We came from Montana to pick up a new to us car. We are now about 4 hours in to our drive home and it's great! . We flew in to Memphis and they came and picked us up the next morning to drive over to Brownsville. We finished signing the paperwork which only took about 10 minutes and we were done. It has been a super easy transaction and I absolutely love the car! Thank you so much Randy for everything and also tell the fellas hi, we really enjoyed their company as well! Would definitely buy from again.

Be very careful if told the car you are buying is in good working condition. You may quickly be out a decent amount of money after having to take it to a different dealership for repairs. Simple buying process though. UPDATE: over $2000 in repairs needed for the vehicle purchased. Be VERY careful!!

Had a sudden breakdown with my pickup on Thursday. They immediately sent a wrecker to pick it up. I let them know I was leaving town for 3 days, and really, really needed the truck on Monday. Got the phone call Saturday before lunch that the truck was ready. Great resource in Brownsville for service and repairs.

We purchased my daughter's car from Hatcher's Autoplex, after finding her vehicle online. They made it incredibly easy to purchase, but it was the service we received after the sale that makes them standout. They were on-hand for more information and to answer questions immediately and they even faxed paperwork to our License Bureau, even though we live in another state. I cannot recommend Hatcher's Autoplex enough, and am already planning on looking to them to purchase our next vehicle!

I was driving from Little Rock to Chattanooga for a family reunion. For months, I had been searching for a specific car. I couldn't find one in Little Rock or Memphis. They had one at Auto Vision, so I stopped by to check it out. It was the car I was looking for! The staff was great. They knew what I could afford and what I wanted to get for my trade. They worked out the deal and gave me what I wanted. I don't have the best credit, but Auto Vision offered me an interest rate that was 4% lower than the rate I was quoted in Little Rock for a similar car. I am a real person, and I finally own my first real convertible!

My experience, lol. Bought a car there last week, March 16 2023. Paid 7000 down and I financed the rest. So I was told it had new tires well that was false, back ties are new but front tires are dry rotted. Called them today 3/22/2023. I'll get you a good deal on some tires, so basically f off. Not counting the Hi beam light was hanging with no bulb in it and a low beam light was blown. No floor mats so I don't recommend at all. Bad customer service after the sell. Go somewhere else. Actually looked at the car the week before but the day I bought it I didn't, just did all the paperwork and went home. I took his word and didn't think anything else about it until my son bought it up a couple of days later. My bad for putting trust in them. Live and learn I guess!

This is best place if you trying to get a good condition pre owned cars and this dealership has the best team.I know Sandeep from long time and finally got a chance to buy a Mercedes car from their dealership. And my recent favorite-Randy is the most patient, helping and supportive . He helped me with the paper work without any hassle. And even Josh along with Sandeep helped me to check the available car models and gave me many options. From what I observed they never want any customer leave unsatisfied.

I’ve worked with Randy and Sandy numerous times in the last year. Back last year I had purchased a car from them that turned out to have a lot of issues, they sent it out to a couple shops at their cost to define the problem. Turned out that the car just couldn’t be fixed, and they would not rest until I was completely satisfied. They ended up finding another car that would suit my needs. They treat you like family. “No regrets”

Bought a truck in October 2020. The check engine light came on during my test drive, and I brought it up to Randy. He said something about sediments sinking in the gas tank blah blah blah. I was a first time buyer and I believed him. Turns out it was a bad lifter. A breakdown 30 miles from home and $1400 in repairs later, the technician tells me that the engine light had indicated the engine misfire for months. Not to mention, I had told him my monthly budget was $400-$500. I asked him about this particular truck, and he said “Yeah it’ll be about $500.” Turned out to be $585/ month. I felt rushed to sign the papers as it was the end of the month and he said he needed the sale before the end of the month. I’m not giving one star because I also blame myself for this. Shouldn’t have bought a truck with the engine light on. Edit to the owner’s response: No, you must be confusing me with someone else. I felt pressured because you told it was the end of the month and you needed one more sale. Either way, doesn’t change that I was sold a defective truck. My review stands.

