  I called W&W and spoke with Jody to order a shifter assembly, he told me the shifter was still in the car, and the he would have it pulled and shipped as soon as possible.   Called and said they had a side mirror for my Altima. Went there and waited an hour to see if they could find it. Not friendly people at all!! We are the ones buying parts from them. And they won’t let you walk in the junkyard!! Very snooty people....

  Drove 2 hours to get a side skirt and door handle for a car and was told on the phone they were in stock,couldn’t get door handle because they didn’t want to pull it off of a good door. Sideskirt was bent to hell, wasn’t told that before driving 2 hours. Steer clear of this place.

  Bought 2 doors from them and they came damaged. Not only from poor packaging of shipping but from the parts place w and w they said windows worked but they don't and also doors do not line up correctly manager and keith the genius sales employee thinks he knows it all but ant help. The fact they can no town up to their mistakes is a fact to stay away and BEWARE that lousey $200 hurts their business!

  called to order parts for my BMW and after paying for them i get a call the next day from a rude guy saying they don't have it in stock anymore, since the guy was rude i decided to ask for the owner which was worst than i expected. i believe this place needs better customer service. i personally wouldn't shop here again.

  Bought Knee assembly to bmw. They send me it disassembled , lower arms damaged (as they say it was not involved in accident but this is from their forklift), shock mouting is dented and without mounting bolts and screws. I ask for return because parts are damaged and they said 20% restocking fee !? AVOID THEM !!!!
