Polite staff. Appreciate the convenience of the location. Only complaint is my family and friends who come and visit can not use the facilities without having a local drivers license. Huge inconvenience. I was given paper to fill out to allow access but never get a response.

I OWN property in Polk county and Fannin county ...I find it a disgrace that I can not use this site which is the closest to my home ......and I'm sure others do too.....

Trash was everywhere ! There are holes in the fence and people come after they close and steal metal n copper. While I was there I saw about 6 rats or they might have been cats I could not tell they were so BIG!!! PUT OUT A TRAP OR SOME BAIT.
