Excellent service from Barnett’s Wrecker Service. We needed heavy-duty towing today and they responded fast, handled the job professionally, and the pricing was very fair. Great communication, experienced operators, and top-level customer service. If you need reliable semi-truck towing and recovery in the I-40 / Hurricane Mills area, I highly recommend them.
We hit something in the construction zone on I40 that took out 2 tires. Barnett's was just off the exit and was able to replace our tires and get us back on the road in no time. Very friendly too. Saved our trip home! Thanks.
The best tow service guys ever!! Prompt, polite, extremely friendly, and helpful!! Mr. Wayne, Mr. Carl, and Mr. Adam are the bees knees!! My car had TWO flats and TWO broken rims from a 18 wheeler truck tire that hit the car on I40. Carl called around until he found tires and rims that fit my car! Quick and direct service! We stopped at the Pilot Flying J’s across the street and noticed our trailer had a flat. Pilot referred us over here.
They were able to tell us what is needed and replaced the bad valve stem efficiently.
Plenty of space to maneuver in and out and turn around for big trucks, semi’s and our motorhome + car trailer of 65ft.
24 hours repair shop, so that was extremely helpful for being available for any service problem.

Clamp on the turbo boot broke engine made no power. Called Barnett’s Mr. Greg said if you can get it here we can fix you up. If not we can come get you. I zipp tied it back on limped it to his shop. His mechanic found a constant pressure clamp on their service truck and installed it. I was in and out in 14 minutes. Blown away with the service and very pleased with the bill. Would highly recommend! 5 stars for sure
My truck keys was locked inside my truck. Barnett towing came to my motel room at 12:30 am and got my truck door open. The man was friendly and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.
We had a flat, so we pulled in to see if they had a tire we could put on our mini cooper. They didn’t have anything that small, but gave us a ton of places to call and let us sit there for a couple hours until we figured something out. Wayne and Carl were very kind and so helpful. This is a great place if you’re in the area and need help.
Great service and very helpful. Carl made sure my truck got the repairs it needed after I broke down. They even sent someone to get the parts from Freightliner that were needed to repair it I can't thank them enough. The mechanic even alerted me to another issue on the truck that wasn't even apart of the repairs he was doing so that is great service above and beyond! Great job guy's thanks again.
The driver of this truck is extremely reckless and dangerous. There was a line of traffic on the interstate due to rain, the people in front of us had been slamming on their brakes so we were keeping a safe distance. This truck starts tailgating us, then goes around to pass us and cut us off from the car in front of us. This driver is a bully and is dangerous.
Barnett Towing was so great! They got to my quickly when the horrendous pot holes west of the TN river on I40 burst one of my tires. They were courteous, super friendly and all around great folks. They recommended tire stores to me when they didn’t have the size I needed. They’ll be my first call if I ever have need again. THANK YOU AGAIN BARNETT TOWING!!
A couple nights ago we were hauling an enclosed trailer&we hit a bump&the trailer literally bounced OFF of the ball , which tow guy noticed was turned around and was on the wrong hitch. ??♀️. We had traveled probably 250 miles with it like that on this trip.
Luckily we managed to get to the shoulder of the interstate and called Barnett’s up and he came&got us hooked back up and BACK ON THE ROAD within 35 minutes of dialing the number!!!! Would definitely use you guys again&would highly recommend!! Decent prices, awesome service, and QUICK!!!!!

The two gentlemen that helped us were absolute life savers. My tire randomly got a hole 10 miles from their exit and was losing pressure quickly. We had a (very) talkative 4 year old and a crying baby so needless to say I was frazzled. They plugged my tire and got us back on the road quickly. Incredibly thankful for their easy, fast, and all around great service!
Absolutely amazing service! Our alternator died on us, leaving us stranded on the side of the road with 3 kids. They came and picked us all up and towed our car to their location, had an alternator delivered, and replaced it all in 4 hours. They saved our trip! Thank you all! You're amazing!

Me and my 5 year got a flat tire and an officer stopped to help us because we were in a dangerous spot. The officer helped me locate a wrecker to get us off the interstate so I could get my spare put on. I was told it would be $150. Once my car got towed and I made it back to the office I was told it would be $411! Once I told the man the price I was told $$150 he said yeah it use to be $150 not anymore and kicked his feet up on the desk…. The whole encounter felt very racist! I would suggest anyone that has a darker complexion to stay away from this place !!

From out of state here we had one of our trucks go down pretty late in the night and out of the many companies we called Barnett's had an amazing ETA quick to help and amazing service on the phone Keith was amazing to work with as well. If ever stuck in a pinch call this company ASAP!! :)
Literally saved us!!! Couldn’t be more grateful for this crew who last minute saved us after we had a blow out an exit away from them in our travel van! Insurance wa hours and hours away and we called them, and they said we’ll be there in 15!
The alternator went out and we were stranded. Called Barnett's and Keith arrived about 3 0 min. later on a Sunday. I am disabled but he got me up in the tow truck. He was very nice and kept in touch with us throughout the day. He also took us to a motel an carried our luggage. About 10 pm he called to say our vehicle was ready. He came to the motel , loaded our luggage and we took him back to the shop. He was so concerned about getting grease or dirt on the seat. Keith, you are the best as is Barnett's. Can'tsay enough good things about them.
My sister and I were stranded with a busted tire out on interstate 40 about 66 miles from Nashville. We had come to an emergency stop just before a bridge. I googled wrecker service. Talked to a man named Jerry. He came and rescued us. Helped get us to a local Holiday Inn. Called and found a tire as we didn't have a spare. The next day Wayne came and picked us up so we could be on our way. Thank you so much fellas!
We were traveling through in February 2018 and discovered a bad tire on our camper. They had a tire and swapped out the bad one. I don’t think we were there for an hour. Very friendly but a little hard for us Yankees to understand what he was saying half the time. The price of the tire was a little high but I get the supply, service and demand thing. I was glad to pay it and be on our way.
This guys are very professionals on what they're doing, they get you out very quick they don't play around or let time pass by like other shops to charge you more they are fair with prices they also do roll calls so call them for tow or on side road repairs. I went to replace a water tank for my Cascadia and motor belts they did a great job. Will definitely recommend anyone with small problems on their trucks to repair. Will keep you guys in mind and will recommend fellow colleagues that are cruising through I-40 Tennessee, exit 143 on the other side of Pilot. Thank you guys.
