Great ppl very respectful and helpful

Called to see how much it would be to pick up my son’s trailblazer that was 5 miles from our house. Right away I said doesn’t have to be picked up tonight tomorrow sometime would be fine. He asked where it was and our address he said I’m only a couple houses away from where that is so I can pick it up tonight $35 cash, I’ll have to charge $80 credit card. I said $35 cash? He said yes I asked my husband you have $35 cash he said yes! I said ok! They did deliver it within 20 min like I said he lived two houses away from where it was at and we live 5 miles from where it broke down at! My husband went out to give the guy the money he then said no it’s $75 cash my husband confused gave him the money then came in and said I thought he said $35 cash? I said he did! We went back out he was gone! Called him he said no I said $75 cash $80 credit. We would never had done it for that going 5 miles! We’ve had a mechanic come from Spring Hill charge less than that. They tried saying they came from their business lot location which was bs as I said the son had already said he was two houses away from where it broke down. Shady business practice trying to take advantage of people when they are already having rough luck. We like to use small business local people but never will I support this business.

It sucks to be towed, this guy made it less painful
