I had two of my cars at the shop they really really took care of me and most important fixed my cars I will definitely be taking my cars too them from now on the Staff rocks and Ms Evelyn is a gem she will do her best to get stuff taken care of.You don't find shops like this place anymore they will check out your car and definitely let you know the cost of everything that it needs
Had an issue with my check engine light. They were able to diagnose it and repair it very quickly and did not overcharge me. I've used them a few times very good service
1st Class Auto, is truly 1st Class.. I have a 2014 GMC Acadia and they have practically Made my truck brand new. There Team of Mechanics are outstanding and There administrative Team is as well. I Want to personally give a shout out to Ms. Olivia who works Administration and Jose who is one of There Master Mechanics. I encourage anyone who has any car issue, to contact 1st Class Auto and leave your car troubles up to them.....And they are tremendously affordable and Honest with all that they Do... 1st Class Auto is the only way to Go!!!!!

The experience at this shop was beyond disappointing. Jose, one of the mechanics, was flat-out rude with no sense of customer service whatsoever. Speaking with a straight face and dismissive attitude is not how you treat customers. Employees like this drag a business down.
What shocked me more was the behavior of the manager, Mrs. Shamica. Instead of showing leadership and professionalism, she was loud, disrespectful, and tried to “show me my place” by waving her hands and pointing fingers. That is NOT management—that is arrogance and ignorance. As someone who has worked in customer service, I can say this kind of behavior is unacceptable and a disgrace to the role she holds.
The only saving grace was Craig, who was professional, respectful, and actually knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, his courtesy could not make up for the toxicity shown by the others.
A business survives on customers, but here you are treated with rudeness, arrogance, and disrespect. This shop desperately needs to learn that professionalism and basic courtesy matter. Until then, I would never recommend anyone waste their time here.
The driver went above and beyond! He called us as soon as he got the request, came all the way out to Cumberland Furnace to get my car, and after he got to our house, he pushed our car into the parking spot because it didn't roll off the truck in to it! Rico was the greatest tow truck driver we've ever met! Super impressed!

Polite and professional service from beginning to end. I expected to wait hours for a tow when my car broke down. They were there in a little over 30 minutes. Price for the tow was also more than fair. They'll be who I recommend to anyone needing a tow going forward.
Easily the best repair shop in town, maybe even the best in the state. I took my truck and my car there for some repairs and the lead mechanic quoted me an excellent price. They won't do anything without asking you first, and always seem to put the customer first.
Moreover, they have some very talented mechanics on staff and the work tends to get done pretty quickly.

Their tow truck threw parts all over my car damaging it while they were picking up a car in Shawneetown Illinois! And they refuse to fix it! Even said on the phone they weren't worried about going to court because they're in Tenneessee and we are in Illinois! But right is right and wrong is wrong! I even sent them pics of the parts all over the highway and a piece stuck in between my headlamp and bumper cover! And the sheriff's name and number because I went straight to the sheriff because this guy was losing his load!!
I can definitely give credit where it’s due. My car has been going there since 2022 and every single time they have went above and beyond to get my car fixed. I called them for a tow and they always come within a hour and a half. It’s even down to the young ladies who work up front, who takes the time out of their day to thoroughly explain the issues with your car. I called at 3 just to see if my car would be ready for the day, and the nice lady who works up front was very honest and said that they hadn’t started working on my car because the ticket got pushed behind other’s tickets. She was able to get a nice tech to work on my car at 3:30 and had my car ready to go by 4:15 (right before they close). I’d keep bringing my car here and I haven’t had not one bad experience with them.
Came in on short notice with a headlight/blinker issue I have tried for months to solve on my own, they got me in as soon as I showed up. Dwight was fantastic, communicated what was wrong and fixed it, gave me advice on how to get ahead of other issues that may come up. Very transparent about the cost, extremely friendly front desk staff. Absolutely wonderful experience, I cannot say enough about this business!
The worst experience I’ve ever had. The first time the warranty company sent me here they said it was nothing wrong with my car. After forcing them to look at it deeper they magically found out it needed a new engine. Now just a little over two months later my car is stalling and leaking gas somewhere. They ASKED ME where is it leaking gas to as if I’m a mechanic. Then refused to put the car on a. Diagnostic machine yet still charged me over $100 fee to drive the car in a circle and say they don’t see anything wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.
Called to inquire about a time estimate for a fan clutch repair and was immediately met with rudeness before I finished my question. She was dismissive, interrupting me, and refused to let me finish my question. This was my first contact with the shop and will be my last.
I have been dealing with this shop since 2016 this is one of the shops where you can bring your own parts and get your car fixed. The owner Joe is an awesome guy if you ever get to meet him. all the cars I’ve had since 2016 have been fixed by Joe with no issues. They are great mechanics. I recommend this shop to anyone.
avoid at all cost !! I took my truck in for ac tune up , the guy at the desk was talking about having a mechanic pull it in for a look but come to find out that so called mechanic had not even showed up to work! there was only 1 guy actually working on cars in shop yet guy in front office did not even know that fact. Red light right there ! then after 3 days I'm told they were still waiting on parts to come from dealer?? I came and got my truck that afternoon Not repaired , they left parts unhooked and hanging under my hood and blamed dealer for sending them wrong parts !! Charged me $100 dollars service fee , and asked me to bring my truck back when parts came in ; I went to O'Reilly's and between myself and a fella working there we replaced the Hi and low side valves ( which were very accessible ) and charged the ac in the parking lot. That place is Not very good !!
Joe is the man! If you need a tow, you can trust this company to take care with your vehicle and be there in a timely manner. Thank you for helping make a tragic day as best as possible with the care you took with our truck (our baby).
You can’t ask for a better towing company that care for there customers concern, they were closed on weekends but owner actually met me to get my vehicle towed from his storage to stop continue storage fees, and also helped to get my vehicle towed back to my home without further damage, thank you first class towing!! You will always have my business!!! I will recommend this company to anybody!!
I had an emergency situation needing my alternator replaced while passing thru Clarksville and staff at First Class was gracious enough to fit my car in their already busy day and get me back on the road. Staff is very friendly and they helped make an unfortunate and very upsetting situation much better - we were even laughing by the time we left! Thank you all so much!

