Car broke down on my way to work, called four different shops and no one would let me tow it to them, called beachaven and not only did they pick me and the car up they also completed my repair fast and efficient! From now on their the only ones I’m going to with all my auto needs

That was a Sunday afternoon the tow truck arrived in a very reasonable time. The next morning there was a call notifying me of the problem was with my truck and how long it would take to repair it which was the same day. All expectations were met and the truck is driving beautifully.
Spent around 900 dollars for an oil leak to get fixed, and my car is still leaking oil. I would recommend going somewhere else. I took it in and they said they fixed it. I picked up and drove it for one day and brought it back because it was having the same exact issues. They charged me another diagnostic fee and then gave me another estimate to fix it. I had it fixed and drove it for one day and the car is still having the same problems.
I’ve been using Beachaven for a number of years. I have never been disappointed in their service or their pricing. It’s nice to have someplace I can go where I trust the people who are working on my vehicle.

Great service & wonderful guys. I had 22in rims & tires put on my truck. The company I ordered from sent me the wrong tires so the guys in the shop essentially do the job twice. They were very understanding & didn’t charge me for the mix up. 100% my only auto shop from now on. Thank yall.

There was a strange clunking and rumbling as I exited I24 and soon as I could I pulled over to inspect. Found a loose cable, grease from the axle and knew I needed help. Called Beachaven and chatted with Carson. He promised a quick response but this was Tuesday and they were already booking for the following week. They found the issues and were able to complete the work early on Friday ahead of schedule. Very grateful and pleased with the work.
Brent and the Beechaven crew were amazing from start to finish. They towed our Mini Cooper to their shop and found a problem with it that the Mini Cooper people at BMW hadn't been able to find in two years of visits! They were professional, fast, and very reasonably priced. Fair and upstanding auto shop...would HIGHLY recommend!
These guys have been great to us. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done and they'll even tell you when something doesn't need to be done. I was able to drop my car off there over a weekend and they fit it in their schedule the following monday. Thank you very much for your prompt service.
Beachaven Auto Care is a great place to have your car serviced at. They’re honest which is the best part. But they e recently added some new technology that makes booking an appointment and staying up to date on the service they’re recommending and doing much better.
The issues with my vehicle were taken care of and I was kept informed of what was being done and the estimated cost of the repairs. I was very satisfied with the service.
Pretty bad, honestly. I took my car in to replace the compressor, and though it does function now, it takes twenty minutes to get cool, and you looked me right in the eye and tried to gaslight me that it was working fine. Our cars have given you all of their business for 5 years, but we won't be back.

I traveled from Florida to see my mom and sister here in Clarksville and my Land Rover needed an oil change, tires rotated and balanced and my brake sensor went off so possibly I needed brakes. They didn’t have any appointments but they worked me in because I was leaving again in a few days!! They could have said I needed brakes but they are so honest and I just had a bad sensor! They communicated with me the entire time!! Love them!! Use them! You will love them too!
I always take my vehicles here, especially my Fiat. They are the only ones I trust to do my Fiat properly and at a reasonable price. When I arrange for an appointment, I know I will get taken care of when they say. They are very professional and respectful. Beach Haven auto is an auto shop you can trust!
They were really kind and responsive. I called randomly when my low coolant light came on coming home from Nashville and they didn't have an appointment for me, but said to come in and they'd top me up and get me an appointment for the end of the week. Nothing ended up being wrong but I really loved how they treated me.

I was stuck in a pinch. Well, way more than a pinch actually. I won’t get into details on why I contacted Beachaven, I’ll start with after I did. It started with Brandon Ferrell help me identify the truck that towed my car. I then had Beachaven pick it up and take it to my house. The driver Brandon was solid! Much thanks!
A very professional and efficient experience. They kept me informed of what was happening and what needed to be done to my car. I had a transmission service, brake pad replacement and (sadly) front rotor replacement. I was also given a bid on tires and I took it. Of course these things cost money but their prices beat everywhere else I looked at. So that combined with the professional and personable communication make it a no brained for me. I’ll be returning, as the need arises, to get my oil changed.

Hey guys, Just wanted to mention that it could have been better. I originally brought my truck to fix the noisy and slowly failing ac compressor. There was much more work suggested that needed fixing. I went ahead and approved all of the work which was thousands of dollars. Once I received my truck back I immediately noticed it driving bad like it was missing. I brought it back and one of the fuel injectors was not properly tightened. I waited and drove it home after that. A few days later I drove it somewhere and the AC was not working. I took it back and the issue was a leaking schrader valve. They fixed it and I drove home again. A week later, the AC was still not working. I took the truck back and the AC compressor was replaced (as a bad 'new' part). I drove it home and a few days later the AC was not working again. This was my first (few) experiences with your company and I'm a little disappointed so far. I'm looking for a good mechanic/shop to repair my 3 vehicles after moving from another state. Thanks.
Update: I just received an intimidating call from a man that works here. After talking with him about the situation and a possible star upgrade. He confirmed that this was not the shop I was looking for and I agreed. He ended up attacking me personally until I had to just hang up the phone. I can't believe they are in business with this man's attitude and I will not return to this shop. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I'm lowering the stars from 2 to 1 based on this phone call.
