Huge win. My son found an e-brake handle (which is a pain to find anywhere) plus the full hub setup — knuckle, caliper, strut, and both upper & lower control arms — for $120. That price alone says enough. Parts were solid, everything moved quickly, and customer service was actually friendly and helpful without the fake upsell vibe. We’ve been back since, and it’s been consistent every time. This helped my son keep costs down while he’s building his vinyl wrap & custom car work, and places like this make that possible. If you work on your own stuff and don’t want to get ripped off, this spot is worth it.

Decent salvage yard but don’t bother calling. They NEVER answer the bloody phone! You have to drive all the way out there and actually walk in if you want to ever talk to anyone and see if they have what you need.
Been trying to talk to somebody on the phone for over half an hour and finally a women picks up the phone and immediately hangs up once I start talking. Oh well, guess they don’t want my money.
You are correct I purchased it from another person but it still has the tags on out and obviously it's never been used I don't expect you guys to exchange it but I would think since it's never been touched since u sold it to CRAIG FOOTE by the way you could take it back and knock something off the price of the correct transmission I mean even if only $100 but that's fine you guys do a good job and sell good parts obviously I'm upset I paid $300 for a transmission I can't use I just thought since I guys sell these daily u could take it and knock something off of price for the correct transmission I work for John baker we just took 2 of our cars to Chevy's lot on Friday check if u like and since we work on cars for Chevy I thought u might help me out but I'll have John talk to Chevy about it sorry to bother u hope this is better review u guys do a great job opolagize for earlier review I was clearly upset and shouldn't have left it.
Definitely not somewhere to go if you're in a hurry. They say 10-15 mins wait, ends up being 25-30 mins. Too expensive for salvage parts. Lady at desk is rude. My advice, don't go
I just got a transmission from them and the lady was so nice. Great service. I'll keep you updated. Well it's been a week. I've called. I've emailed. They did answer the email to ask if there shipping information was rite. It was but still nothing. When I called they said I should have gotten it Monday or Tuesday. It's Thursday and still no tracking number. Hey I just wanted to let everyone know. I got the transmission and it was exactly what I needed. It's been doing good. I will use them in the future. Great people

I have been going to Bobby whites for 20 years and always get great service and prices no matter what I need. If they don't have it, they'll find it for you and get out of here cuz if he finds you knows you could train them and they are the best priced windshield guys in the country. Great place to buy engines. Went there today 12.23.2020 to hopefully pick up a luggage rack for my Honda got cost, and then they said they will call today . Nothing yet 5 hrs. later found on Amazon for just a little more than what they said, better to look online first instead of waiting on them to call back.
Used to be a good place to go....but not anymore. New policies keep you out of the yard. Cant go see where your parts are coming from anymore. Dont even try calling them...they will never return your call. They should change the name because it is nothing like what Bobby White would have wanted it to be.
Had a great experience today. Office staff were super helpful and called me back when they had found what I was looking for. Turned out when I arrived it was not the exact part I needed. When I showed the technician Rufus my old part he looked again and didn’t give up. The part I needed is no longer manufactured and the staff went above and beyond to find what I needed for my truck. Cannot speak highly enough about their service and commitment to customers. Bobby White’s is my fist and foremost choice I’m used parts. Thank you guys!
Do not buy from this place, period. I bought a rear end from this place and it took a week or more to get delivered and they only give a 30 day warranty on the item. I got the rear end installed on my truck and the rear end locked up on me within 3 months I have to pay an outstanding amount on a tow bill to get my truck back home. I tried to see if I can get any help on the next rear end since the one I got from them before only lasted 3 months witch is terrible, all they say they could do is take off the 50 bucks for the delivery...
literally the worst seller on Ebay. tried to buy parts for my shop , 1 crazy over priced for a intake no one hardly ever buys. who ever runs there Ebay page should learn 1 take take all caps off. and also learn some people skills and how to properly build a sentence. I own a business and understand how hard it is to make a buck but when you have people that act like that and are not even willing to work with a customer it can destroy your business.

They have a really good and vast parts inventory, operated by polite and knowledgeable staff. Prices are a little on the high side, but I suppose that paying more is worth it if they have an obscure part that you really need.
I was told by many mechanics that my truck wasn't worth fixing when I blew a motor. Well I couldn't afford a truck payment and then someone told me about this place. He fixed my truck at a reasonable price it came with a 30 day warranty and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this guy to everyone I know. He has everything you need for your vehicle from motors to seats he has it. His lot is very well organized so everything is easy to locate. All in all a great guy and a great business. Note: I waited 90 days to write this review so I could see how customer service was in case I had to use the warranty.
These guys have a ton of parts is the good thing. The bad thing is they convinced my father to purchase an engine for my car which had a blown head gasket as he was wanting to help to get my car repaired. A 1997 Nissan maxima. Ended up charging him about $2000 for the engine and the swap which is an absurd price for an old used engine. They gave a 30 day warranty on it. It had a check engine light come on and an oil pressure light come on and flicker two days after getting it back. Took it back and was told it was a defective sensor and that they replaced it. Only drove the car 3 miles to work 4 days a week. With less than 1000 miles on the engine, rod started knocking like crazy. Since it was out of the warranty period, the only thing he offered to do was to give me $400 instead of $300 to scrap it out as junk. This was an insane price for a used engine to begin with. Was told the engine only had 90k miles on it but that is far from accurate. The engine was completely worn out and did not even make it a third of the way to an oil change needing to be done. All of the sensors on my old engine were less than a year old. None were put on the engine they put in it so they made a fortune off getting new sensors. (Coil packs, map sensor, evap solenoids, etc...) Father was taken advantage of when he was trying to help me out and he didn't tell me what they were charging him till after it was already done. Can purchase a used engine from pull a part for $75 and probably be in much better condition. Buyer beware here.
