My GPS led me down a “shortcut” that ended with me getting stuck in the mud about 20-30 ft away from the main road. I called Casper’s Wrecker and their driver Thomas came out and was able to help me get my car unstuck. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I definitely won’t be taking anymore GPS “shortcuts”. 😅

I had gotten stopped by the Jefferson County Police and I was arrested for tampering with my tag, However, I had asked the officers if my husband could come get my car cuz I was literally 3 mins from his house and the officers would not let anyone come to get my car! So,once I got released I found out who had my car and it was Caspers! I called and asked them if they were anyway that I could make payments to them until I ould get my out and they told me NO! I explained to her that I was homeless and that the car was all that I had cuz I literally live in my car and that I can't afford a 2500.00 dollar bill all at once and she was so rude about my situation that she hung up on me. I've asked 15 different churches to help as well as everywhere else in this ahit hole of a town and NOT NOBODY WAS WILLING TO HELP ME... IM VERY SERIOUSLY DEPRESSED ABOUT THE SITUATION AND I HAVE 2 SMALL CHILDREN AND I STILL CANT GET ANY HELP!! I'm so lost any depression so badly that I don't know what to do anymor e
This was BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD. During such an unfortunate event, I caught a flat at 2am in the morning on a Friday night/Saturday morning. I called 8 companies that were closer to me. Casper's was the furthest one and they were the only ones available. 3 others didn't have tows available, the rest didn't pick up. Dale was amazing! Kept me informed how far he was and his ETA. He was patient while I tried to figure out my location. Made sure I stayed in the vehicle until I was safe to get out. Got me into the truck. Loaded my car carefully. Got me to a safe destination. Made sure I made it to my room for the night with no problems. He was so polite and very courteous and professional! Such a scholar! I definitely would recommend this company 1000x.

Very Professional and friendly, they give you an ETA, keep good communication and even if they are busy, they do their best to get to you as soon as possible.... When my car broke down and I was stranded in a bad storm, they were busy and kept in touch with me through text messages and calls of how long they will be and when they are on their way....
He was prompt, polite, and efficient. He was very careful and acted quickly, and did a great job. At the end he checked out the car, and made sure to tell me to be careful to drive on a spare not to drive too fast, and I appreciated all of his assistance.
Stuck lug nuts on car tire change. I40 East of TN 407 exit has horrible potholes. Recommend putting this guy's number in your phone! Guy helped me change a tire late night on a Saturday.
The tow truck driver didn’t want to drive the tow truck up our driveway because he didn’t want to scratch his new tow truck on a branch so instead he walked up the driveway & drove my Jeep down the driveway to the road. I had the Jeep towed because it overheads & smoke/steam was coming out from under the hood due to overheating. It was a very bad decision to turn the vehicle on & drive it down the driveway because it could very well do more damage to the engine! All because the driver didn’t want to drive his new tow truck up my driver & possibly scratch it on a branch. I don’t ever want to use them for anything!
extremely good service!!! Road Tech Bobby saved the week for me, got my car out of the ditch with no damage very skilled technician. From the time I called it took them 30 mins to arrive and get me back on the road. Very Very Helpful Company and Staff.

The driver went over and above to help me and reassure me. After towing the car and myself to a body shop, which had just closed at 5pm, he then drove me down the street where I had to stay at a motel until they could
look at and work on my car the following morning. He was courteous, kind and very helpful. I certainly appreciated all of his help & hospitality!!!
