Service was very professional! Great communication throughout, even sent a picture once my vehicle was dropped off! And didn’t try to rip me off like other companies. 10/10 would recommend
Less than one star, and I don't recommend it for any person. I had a bad experience with this business to tow my vehicle. He offered me to repair it and after that I wanted to go to another mechanic within 8 miles distance. I sent him a message "bad service". The driver told me you sent a message and if I get any trouble with my boss, you will see. He threatened me. I text the owner with what happened, but he didn't care. It was a very bad experience with this business.
Absolutely amazing service, reliability, and speed from this company. I called several other towing companies who said that it would take hours to tow my car as they are lazy but Abel Towing was at my residence within 15 minutes of calling. Absolutely outstanding service and kindness from the staff. This should be the ONLY towing service in Nashville as they’re the only ones who actually know what they’re doing and treat you as a human being instead of just a number like the rest of them. 10 stars if possible!!
Call them about 2:30 in the afternoon ask to get something moved 200 yards agreed on a price and that they would be there within 2 hours. 2 and 1/2 hours later they will not reply to text or answer the phone or at least have the common courtesy to say we can't make it.
Refused service after a discussion of about 3 minutes. He asked me what type of car and the place I am. Well, he could've just said he doesn't give service on that day instead of wasting my time. I called another tow service and got good deal. The driver was professional and very hospitable
I called them for a tow yesterday and they gave me a price. Lied and told me that they were coming in an hour and a half. Then refused to answer the phone anymore after that time passed. I had to call another tow truck. Don't waste your time calling here. Call Malone towing. They are very professional! Prices are reasonable! And they come on time!
This man charged me $160 for a tow from mt view road to abbington heights. He said the first payment did not go through, had no proof and would not give his name or badge number. He looked at the money being gone from my account and told me I have 30 minutes to pay double or he will take my car to the junk yard. I have everything audio recorded. He slaps snatched my phone out of my hand. I will be filing a lawsuit

Fair$$, PROFESSIONAL, ON-TIME, HANDS DOWN!! This is who you need to call. I’m NOT exaggerating! I called 3 different tow services for them to show up and tell me that my truck was unable to be towed due to the damage :( But when Abel’s towing showed up he told me it was going to be rough but he made things workout 100% and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg!
I we placed several calls to our insurance roadside assistance. the company came out 3 times and failed to jump start are RV. Today Able towing and recovery came out and a experienced Technician took the time and troubled shouted our RV connections. He was able to find and correct the issue. He Jumped and started our 37 foot RV motorhome. Our RV has 3 batteries. I call this Technician an educated mechanic on wheels. This was the best Roadside service we have ever received on the RV. To the Technician, We truly apricated the time you took with us today, Thank you.
Abel was awesome. After waiting 3 hours on AAA, I began calling around to get my own tow and Abel came to the rescue. He was friendly, professional, and prompt. He arrived within 15 minutes which is exactly when he said he would. Great rates and great service definitely will be my first call if I ever need a tow truck again. Thanks Abel.

On 19 August 2019 at 4pm I called Abel Towing and Recovery for a scheduled tow. Abel's cost to tow a car and boat was HALF what another tow company wanted and 3 others said they couldn't tow a car and trailer. Abel's is very reasonable and friendly, I'm saving their number.Our driver, David, was great. He made it out to Hendersonville in 45 minutes and towed my car and trailer with Sea-Doo I had with me back to Smyrna with no issues and dropped the car right where I needed it.
Broke down in Hendersonville about 45 min. away, David from Abel Towing picked my dad and I up and was very nice and accommodating! Everything was handled so fast and easy!
Just had the most horrible experience with this company. They picked up my car and delivered it to the wrong address. The driver stated he knew exactly where to deliver it. They wouldn't correct the problem. And I am furious. I'm going to tell everyone I know.
I don't usually do the bad ratings, but i needed a tow truck to pick up my broken down car, i called this place at 9:30 to get the pickup, they stated that it will be 45 mins to an hour, then i called 10:30, and they said that the truck got rear ended and he was in the area and will be here shortly, another hour and half later and the driver still didnt show up or call..
He was right on time. Took good care of my vehical. Was even able to position his truck and unload my vehical in a very tight spot! Exactly where I needed it. My girlfriend said after watching him get my vehical in the driveway
"Im calling him if I ever need a tow! If you didnt tip him I was going to!!" Lol
A'ight good service is good service, the call was quick professional, and how I like, straight to the point. The guy gave me an estimated time, the amount for the tow and called about 5 minutes before he was at my location. My kids were with me and he was simply a good personality, acknowledging them as well as me while doing his work. Its good to see people being people.

On a busy evening, Abel estimated he'd be able to arrive in 45 minutes. I called back 1/2 hr later to check the status and he confirmed he was 15 minutes away. Showed up almost exactly when he said he would.
He researched if he could drop my CR-V at the shop overnight (some mechanics have a closed gate on their property) to make it more efficient where I would not have to worry about multiple tows.
Friendly, professional, and did what he said he would. Thanks, Abel!
