spoke with was very pleasant but unfortunately we have to make another trip because for some reason the owner decides to take all the cash out of the cash register and they can't make a refund

Ordered a door and was suppose to be delivered a few days later. Even called a day prior to expected delivery day to confirm the door was still going to be delivered, said that it was still on for delivery that next day. Never seen or heard another word from them, been almost two weeks at the time of this posting. Went with another company and had the door next day.
I tried to call and ask about a part, and when i say that this woman that answered the phone was RUDE. Jaw dropping. I could do nothing except for hang up. Yelling, cutting me off. Wont ever call back.
I ordered a Focus transmission for delivery. After 3 days I received a call saying that the transmission was loaded and on the way. Shortly after I received another call stating that they could not deliver to my address. I asked why ? I was told they didn’t deliver to “that neighborhood “. I asked for clarification because for the last 5 years we received deliveries from Rawls and Sons. I was later told that Corona was the reason . And then I asked the question “is it more corona in my neighborhood and then the rest of the neighborhoods in with you deliver”? The collar immediately said yes. I followed up with another phone call two days later I spoke with a nice young lady who was just as confused as I was about the response from her coworker.
A few days later, I decided to go pick up the transmission myself. Upon arrival I was tall that they could not except my company check. Before I left I asked one last question, “does it not seem strange to you that you will not deliver to my shop nor my neighborhood or except a company check?”
Good people. Kenney and his family are wonderful. If you need it they probably have it or can find it for you. If you need to get rid of it they probably have a spot for it. They know their stuff and will help if they can. Very glad to say I know them and will do business with the when I can!!
I bought a motor there put it in to find out it knocks well called them and went by they was willing to give me another motor but they didn't even know if it ran or not got my money back and went to another place very disappointed and want ever buy any thing from them again.
