Drove from Lexington, KY to here because it was the closest place with a half decent rear bumper cover for a Saturn SC2. Reasonable price, they had the part off the car in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I would stay away from here and be skeptical of the positive reviews. My experience has been shady at best. I bought an engine took it home installed it and it cranked very slow and stopped cranking at one cylinder every time. I immediately called to let them know and the guy immediately started in with things I must have done wrong or my parts were bad. Out of common courtesy I told him if he didn’t mind me opening the engine up I would try his suggestions and double check my work. This took several days and several hundred dollars in fluids alone. While doing this I discovered the engine stopped cranking every time it tried to move the #6 piston and this was due to a busted connecting rod. First thing Monday morning I called to tell him what I found and thought that would be the end of it and I would just take it back and be refunded my money. Nope, he starts talking about giving me credit for other parts, then says he can sell it to me as a core and credit me the price difference for parts. I said I just wanted to do a refund and he said ok then proceeds to tell me when I can and can’t bring it back. I said I would see if anything was salvageable as a core and call him right back. Now no answer. This is after I spent 6 hours helping him pull the engine only to find the turbo impeller was destroyed and the engine would barely turn by hand. At that point I told him I didn’t trust t the engine and was going to pass on it. I had driven 3 hours, worked 6 and still had 3 more to drive home. So I specifically said because of all the work we had done I will take it because he reassured me again and again I could just bring it back if it was bad. As of this review It appears as if I am getting the runaround described In other reviews. Like I said shady at best, but more like fraudulent business practices bordering on criminal.
The management was very rude, I don’t recommend them to anybody. I paid a deposit & the owner was suppose to refund me never did. I’m still waiting until this day ! I’ve been calling no one has answered. If I can’t get a hold of anybody, I will be calling the police.
Sells faulty parts and does not check to ensure that parts are safe. I bought wheels and tires from him and then he charged me extra to balance the tires and 2 of the tires were faulty. One blew when put weight on it and the other blew after 10 miles were put on it. Argues that he is not at fault for selling bad equipment and that it is your fault that it went bad when you tell him about it. Not a good business to use unless you want to end up robbed or injured from bad parts.
I went in for parts, and found the employers to be very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would recommend this place for anyone's needs With auto parts.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They told me our transmission was tested and ran perfectly and then we proceeded to return the transmission and was told that we could not have our old one back. Also told us that we could not have our money back that it would be credited to our account. Like why would i want a credit?? I want my dang money back. Then one of the employees informed me that "It wasn't his D**n business and he didn't care what we did, or if we were mad that I was not getting our money back." WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER DEALT WITH
Tried to give 0 stars but wouldn't let me. Worst example of business we have ever dealt with. Was told that transmission was tested and worked properly to find out after we install it that it's faulty. When we tried contacting you, we always got "the owner is not here", "call back when the owner is here". But every time we called, he was never there and wouldn't give his number out. We took the transmission back to get our money back and our core but then they said it wasn't theirs. Real shady people, beware of doing ANY business with them.
The one star is for the reasonable prices. I got there at 830. The help arrived at 9. We walked around for an hr looking for the part. Finally he called his boss and told him what I needed. They wouldnt take a debit card so I ran to the atm. When I returned his boss was there. At that point he told me I couldn't have the part because the motor ran. Waste of f'ing time.
I finally found what I was looking for. This place have everything lots of parts. So friendly, great service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for car's parts.
Nice people but a very small salvage yard. They used to be a large yard but they crushed 95% or so of inventory but they have started building their inventory back.
If I could give a 0 I would. The most disrespectful man I've ever encountered! There are no signs posted about going into the office. My husband and I just drove in and the man met us coming out and attacked us with harsh words and accusations. My husband responded with I apologize and I won't be back. He proceeded to say "good I don't like your kind anyway!". My husband is a veteran and tried to remain as respectful as he could. He apologized multiple times and the man continued to be arrogant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! But if you do go I suggest you stop at the office...
