I called to check on a rear end for my truck then had the mechanic call and check also. We were told the part went to a standard truck like I have but it was for a cab and chassis. I drove almost 4 hours to get this part and it was wrong. I called this place to work this out and was just told they don’t do returns. If I hadn’t called and gotten the wrong info from them I’d take all the blame but I was a misled and am out almost $1300. I know it’s going to be something said but I’m not a mechanic and don’t claim to be. I trust what a man tells me that does business because I like to think people are fair and honest . I traveled this far to get this part because of the price and reviews. I’m not going to lie and say this experience was anything but a dissapointment. I’m not trying to bash these folks but if u work hard for your money like I do mine $1300 just ain’t money that comes easy.
It's way out but friendly service found the right part for my ride I'm extremely happy about that. Can't wait to go back and see what other used parts I can grab for my project.

Rral nice guy working the front counter I believe he said Pork chop if my hearing is correct.Very quick to answer questions and the right answers too.also gave me money back on product that they didn't necessarily have to. Definitely I'm a return customer..thanks you Qualls Auto salvage
Awesome people and the place is huger, over 60 acres of cars. We were just looking to see where they were and to find out about them, so didn't really pick parts or look for much. Howeever, the person in the office and one of the mechanics that we spoke to were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend you check them out.
A while ago I bought a headlight assembly for my car I couldn't find the driver side one online so I went here they had what I needed got a fair price for it and it still works like a champ
Unfortunately you can’t go off reviews in this town because half the people on here know the owner so if enough of their buddies give good reviews it helps them out but here’s the thing once they have your money and something goes wrong with your parts or whatever it may be just be prepared to have to fight just to get your money back…you can see the place and workers and you can tell they are all hurting for money and maybe thats why it’s the way it is or take a walk around you’ll smell the weed and sometimes alcohol on their breathe this will probably be removed cause it’s too honest but hopefully this helps someone out…….be careful!!!!! But don’t back down they really aren’t as tough as they act!!!!
Been going here for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Family owned, very good people, very knowledgeable. And reasonable on their prices...10-21-20 once again qualls to the rescue. Back on the road thanks to them
Great service, cause I wasn't sure if I was right about the parts I needed, clean parts that are checked before they go out the door, they double check the fit for your vehicle, so you know it'll work. and the prices are fair I'll be buy more for my projects in the future, Thank You
Bought 2 Transmissions from them, both told to me that they were in good working order. Drove over 2 hours each way to get them. Get one in, no reverse gear. Get the 2nd one in. No gear engagement at all. (different vehicles). I call and they said bring them back and will give you your money back. So another 4 hour drive, labor and transmission fluid wasted. Very Very Disappointed!! (Follow up from response : I never asked for my money back without bringing them back. It's the fact that both trans were faulty and alot of money lost in this ordeal on my end.)

This business is an excellent place for everyone who needs certain services. The staff is very friendly, respectful and professional. Women often feel afraid that in places like this they will try to cheat us; but if someone reads this comment, you should lose care because my experience has been excellent.
