Who ever Lisa is, she is very rude and unprofessional. Hopefully she is fired. At the very least she should apologize and take a refresher course on driving laws.

Extremely professional service! Couldn’t be more happy with this company. Shawn my driver was courteous, communicative and respectful. He took care of my vehicle to prevent further damage and he worked fast. Prices are excellent and the flat bed tow truck was well taken care of. Highly recommend this company for any of your wrecker service needs. Will be using again in the future!
My vehicle was on private property and it got towed for no reason. I tried to call and get information and they will not give it to me all they say is they got a pink slip for the tow and they said that a cop called to have it towed so I called the police about it and they don't know what I'm talking about. Wright's wrecker service is nothing but a crooked business that picks people's car up just so they have to pay money to get it back!
I had to deal with Wright's due to unfortunate circumstances (I wrecked), but they were the most courteous and friendly tow service I ever dealt with. I highly recomend these guys.
I broke down and Wright’s was there and had my big Ram truck up and ready to go before he was even supposed to arrive. Very professional, would recommend to my friends.
Wright’s Wrecker was recommended to us as we were in a bind and needed our car to be towed from Dover to Dickson asap. Wright’s got there same day and delivered the vehicle where we needed it fast. Very friendly and cheaper than other towing companies we called. Would definitely use this company again.
Wright's absolutely treated me right. 😁👍 Service was quick. Sean was very nice and even gave me a ride to the tire shop Where the car was going, which I REALLY appreciated, as I had no way to get there once the tire blew on the car. Price was reasonable too. Not that I want to need to... But if I did... I would definately call Wright's Wrecker Service. Thank you!!
Quick dispatch response and a truly professional driver. I appreciated seeing a friendly face at such a late hour, on a dark stretch of road. I feel like this may turn into a country song..... Seriously though, I will recommend your company to everyone!
Amazing customer service. Towed my car when I broke down for a much cheaper rate than other tow services, and gave a ride to the shop so I didn't have to get a ride.
Warning: Seeing Wrights Wrecker Service's location today I noticed they have an auto salvage yard (full of vehicles obviously wrecked and/or broken down, disassembled, picked apart condition). Because the sign at their entrance says "Wrights Wrecker Service & (!!!!!)AUTO SALES(!!!!!), I presumed that included the auto salvage yard. I am missing a fender flare on my Jeep Cherokee so I decided I’d stop in to give them my business.. and see if they have any salvaged Cherokees. I’ve never been there… since there are buildings scattered all through out their business location I thought I might find within the salvage area, a specifically salvage-yard-associated building… So, I pulled directly down into the salvage yard first. When suddenly, as I was scanning the salvage yard a truck rolls up aggressively on me and a very unfriendly older gentleman gets out and confronts me. His body language seemed to communicate "you're in trouble". Approaching he says “what are you doing!?” I said “looking for a panel for my Jeep Cherokee”… He said "these vehicles belong to other people who don't have the room on their property to store them. You have to leave!… I said "Ok sry about that . This looked to me like a salvage yard." He then said "but ya know what? First you're coming with me to the office” With nothing to hide, I said, “ok?” So, he got in his truck and, staying in front of me.. so as to prevent "escape", herded me to their garage building… I got out of my Jeep. He, as if escorting a prisoner, lead me into their garage. We approached Mr. Wright, who sat back in his swivel chair rocking as though he were some haughty, Mayberry/Boss Hog-like, judge and jury. Sneering down his nose He told me "Boy, you are lucky. Because, if I’d have been called to come to the lot first, because some one was snooping around, I would have shot you first and asked questions later”… Wow… i guess in his complete backwoods justice, lack of professionalism or wisdom, he thought it the right call to treat a long time customer like a thief… and threaten to shoot me haha… super dumb… I left slightly amused at the ridiculousness of this guy. But, upon further consideration I realized this just may have been the most insulting least professional experience of my life… and thought you may benefit to hear of it. As I said, I’ve used Wrights wrecker service in the past… But, never again…
Had to have my car towed on Saturday. They were prompt and friendly. Even socialized with my family while I was arranging payment. Hopefully don't need a tow again but if I do, I will call them again.
I've lived in Erin Tennessee for around 8 to 9 years and I have only used wright's wrecker service they have always been prompt friendly and always try to keep my best interest in mind I would highly recommend them not to mention they know how to get the job done
