Wouldn't even give any stars if I could. Husband totaled his car but won't let the gap insurance or loan company people come in to do their inspection without paying him first. They called him while my husband was there to get some work stuff from his car and were told no, they couldn't come look without paying him first. Watched over husband like a hawk while he was getting the stuff he needed for work. Tools were missing from the car, also. Guy is a crook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!! Absolutely disgusting.
Edit: the loan company is trying to take the car to auction, so they have no clue what has been discussed between us and the loan company. The car IS NOT being dumped on them. This company is just doing whatever it wants with no regard to the law.
Not even worth a star. 600 dollars for a local tow is the new definition of highway robbery. These are some of the rudest people I've ever had to do business with. If towing a car is going to cost you more than 300 bucks, order a wench off Walmart or something and do it yourself. It's a much lower cost to your wallet and morale than Putnam.
He also threatened to sue the family over his tow bill after there child died on Matthews road. If u talk to anyone in adams and cedar hill he is a crook an takes advantage of families all the time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Or you'll be the next one he gets over on

My father also told you he wated to bring his truck and trailer to get his truck YOU TOLD HIM NO. My wife's car broke down in pleasant view this morning. Called Putnam and he said he could be there in 30 min. When he arrived, it took him about 5 min to load the car and take myself and the car to Nashville. Very professional guy. I would highly recommend their service. He is certified and insured.
