Houston was a very polite young man under a bad situation with the business of Kennedy Bros. Alignment Center, LLC . Two of the employees cussing and yelling profanity names and threatening me, while one of the owners at the business allowed such ugliness. My items were broke and Houston went above the call of duty when they chained and locked a motorcycle, said they didn’t have the key to the lock. Houston had to drag it onto the flatbed trailer, helped take the chain off after reaching my destination. I appreciate how Houston was very professional and helpful to me! Thank you so very much! Houston is a keeper and I would use your company again and recommend your company to anyone that needs your services.
Towed without notice and dragged my truck with no tire on it, ruining a brand new rotor and destroying my tailgate and many other components on the truck in the process. I called the police department to figure out where my truck got taken too and they never reported it to the police like they’re supposed to and left me thinking my truck got stolen.and still want $350 for the 1 day it’s been sitting there and $50 a night, tried to get it released the first day it got towed and they wanted 450+ some random $50 fee

As other reviewers have said, great company. I was quoted 35-45 mins. Quan, my tow driver, showed up at the 40 min mark. Quan was friendly and professional. We had an hour and 20 min drive back to my house, Quan was great to talk to and made the ride go by quickly. I can't say enough about my experience. A bad day made better. Also for an almost 60 mile trip their rate was very fair. I would absolutely recommend Jones Brothers!
My overall experience was great,, from the beginning Alex in dispatch was very helpful.. She gave me a great price , and fast service.. James came to rescue me stranded on the side of the road, he was great.. He did an excellent job, he did the work with a 100% positive attitude!! James took his time to make sure that there was no further damage and secured my bus so that it would be towed safely and secure....I highly recommend Jones Brothers Wrecker Service...

Called them on a Friday after being referred by the dealership I was going to take my car to. Received very nice, courteous and kind service from the person answering the phone. Gentleman that picked up my car came quickly and took it over to the dealership. Great service and would use again if ever necessary.

Chipped a small corner of my center control console when they used a knife to pop it open, to try to switch my car into manual. (It wouldn’t switch which is why we had to call this company recommended by Jenkins and Wynne Ford) Otherwise, very professional and informative tech. Was diligent not to scratch the outside of my vehicle. Oiled the tires and put a sliding wedge so that it would not damage them when going onto the truck.
Update: They very quickly ordered the part needed to fix this issue. Outstanding customer service by the tech and problem resolution by management.

I was concerned about my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fitting on the bed of the tow truck. However, the operator assured me that it would fit. He also explained every point where the vehicle would be secured, and I really appreciated him taking the time to clarify the entire process of loading, securing, and offloading my vehicle.
I had a fantastic interaction with all parties, from the call representative to the tower. There was transparency on my bill before they dispatched, quick and timely service, were trustworthy, and had professional hospitality. When i needed to check in with the repair shop, the representative even called me back to check in. I had the option to pay my towman cash or card, or pay over the phone, which I appreciated. Highly recommend! They were a huge relief during such a stressful time.
Excellent services by Gaige the driver, with the traffic flying by us on I24. Even crawled under the trailer and took pictures for the repair guy. Knew exactly how to get us to the rv park safely towing our 31' trailer then contacted a close by mobile rv repair person and explained to him the problem and parts needed. Definitely will and would recommend again! 10 stars to Gaige, he's definitely an asset to your team!!!!

I would ten out of ten recommend this company!! They got to us in no time. The driver Was very careful getting my car on the tow truck. Gage Dozier was great and made this bad situation of being stuck on the road not as bad. He got our car back to our house safely in no time. Very happy with this companies performance.
Per customer request I drove in yard, we had discussed that I would get stuck and customer agree to pay tow bill. He needed his tank pumped because it was backing up. Jones Brothers has towed me before and they are always so professional and friendly. They also made sure not to rut up the guys yard for the pull out. Took them 30 min to get to Elkton which was great timing, took no time to winch me out. These guys by far are fantastic.

I can’t explain what i tremendous help Nick & Justin were from Jones Brothers. We got into big trouble when we buried a 15k Ib man lift in a touch spot with very little access. Getting this thing unstuck was a miracle: definitely no easy task. The men showed up and got right to work. True grit, problem solvers, and thinkers. Much respect to props to these men putting in the efforts to recover the lift for us. What a blessing honestly. Very professional, great communication, and effective work strategies. Fastest pickup ever. Houston came out and picked up my car in 2 minutes after a call. He helped me get my project car out of a tight area, grab my toolbox, and help unload them both into another tight area as I didn't have any help and couldn't do it myself. I appreciate the fast and extremely helpful service.
