Chris and rob and all the other workers there are really friendly and helpful got me and my wife and kids and a nice little car with not much down and not much on the payment and I would buy again from them.
We had a very pleasant and stress free experience. Chris was very easy to work with, very personable, and made us feel comfortable and like he's known us for years. He did everything in his power to make us happy and the whole process was a breeze.
Just got a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, spoke to Chris over the course of a few days to get something worked out since I had a wreck, mom of 3 girls and working— I needed something fast and reliable! Chris was my salesperson! He was patient, nice and did everything he could to get me a great deal in such a short time! I highly recommend Chris and everyone else there! Only downside for me is the drive but that’s okay since I like to travel!
I had the best transaction with T Rex Autoplex when buying my car! Unbeknownst to any of us, the actuators were bad on 2 of the doors. Not only did they buy the parts to fix it, they also paid over half the cost of labor to get them put on! Definitely buy your car from Chris down there. He will treat you right for sure!!

Prior attempts at exploring various dealerships for a viable solution merely presented proposals that seemed to inflate their asking prices to accommodate the negative equity of my Explorer. Trex Auto took a different approach to customer service and financial flexibility.

I came in and spoke with Robert and had a great experience! Robert made everything easy and seamless. They were patient as I was trying to secure financing and it eventually all worked out! What in the dirty mess is this. You can't even see how nice these cars really are under all that dirt. Either the owner is just plain lazy or this car lot is a cover up for some other business going on . I wouldn't trust a place that don't even care for the product they are selling. See pics update reply this was my second time coming through this town to see this lot. When I stopped to grab a bite to eat some of the locals said that those cars are always dirty. I mean anyone could see that the dirt has been caked on there for a while.
Gave it one star only because I had to. If this man's mouth is moving, he's lying! We needed a second car, but not a new one, like we usually buy. Everyone told us to check Market Place, but I wasn't comfortable with buying from someone I didn't know. We decided to go to T-Rex Autoplex, wanting to do business locally and thinking we would be treated honestly. We found a car we liked, but we were concerned with all the warning lights. We specially asked about them and we were told a full diagnostic was done and everything that was wrong was taken care of, but they didn't know how to reset the lights. We could take it to a Honda dealership to have them reset. We thought being told to take it to the dealership meant they were telling the truth. Needless to say, we took it to the dealership and was told not only was nothing done on the car and it needed $1,200 of repairs, but the ABS Module needed to be replaced, at a cost of $2,300. We did get a second and third opinion with the same results. This man lied through his teeth and when we went back to him, he said to just disconnect it. It wasn't needed. On top of that, while financing, an employee wanted to use one loan company, but Rex insisted on another. Once we got to the finance company we found that company paid a bonus for every customer sent to them and their interest was outrageous. We checked with the other company the employee was suggesting and found their interest rate was half that of the company Rex insisted on using. All he cares about is making money on referrals. He doesn't care about his customers. Go to a real dealership, don't go to this crook!
RESPONSE TO OWNER: Three months after this post, do you really think we believe you remember that one interaction? But, given all the lies you told us then and your false response here, why should you be believed. Henry said no such thing!
Absolutely great place I don't normally buy vehicles from a dealership but I took a chance and went with them and they definitely haven't let me down I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The place is amazing the owner t rex is a great person he showed my son the most amazing experience for his first time purchasing a car and his son in law also amazing person could have ask for better experience thank you t rex and stuff keep up the good work nothing but bless to you and your staff thank y'all so much
I bought a truck here, the owner helped me to secure financing at a local bank. And things worked out as they should. Only disapointment was the promise of brick work which never materialised and was in part why i pulled the trigger on the deal. Ive just purchased another truck same year, from a different seller. Needed no financing. Still have the truck i bought there and have had no problems thus far. Knock on wood!!!!Its been a good long distance job truck
