I have had 3 great experiences with this company. 2 times I have called for towing service. They are fast to show up and very professional. My step son sold his car to them. All services were great! I would recommend them to friends and family.
He came and gave me a great deal on my bmw that I had and towed it away it was excellent service and will definitely do it again awesome customer service awesome guy please doin business with you guys
Hands down one of the best, most up front and honest company's to work with! They met my every need and handled everything with care! I needed my car gone fast and they were able to help me and pay me out quickly! I will definitely be using them again for any future needs! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Very, very satisfied!
They were prompt and courteous. Very straightforward with what they could offer me for my vehichle and why. In this day and age finding ppl that run their own business and doing what they say is very rare. Especially when others have lowballed and just not showed up.

Call to get a vehicle removed several time. The lady pick up the phone and was very very rude with me and explained to me that her husband is the owner. I tried to ask her could I talk to him. This was the worse company I have ever dealt with in customer service.
Very unprofessional & a waste of time! We had an appointment for 9am yesterday. They called & rescheduled till 1pm stating a truck was down. I show up at 12:45, sat there till 2 o clock before finally leaving. I have gotten no response on the phone. They even read my Facebook message & ignored it. They were coming to get my car from an auto shop so not only did they waste my time but I have had to change the pick up with the shop my car is at as well. & I could have had this matter taken care of 2 days ago if they had not of bailed on me. I would have been understanding if they just explained what was going on!! Rather then totally ditching me & leaving me wondering, as well as the auto shop my car is at! That's very unprofessional & rude!!! So I would give 0 stars if I could!
This experience was amazing and fast. I called one day and they were here the very next day. The guys came out, on time, and removed the eyesore. Then they handed us two crisp one hundred dollar bills! Highly recommended.
Schedule for a pick up for my car today at 8:00am and its 8:58, I've been calling because I need to have car moved before it get towed called the number no one answered called back I guess they took the phone off the hook because it goes straight to voicemail. If I knew they weren't coming I would have schedule the car to be picked up with some one else. Poor service. They don't ever deserve one star..
They definitely go lower than the price that they should I called the salvage yard one mile away from them and he did $150 more than they offered so of course I did not do business with them
We had 2 Van's that didnt work, engines died, they paid us for both of them. One was an 01 and one was an 05. I'm very happy to have them off my property.
Fast and friendly service. I was not expecting them to come out in the middle of the night when i wrecked my car but they did. They paid me exactly what they quoted me on the phone too.
Was scheduled for a pick up at 10 am now it is 113pm and they still haven't showed up. Been calling since 11am left a voicemail even and still no answer. Horrible
