Awesome place. They sent Thomas out to help me. I had my car stuck pretty bad in my back yard. He was here within 10 min of me calling. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Was very careful with my vehicle. I could not have ask for better person than he was. If I ever need a tow or a winch out again they are who I’m calling. Thanks again for your help.
I broke down on the shoulder of I 40 at 5:00 am. I called Casper towing and got a hold of Larry and he got there very quick. Got the truck hooked up and pulled me to a repair shop within a matter of about an hour and a half from the time I called him till he was unhooking me at the repair shop very quick, friendly professional service highly recommend

I needed my vehicle moved from Dandridge to White Pine and decided to give Casper’s a try. Christopher showed up quickly, handled everything professionally, and had the car delivered without any issues. The rate was reasonable, and being able to pay by card right on the truck made things super easy. I’d definitely use them again.

Don was very polite and helpful with our towing needs. We didn’t speak much but I’d say he’s a quiet professional and did a perfectly fine job helping us today. Casper’s call representative answered the phone immediately and was also very polite and helpful getting our information. I’d recommend them if you need a car towed. The price was also very reasonable, I was expecting it to cost a lot more.
First time I ever used them was 2 years ago left a huge strong first impression on me and my family. My 05 Nissan Titan fuel gauge stopped working and didn't noticed till it stopped running. They brought me gas jumped my truck off and said I'll follow you to the gas station up the road next exit (I was on the interstate). I said okay thank you they followed me and made sure me and my family arrived safely and didn't need a tow I paid them $60 for helping me. Fast forward to today I called to have my previous vehicle towed to a local mechanic to get fixed due to internal water pump failure. (16 Ford explorer sport) Once again the guys and girls there literally make you feel like you're apart of their family and comfortable using them as well. I love using their towing services.

Casper’s Wrecker literally saved us! Our tire blew out on I-81 south at 12:30am and our roadside assistance was not helpful, even though we were stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of the night, scared and unsafe with no way to get a tow truck. I found Casper’s Wrecker on Google and the woman I spoke to was so helpful and kind. When there were no 24 hour tire shops she quickly found a hotel for us to get towed to with no hesitation and sent a truck right away. The driver was fast and super helpful as well. The next morning we called them again to tow us to the tire shop and they came quickly again and were friendly and efficient. They truly saved our lives and our road trip! Plus, they were very affordable on top of that! Highly recommend!!!

Requested a tow through AAA and Casper was sent. I got s call from the driver stating he could come earlier than expected. He showed up 15 min later ready to load up my vehicle. Extra care was taken during the entire process. I followed him to the repair facility to meet with staff regarding repairs. I'd definitely use Casper Towing in the future.
