Great customer service. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and nice. She was very helpful at explaining things to help me understand what was what. The only slightly negative thing i can say is that it is a little on the pricer side as i needed an oil change and a new serpentine belt (and obviously service charge) and it was over $300 but the overall service is great.
Vasquez Auto & Used Parts, LLC went above and beyond for us! My husband’s orange 1973 Super Beetle broke down on the 101st, and what started as an anxious and frustrating experience quickly turned around thanks to their team. They arrived promptly, were professional, and handled the tow with so much care and patience. From the very start, they were kind, understanding, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. We are so grateful for their quality service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing or auto help.

I really really wanted to like this shop as it was recommended to me but it’s just been disappointment after disappointment. I’ve had several issues with my car and only ever taken to it here because I trusted the recommendation. The guy who owns the shop is knowledgable but the rest of the crew is not. Only one woman in the office was competent, the other provided wrong quotes multiple different times, each time with an increased price because the wrong part was listed on what was originally sent to me. That’s something I can excuse but coupled with everything else it just feels like the rotten cherry on top of a terrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment and brought it in right as they opened only for them to not even start work on my vehicle until 2 days later. I, like everyone else, have a job and not having my car is a major inconvenience. Every single issue I’ve brought my car in for wasn’t fixed the first time. I continually gave the benefit of the doubt and kept letting them fix it just to have to take it back in. I really don’t try to be a difficult customer as I work in customer service myself and I know how it feels to have people be mean for no reason. I just can’t overlook how many times I’ve had to come back for the same issues. The latest issue was a coolant leak which they told me was fixed. They did at least follow up asking if the car was ok. I said yes no issues yet… but once again the repair they did didn’t actually fix the issue. I found the coolant completely gone and had to refill it so I could drive home from work. I gave so many chances but the thousands I spent in repairs continually failed to actually fix the issues with my car. I really hate to be this person but I’m tired of spending money just to have the same problems. I’m done. Any trust or respect I had for this business is gone. It sucks I still have to deal with the coolant leak after paying them to fix it but I’m at the point where I don’t want them touching my car again. I’ll be taking it somewhere else.
They were very gentle when having to drag my car to turn it around and when hooking jump the were gentle with my car all together I appreciate the care in mind
Just wanted to come back and write another review,because this place is great! We have been using them years and they ALL are so kind and treats everyone like family. VERY reasonable prices! We’ve had 2 engines that needed replace and plus a ton of other things over the years. I highly recommend them!!!!
Friendly customer service and communicated with me while my car was being worked on. That gave me an accurate estimate, so I could work on other things and pick up my car when it was ready. I’ve had zero issues with their service.

Awesome company and great owner. A buddy and myself broke down on the way home to Georgia not far from this shop. They came and towed us and got us right in and worked after hours to get us going! The owner also called an hour after we left to make sure we were still making it! All around great company and great guy!
My go-to mechanic. Always gets the job done and explains everything. Doesn't try to upsell. Everyone needs a trusted mechanic and Jonathan is definitely that.
