If you are looking to buy parts or Rent a car and get over charged and lied to You have came to the RIGHT place . You will be told one thing one day , and four days later told another pile of lies and given different prices They say they don't rent cars on Saturday bc they are closed on Weekends but crazy thing is they are there parts store open on Saturday 8-2 so if You want to pay more $ and rent a car from Chris and pay for days You don't need a damn car You got to rent on Friday 🤥 bad business
Never go anywhere else if I can help it. They offer more then most any other parts store,and if you have a problem with something they have no qualms in making it right.
None of the stores are linked because they havnt caught up to 2021 😂🤣😂🤣. So if your part breaks and leaves you stranded and the store you bought it from is closed you can't exchange it at another store so your SOL. Better off with advanced or auto zone. Shame you get screwed by helping the lil guy
Had LED head lights in my truck, my father needed to use my truck while I was out of town he got pull over an warned the head light were to bright so he went to them to have them swapped out. One of the employees swapped them out for him an Stoled the LED lights they took them out an gave him some old lights that won't even fit the truck in a bag. I am my family will be going else were to buy auto parts. Their prices are a lot higher then the other stores as well.
I haven't bought parts there for a while can you please check for recent purchases and get back to me just in case someone else has used my ID or card's to make purchases
I have been a customer at Kress Auto for 44 years now. Its the best of both worlds. They can usually match or beat any of the chain stores but also besides a computer system they still have the books and either have or can find parts the chain stores cannot. The expertise their is deep. You just need to know who to ask for what specialty..being a former maintenance man myself. They can think outside the box in atypical applications. Where most chain stores only have counter persons and are order takers. I have been known to travel 100 miles just to shop there because i know we can find a answer or solution to my problem.. you cant find this in most stores anymore. Its still there. They have been in business since the 50s and one of the founding family members who started it still comes in to work a few hours most days.
Great service and knowledgeable staff!! This is where the customers can go to get expert advice! In my opinion there is nothing any other parts store could even offer that would be half as good as these folks. In addition to the knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. Can't speak highly enough of them
