Great salvage yard! I go here whenever I can (it’s a little far from my normal operations) and As someone in the auto repair industry, I can say that this salvage yard is as good and professional as your gonna get! I have been going here 3-8 times a year for the last 9 years. Always have had a good experience.

Tie your trash down better. We shouldn’t be having to try to dodge scrap driving down the interstate that’s falling off your trucks.

I called before going, I live 4 hours away. They told me they had the part. Got to seven miles away and called and told them that we we with in a few min of their closing time. They said okay, took our phone number and said they would call back. They called back and said they didn't have the part. But they did work with me on the price of some of the parts I did get because I was miss lead in the beginning. It got some parts for the car just not the main parts.

Great customer service, accidentally came into the office while the workers were off for the week for Christmas but the owners dad was there, he called his son, the owner drove to the office and got me what I needed with no attitude.

Parts were cheap and they pull for you. I called ahead and they pulled the parts and had them waiting for me when I got there. Great experience.

I've only dealt with him a couple of times but they've been really great people I'm old I can't get around as much as I used to they've taken that into consideration their price was good their equipment was good they're really nice people that work with you a little bit if you know if you're genuinely honest with him it's the way business should be done these guys are great I recommend them highly

Took total of three trips of 45 miles to get a part after they screwed up the paperwork. First no sold to sit in and then wrong part info. Last time told me couldn't fix the invoice. I helped with some recommendations and they got it. Bummer

I called up there on a Monday and ask for an alternator for my car and told them I wouldn't have the money until Friday he called me Wednesday and said he pulled the part off the car and put it on his shelf for me and I went Friday and pick it up which reminds me I still need to take TAS their core back lol

Ive been doing business with this company for years and they do good at sorting thru and combing over the parts to insure good quality used parts. Ive dealt with alot of salvage yards over the years and i can say they are about the only salvage yard I've purchased from that ive never had a issue with part or performance. And staff is great always helpful in finding and getting the right part. They are my first choice always!

So upsetting I drove about an hour to get to this place to get a quarter window for a honda accord,I told them I was on the way,when I get here they said they still dont have it and the person that cuts them is not even there,then the guy asks for my number to call me when they get it,they should've told me that instead of making me drive for an hour to get here now I gotta drive for another hour to get home for absolutely no reason going home empty handed

The SUV I bought last year is missing the antenna and part of the antenna base assembly. It was all there when I bought it, but the base broke at some point. My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off. Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville. The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery. EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.

I went here for a side door mirror for a 2015 Nissan Altima it’s was reasonable and looked great quick and easy friendly people also reasonable pricing

Bought an engine from them. Had it installed. Ran alright untill started on way home and overheated. Had to have it towed from goodlettville to portland. I replaced thermostate radiator fan cluthc still sqmne. Ends up being a bad head so i contact matt at sales he does nothing about it. Tells me to take it some wherw in nashville to have it dixed. Reminder i live in portland tn and its not drivable. Now the jack ass want even return my calls.

Took my sister here to purchase an alternator for her car. Nice people, they had what she needed.
