I have had my jeep for almost a year didn’t really drive it much cuz of the death wobble but Chris just made it so I can drive my jeep more and more even offered to take me out riding on trails so I can be even more comfortable in my jeep anything jeep you need to bring it to Chris great prices super friendly guy and staff highly highly recommend

Broke a motor mount and its sort of a goofy design on my truck and hard to work on. Chris listened to the issue and had me back on the road same day. Reasonable price for custom fab work. I typically work on my own stuff. But this is one of the best experiences ive had with off road shop.
Chris and his team are great. I first went to Chris for an alignment, that evolved into getting a metalcloak longarm lift installed a few months later. After wheeling for a bit I decided tons and 40’s were a must for me. Chris and his team built axles for me and did the whole installation. Couldn’t be happier.
These two men turned a terrible day into an awesome adventure. We were stuck down a valley on 41a/b with a broken control arm, three wheels and no way to get up the hill. They were so kind, non judgmental, and professional. We not only made it back up the hill but we made new friends. They were extremely safe, knowledgeable, and a solid team. With limited cell service, we tried a few calls to others with no answers. We finally were able to reach Chris. He not only called back but continued to check on our progress relentlessly. When all hope was lost and the evening was approaching, Chris phoned a friend Richard and was relentless in his pursuit to not just come to our aid but to ensure the recovery was completed even into late hours. Both men have our deepest gratitude and continue friendship from this experience. In short, two very good men, with dedication and heart of service to help others in need…A lesson in humanity.
These guys are amazing. They go the extra mile to provide the best customer service and work. They are true jeep enthusiasts and never leave a man, or woman, stranded on the mountain. Lol Chris the owner is awesome, as is the rest of his crew.
Buddy got stuck and Chris and his friend(didn't get name) were as happy as they could be (being a sunday night) to come up the mountain and get our buddy out. These are a great group of people and we highly reccomend their services!

Great shop and workers. They were able to help diagnose and get me set for the trails. They gave me great advice and worked with my budget and plan ahead to make sure what they did would be beneficial due to being from out of town. Would recommend them 10000000%. Can’t thank Chris and his wife enough for their kindness to us! We came up to windrock two weeks ago and let a friend borrow our truck, as soon as he got by their shop the transmission gave out. Chris was so awesome and let us keep our truck at his shop until we could get back up here (we live in Florida) to get it! Not only that our crew ran into several issues on jeeps and he made time to get all of us up and running in no time! So appreciate him and top notch service! Highly recommend them and will share this same post in our west Florida Jeep club as well!
This place is great! We stopped by to see if they had a part and talked with Chris and his crew for awhile. They gave us a lot of great tips about our Jeep and the local area and we really appreciate the time they spent talking with us! My transmission went out in my jeep at Windrock. The owner Chris scanned the codes and called a local transmission shop and got me in the next day. He went out of his way to help me get home and I really appreciate that.
Excellent shop for all things Jeep! I took my ‘01 WJ down there to fix a warped intake manifold, install new intake/exhaust manifold gasket, and modify a set of headers to fit my truck. They did a great job and had the best prices of ANYONE around. I’ll definitely be going back for anything I can’t or don’t want to do on it myself. Being a former auto tech I’m very touchy about who I let work on my vehicles and Windrock Jeep Outpost has definitely earned my future business. Highly recommend!!!
I thought I had already written a review for the Windrock Jeep Outpost and this was an update. But I was mistaken. I can't recommend this place enough. The work here is top notch. I had the dreaded death wobble and couldn't enjoy the use of my jeep. Chris made sure that I was taken care of, he made sure that we had quality parts to ensure that my Jeep would be safe and rugged enough for me to be able to enjoy what the area here has to offer. He didn't try to upsell me, but was very methodical in what would be best for what I wanted to do with my Jeep. He was very reasonable in cost both in parts and labor and I mean extremely reasonable compared to quotes from other shops. I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. I just now brought my Jeep back for a leaking radiator, broken windshield wiper linkage and headlight replacement and the same top notch service and help was recieved from Chris, this is the place you should bring your Jeep for the best quality service in the area.

Great shop and I highly recommend they don’t cut corners and they do what truly is in your best interest. Very straightforward and honest. I highly recommend the shop as it’s hard to find people with integrity. I came to Jeep Outpost after my subpar experience with another shop in Oak Ridge . That was not the case with Windrock Jeep Outpost If you have a Jeep or an off-road machine you have to go to this place. They know what they are doing !
Phenomenal work. Made sure my friend's 392 was correctly aligned and safe after sending it at Windrock. Even did so on a Sunday. This is the support I wish my local shop could give.
We took our 2018 JKU to Chris to have a lift, steering stabilizer and front drive shaft installed. He had a drive shaft custom ordered and got it in a week. He’s very knowledgeable and makes suggestions of things to improve our Jeeps without being pushy and strives to make sure the vehicles are safe for on and off-road use. Jeeps are his passion and it shows in his work.
