This place was great, and the staff was very courteous. Ron was able to tell exactly what was wrong with our vehicle and helped us get back on the road with the problem fixed. I would definitely recommend this business!

Order a part for a friend and paid over phone. It didn't get picked up so 3 weeks later called asking about returning it and the lady on the phone was so helpful and courteous. It was done without any hassle. Thank you.
The person behind the counter was very helpful and went out of her way to find discounts for me and explain how the parts were chosen for my car and how they were better than other parts of the same. For example what made the headlights I was buying more functional and better performing than cheaper ones
Apparently they are scared to death of their customers. They continue to have the most ridiculous manner of trying to herd customers around their tiny store. They should be much more worried about the fire evacuation hazard they've created...
The guy helping me find the tool I needed didn't have a clue what he was doing but instead of telling me that he acted like he had done the same thing to his vehicle. So he sold me the wrong tool. It's a good thing I live 20 miles away and I don't have a life. O ya I do have a life. I had to go back and he still act like he knew but I looked a couple feet down from were he had got the wrong tool and bam there was the wright one. But when I got home someone that wanted to buy a vehicle was there and I made the deal and didn't have to fix the car. [always look for yourself].
During the time that I was there, the associates weren't rude by any measure. They seemed conversable and friendly; however, they were incredibly slow. I kid you not, it took almost 15 minutes to check out with only 4 people in line and 2 cashiers. The store is an older looking location, not very clean. They are concerned with public spacing and do take it seriously. Masks seem to be mandatory but not strictly followed.
Stopped in for a window wiper and a young man with overalls was exceptionally helpful in replacing my wiper and assisting me with finding some difficult to find bulbs for my Lexus! I have tried at multiple Auto Zone locations and left no better off...one visit to Centerville O'Reilly's and now I know what I need to do to fix my tail lights. Thanks O'Reilly's. Wish I had caught the slim young mans name so the bosses could pat him on the back!
Incompetent staff, they have no idea what they're doing, I ordered a part and they told me it would be there the next day at noon, came in next day at noon and was told the part had never even been ordered so they told me to come back at 4:30pm and they would have it, went back in at 4:30pm and guess what no part, will not be going back