It's a book, I'll keep it short, Mom's car was messed up, broke bolt on thermostat and that wasn't even the problem.... It needed a heater core! After Brandon and crew checked it out, however it had to be towed in, it was a nightmare sitting, So Mr. Joe's shop had the car for a minute because of the broke bolt that should have never been touched!!!! So let Professionals do the job!!! Without some shade tree mechanic working on something, break it then leave you with a worse problem then what original condition was.....JUST CAN'T THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH!!! Had a engine replaced in my 2016 dodge grand caravan. Everyone was very helpful to get us back on the road. They dealt with the extended warranty company which has to be a head ache. We sat at the shop for a few while they double checked everything before we left and everyone we met was very gracious and nice. Would definitely recommend them! Addition to original review. The engine that our warranty company provided first class lasted only 5 months. Naturally we sent it back to first class. They bent over backwards two times what most folks would have done and got it replaced and dealt with silverrock warranty when they didn't want to cover the water pump that was damaged upon delivery of the motor. Joe at first class is such an amazing customer friendly guy. He did everything short of illegal activities to satisfy his customer. He even towed the vehicle back to us on a Friday night and we live 60+ miles from the shop. And when dropping our vehicle off for us at just shy of 10pm he was still super friendly and had a smile on his face! I would recommend taking your vehicle to Joe especially if your car is your baby like ours is! Take it and see Joe and I promise you will leave in a better mood than you were in when you got there!!! Even the receptionists will make u laugh and put a smile on your face. And do fast amazing work as long as they don't have to wait on the warranty company for approval. It's the warranty folks that make this process a living nightmare that you feel like you can never wake up from not Joe and first class auto repair! If I could give them 6+ stars they would deserve it!!!

Joe was very hospitable and professional. I went to First Class Auto thinking I’ll need a transmission replacement $$$$$, but I just needed more fluid. Now he could have taken advantage of me seeing Jeep’s are known for needing transmission replacements. However, he gave me some great advice and very lower bill than I expected!!
"Superb Service." My daughter's car broke down on I-24 in Nashville on Tuesday June 21, 2022, and was in need of mechanical attention. I live in Georgia and to trust a shop 500 miles away was an easy decision. Had heard many great things about First Class Auto Service and chose to have it towed to Clarksville. They evaluated her problem on Thursday and found a cooling problem. The cost was minimal compared to a shop of I-24 that told her that the engine was blown. I have brought my car in twice to get brake line repaired, she’s an old rusted (but beautiful) 96 accord. First time I was nervous and the mechanic literally put it up on jacks and took a look with me, showing me everything that was wrong before and after. Second time was an easy 60$ line swap. The front desk staff is very nice, mechanics are charismatic and wise, and it is an overall nice place. I chose to get my car fixed here because of the high reviews and I hope this review lets people know that this is the right place! Thank you
233$ for them to bring my car here instead of my house like I asked them and it even says on the state trooper report it was towed to "owners residence"
Also you have to grab your own car out of a junkyard and they had my car stuck between a wall and a giant tire/axle that I had to walk over to get into my driver's door. Definitely poor practice. 50$ storage fee for taking it to their shop and not my home. Great service

I had convinced myself that I would not drive off in a vehicle. However through Steve’s hard work and make it happen attitude I am the proud owner of a late model F-150. Worth mentioning also is Leketa’s involvement throughout the entire process, her patient and attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
I have a 03 Toyota that was in a front end "fender bender." Body work is not cheap and other shops estimated 4K. Joe, a mechanic, told me he could fix it for a decent price and it would come out looking new. He was right. It took several weeks but my car looks better than ever and it didn't hurt my wallet. I am so please with the price and work of First Class Auto.
My Son graduated last week before the Memorial Day Weekend, he left graduation for our family dinner and wrecked his car on the way, I had our insurance company on the phone & I was also logged into the app waiting for roadside assistance...I waited for over an hour..CPD said they could tow the car for us, and gave us the name of the wrecking company on call. We looked them up online and knew we couldn't pick up the car with a trailer over the weekend or on the holiday while they were closed. When I contacted them after the holiday they were very professional, they helped us arrange a tow back to our house instead of us loading the car and trailering it home from the opposite side of town. The towing fees were reasonable and the storage fee was reasonable, but Mr. Joe, the Ladies in the office, and the gentleman who brought my Son's car home tonight deserve a five star rating. The circumstances were awful, but the company, employees, and service was great.
