Called them needing a tow, showed up in 20 mins. Got my expedition loaded up quickly and was at the shop in no time. The driver sent me a picture when he had it unloaded at the destination. Definitely would use them again!

I can’t even begin to describe how helpful this company was. Starting with the amazing quote I was given, my car was left in Antioch due to a car problem and I had to get it towed back to East Nashville (20 miles) other companies were quoting insane prices. I was quoted a much better price with him, i accepted it right away. He got to my car quick and dropped it off within an hour. If you are looking for towing services look no further!!

USE THIS MAN!!! I bought an old Oldsmobile and it left me stranded, he came right out, loaded that big ole thang right up, and took it all the way to Donelson from Harding Place. Only $150!!! Beats South Side Towing all to pieces.

We communicated before the pick up day and on the day of. He showed up exactly when he said that he would and was very courteous and communicative throughout. Ben was amazing! Outstanding service Ben is the owner and really cares about his customers. He was so patient and kind to me as he had to wait an extended time for an escort into a secured parking area. He was very knowledgeable and considerate he told me what he thought was wrong with my Jeep and was right on. He answers phone quickly and he got there within 10 min of my call! Also, if you have roadside assistance with your insurance company you can call him and just submit to your receipt to the insurance company after for reimbursement no need to call them first and wait 2-3 hrs just call Ben!!!
Mr.Ben is awesome! He has towed my vehicle twice on separate occasions. Contacting him is easy, no hassles at all whatsoever. Arrival time is the fastest I've ever experienced. He updates you if something concerning your service changes, which is very considerate. During my actual tow service, Mr.Ben was caring and careful with my vehicle, not a rough or rushed feeling. Questions were asked to assess the situation about what happened. From arrival to departure took us no longer than 10 minutes. Super quick!
