I could not speak highly enough of the character and helpfulness of Stovall Wrecker Service. I don’t live in the area, and my family and I broke down on the side of the interstate 5 hours from home late at night. The next morning Stovall called me and gave me some advice on where to take my truck to be worked on. Went out of his way to tell me about a local, family owned dealership that would try to help us the best that they could. Not being from the area this was a huge help. The friendly people at the dealership were able to get my truck worked on that same day and I was able to get it back home. Stovall kept me updated and assured me that if I needed any more help to give him a call and we’d get something figured out. I highly recommend Stovall for all of your towing needs.
Sensational .service was amazing they were very quick and efficient came to pick up and delivered tools and a tire for me the gentle man stayed too make sure I was finished and would make it home safely before leaving. Out of all the towing and services I've had with tow company overall the best experience amazing people would recommend to absolutely anyone very affordable as well.

Had to call Stovall at 1am on a Monday morning, while just across state line in AL. I was headed to Nashville from Birmingham. Promptly picked me up, Truck and Equipment was immaculate. Very professional in that when I asked about where I should take my car to be fixed, he didn’t pick a favorite or a buddy. He gave me a list of a few and simply advised to call to find out who could get me in.
Excellent friendly service, hope to not need them again but if I do, it will be my first call.
Wife and I tried taking a vehicle for repair after an accident. I'm assuming it was the owner whom I dealt with, and the guy treated my family with a huge amount of disrespect when all we were asking for was a quick estimate to shoot the insurance company to get the process going. Will never go back nor recommend, had a body shop that took us in a day later, no sweat.
My truck broke down on Thanksgiving day. I called clime towing and Carter auto shop and neither acted like they wanted to help me. I called stovall tow service and they were more than happy to help. The driver was nice and confident in what he was doing. I will use them from now on

Great job, Stovall! My tractor/trailer brakes locked up while I was driving on a 2-lane county rd with no shoulder. Locked up, couldn’t move! Collin, with Stoval, answered the call, showed up in a timely manner. It was immediately clear he was very knowledgeable; examined the tractor, slid under the drive tandems, correctly determined the problem, explained it to me in layman’s terms, and did what was necessary to temporarily release the locked brakes so I could move off the main road into a nearby parking lot for proper repairs in a safe place! He was courteous, professional and expeditious throughout! Excellent!
I live in Tullahoma, TN. On this particular day, I was working Door Dash in Fayetteville, TN when I accidentally locked the keys in the car. So, there I was miles from home, without any friends or family in the area to help me...I was stuck. So, with very little money and only 8% battery left on my cell phone, I started trying to find a locksmith or wrecker service who could come out and get the car unlocked for what little funds I had. But every call I placed only left me feeling more anxious and afraid because the lowest estimate I was given was $100 and not one of them showed any concern that I was stranded miles away from home.

Not only was the service reasonably priced, costing only a fraction of what the other places were charging, they were also the kindest and most friendly, exhibiting genuine compassion for my situation. I was provided Stovalls for a emergency tow option while at work. When I say Mr Darryl and Collin made magic literally happen within hours and I didnt need to be present. Had Stovall's come out with their rotator wrecker and lift a couple of pressure tanks from a facility and load on 2 different tractor trailers. Super professional, plenty of rigging to get the job done and very safe in terms of operation of the equipment and keeping everyone informed with great communication on the job site. They brought extra equipment at my request (cutting torch, grinders, etc) Collin and his staff were wonderful to work with!
Great job getting my F150 towed from Athens, AL back to Madison, AL after a breakdown. Once dispatched the Truck Operator called my cell phone and we met up at the time agreed on and got my truck to the repair shop. Flatbed Truck is super nice! Highly Reccomend Stovall's!
They are okay. I went to them years ago. The man up front kinda gave me a wired feeling. Then we got to talking about old cars and trucks. Once I got my car back. I looked at the so called new parts. I wasn't fir sure they were new. I didn't question it. I wish I had asked for my old parts. Just for a pice of mind of know fir sure I got new parts.
I've had to have them come to unlock my car. Bless him. Once he was there he had more people to call on him. I felt kinda sorry for him. He was rushing to help everyone. Once he got me back into my car. I think he was relieved to be done with everyone. He was so sweet and kind. All in all I think they tex to do there best fir the people.
Stovall has came to my rescue. I locked my car keys up.in my car. Plus I have my Shih Suz Trixie Mey with me. I called for help letting them know my fur baby was locked inside. They came asap. I thought Trixie is going to want a drink. I went to the store to get water. By the time I was walking out the door of the store. Thank God. Here's Stovall. The young man was very quick to get me in my car. He used safety tools to get me in. Not a mark, Or scratch on my car.

My husband and I were in Florida coming back home to Tennessee. My car broke down just an hour into our drive coming home and I called Stovalls to see if by chance they could come pick up my car and get it to a dealership for repairs. This was on a Sunday but it did not make a difference to Stovalls. They told me they would come and tow my car. The young man was so responsive and he even called to let me know when he picked up my car. I would recommend Stovalls tow service to anyone needing any help at any time. My wife and I had a tire blow out on the way through the area. After pulling over and making some calls, Collin with Stovall came out to us in a relatively short amount of time and made quick work of getting the spare put on. He was very quick, courteous, and made sure to talk through the situation with us as far as giving us suggestions on where to stay for the night (we were too far out from our destination to go on a donut) and where we could get a replacement tire the morning after.
Collin was a genuine help with the tire and with the situation in general. If the other folks at Stovall are as good as he is they've got a great operation.
After a scary tire blow out on the interstate, Stovall's came to my rescue. Called to verify where I was even though I had no idea and couldn't see any markings to help, he found us quickly! After changing the tire Colin followed us to a gas station to check the air and gave us options on where to stay for the night and the name of a great tire place. Amazing customer service! Truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety.

My car auto locked the doors while I was pumping gas thirty miles from home. My keys and phone were inside. A stranger at the next pump called Stovall's for me. Not only did they come out and unlock my car for me, their technician Peyton Bush didn't charge me a penny and wouldn't even accept a tip. I was so thankful and impressed with him and their service! I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to give my business to them for my automotive needs in the future.
My tire lug nuts were not tightend properly, so my tire comes off in front of the Arbys shell. I called Stovall to get a tow from there back to my home address, the man on the phone was very polite, and in no time they were there! The young man that showed up Mr. Collin Stovall even got my tire put on and had my blazer on the towtruck in no time.
