I honestly have not used their services. But, Google mistakenly gave me their number and directions to their office. On each occasion, the staff there was SUPER friendly and helpful. They gave me the phone number I needed and thorough directions to the correct office location. Really friendly and helpful!
Highly recommend! We had a tire blow out on the interstate. We called Malone’s and they were quickly out to us. Cody was super nice checked on us first thing when arriving and got our truck to the tire shop smoothly.

I had to get my car winched about 7 feet back on the roadway after it bottomed out due to the road. At first I was told it would be 2-3 hours before they could get to my car. I left to go get cash from my house to pay for the tow and got a call that either they tow it for 175 or he will call the county and it would be double that. After I told him I was on my way he said he already called the county and that if I didn’t get there quick they would give me a ticket for leaving an accident. The only damage was to my own car no signs no grass messed up no nothing. All in all this company extorted me using the louden county sheriffs office to either pay them 175 or have there deputy buddy tow it for over double that. I mentioned this to the deputy when I got there and he quickly said extortion is a civil matter and then he took off. This company is absolutely predatory and uses the sheriff's department to do it. (He shook the cops hand and thanked him and the cop knew him by name) o and he couldn’t write me Becasue he didn’t feel like it. I said it is Becasue you have nothing to write me for.
Malone has done lots of towing for me and is always prompt and does well with delivering my vehicles safely. He has years of experience and knowledge and makes the process smooth and stress-free.
Good people. Gave us a little bit of a break on the tow bill. I felt like it was extremely high since they towed it less than 4 miles. Other than the cost the services were great.

They are expensive for their services though but at times you don't have a choice.
Little "slow" to arrive...road side wait was 'hot' and deflating....Care for car and delivery to service center....Professional...Transport rate was a tad high :: for 6 miles hauling charge :: but when "stranded" on highway "at mercy of assistance"...
My granddaughter ran off the road and we had to call a wrecker service. I had used Malone in the past when John owned the company. John had retired and moneymakers now owns the business, and that name says it all. It took just a matter of minutes to get her car onto the rollback and they towed it 4.2 miles. We were charged $375.00. That's very high in my opinion. I do not reccomend using them unless you are very wealthy and don't mind spending money.
I got my truck and trailer stuck on the job site today. When I called the office, Debbi answered the phone. She was so sweet. She can hear the tension in my voice. She verified she didn’t have any wreckers available and referred me to another wrecker service and even called them for me and had them call me back. In the world we live in today I wanna make sure those who do good for others get recognized and I hope those at Malone’s wrecker service recognize Debbi for her hard work and compassion towards her clients. Then on top of that $44 per day storage on a lot in the middle of no where!
The fun is not over. They process your credit card and blindside you for 3.5% SWIPE FEE. And you would have thought that after all the charges and fees they could at least eat the credit card swipe fee.

Can't recommend this company enough! The driver was hooking my van up within 15 minutes of calling. SUPER nice guy, walked me though the steps, excellent customer service, and less than half the price I was quoted from the other big money name wrecker service in town - (other guys were also going to take double the time to get to me).
My elderly father had a bad accident and they made things so much easier on us. And when we went to get his belongings, they were super courteous on the phone, and fast and accurate with the paperwork. Will definitely use them again.
The guy who worked there towed my truck. He was very friendly and did a terrific job on being timely and towed to my place of residence very quickly. The rate they charged was very reasonable. I will use this service again if need be.
Had a blow out yesterday at 4:20 in the morning and in the rain no less. After I called, JB was there in about 15 minutes. He had me and the car loaded up and off to my destination in about 10 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. He went as far as to set up the ramp so I didn't scrape the bottom of my vehicle while loading it.I would definitely recommend JB and Malone's Wrecker Service.
My car wouldn't start, and I was totally stressed out over the situation. Brian from Malone's showed up a lot quicker than I expected and towed my car from Knoxville, TN to Cleveland, TN at a really good price. I don't really deal well with this sort of thing, but Brian was so polite and professional and kept me calm on the long drive home. I highly recommend this company.
Take advantage of you in every way. Vehicle was towed to the shop with full tank if gas, keys in ignition turned on with dead battery when picked up. Horrible customer service and they live right across the street. They lock up and sit at desk looking at you and refuse to let you in it talk to you. Out of town customers BEWARE!!! Heck, locals too!
We called Malone's Wrecker Service to have our vehicle towed to a local transmission shop. They sent Cody, in a very short amount of time. I made sure to ask Cody for his name because I want to make sure I give him credit for the being so professional and being so nice while he was here. We will definitely use Malone's Wrecker Service in the future and recommend them to family and friends.
I just watched your wrecker driver park at the flying J. He went in for about a half hour or so. Came out to the truck and proceeded to take a piss next to the truck on the asphalt. Maybe y'all need to educate your drivers on using restrooms. Disgusting!!!

We were in an accident where we were rear ended in Lenoir City and our car was totalled. We were coming back from a family vacation in Gatlinburg and we were nearly 3 hours away from home. It was my wife, our two kids, ages 5 years and a 6 month old, and myself. Both of the guys that helped us were extremely nice, and helpful. They brought us back to their shop while our family came to get us. They helped calm us down and assured us everything would be alright. We tried to get a Lyft to take us to the ER to get us all checked out just in case and no one would accept the trip. They VERY GRACIOUSLY took us in a personal van to the nearest hospital. Thankfully everyone is alright, and we couldn't be more thankful for all of the help from Malones employees.