I’m a first time buyer. I was looking for a Jeep. I sent messages to Randy directly and all he did was read them. Never reached out to me, I had to do all the calling. Website says they help with bad credit or no credit at all. He didn’t seem eager to help me at all. Instead of telling me he couldn’t help me again I had to call him just to find out. Read the bad reviews anyway but thought I’d give him a shot. So much for “great customer service “. I live in Cordova, Tn by the way. Glad I didn’t drive up there. I’ll stick to the wolfchase area for vehicles.

Randy was a great help. Truck was as advertised, even better. Randy got me the loan when my bank could not deliver. The loan process was very quick and easy, maybe an hour total at most. I could have been in and out with new truck in less than 2 hours if I hadn't drug my feet. Overall a great process and a great dealer. Thanks

Went looking for a car for my 18 year old daughter and they had the perfect car for her. Drove all the way from Lakeland. Randy was great!! Customer service was very good. He was very kind and patient Great experience over all. I get the car home and had some issues. Reached out to Randy and he was on top of everything and he went over and beyond. Sandy picked the car up and make sure everything was taken care of. But here’s the kicker. We bought the car as is and Randy and Sandy made sure that the car was looked at and serviced and they also provided another vehicle for her to drive while her cars was being serviced. Needless to say they spent out of pocket over $1200 to make sure her car was back to running had it serviced and fixed the issues. These people hospitality patience and customer service you won’t find anywhere else. They’re not just selling you a car but they take pride in their business and they definitely takes care of their customers.. Thank you Randy and Sandy for a great experience at Auto Vision

When we first came to this place, Randy was very nice and friendly. We picked out the vehicle that we liked and we were ready to make a purchase. That’s when things got interesting, apparently Mr. Randy has no experience dealing with customers who are tax exempt. We own a business in Memphis area, we’ve been there for over 15 years, so we know what we’re talking about when it comes to purchasing vehicles from car dealerships. But Randy kept on saying that unless you are a dealer or a military person, you can’t be tax exempt. That is not true, as business owners, we never pay sales tax when purchasing vehicles; he should’ve known that, but unfortunately he had no clue how the process works. The funny thing was that we were actually trying to buy two vehicles, but Randy was extremely stubborn and rude, and then at the end he was very unprofessional. So basically this guy ruined our day, missed out on two car sales and left a terrible impression as a salesman/manager. The best way to describe Randy - he is a professional idiot. I could use some bad words to describe my overall experience with this place, but I’m not going to. One thing I need to mention though, is that people who work at dealerships should know how business purchases work, and clearly Randy and his buddies have no idea about tax exemption etc. PS, we actually ended up going across the street to American Motors and bought two vehicles there. Those guys were great, they immediately recognized our tax exemption, so we were very pleased with the way they handled things. I definitely want to recommend American Motors to others, very friendly and professional staff.

I bought a car from Auto Vision the afternoon of May 24, 2019. By the next day the air conditioner had stopped blowing cold and the rpms where jumping for not apparent reason while driving. Unfortunately it was Memorial Day weekend so they could not get it looked at for a couple days. I was sent to Baileys Automotive in Drummond’s, they where able to determine the ac was over charged and corrected the problem however this is not fix the rpms jumping and didn’t not fix the problem of the ac not always blowing cold while idling. Auto Vision asked me to take my car back a second time in which Baileys Automotive was going to keep my car for a day or two so they could figure out the problem. I took a picture of the odometer when I dropped the car off and picked it up. They had my car two day and it was driven seven miles. Now I am no mechanic but I’m not sure you can properly diagnose anything by only driving seven miles. Also when I went to pick my car up, I rolled up to an associate basically breaking into my car because the shop had locked the keys in the car. Auto Vision stated I could have another mechanic fix it at the dealerships expense as their shop was unable to. I have left a message with Auto Vision as well as send several texts to the person of contact on this car at the dealership. I have yet to hear anything back. This is extremely upsetting because I made it very clear when I bought the car that I wanted something that only needed routine maintenance. I was assured this car was well takin care of with no major issues. (However the car facts states it’s been in at least three accidents) At this point I am giving Auto Vision a one star because I feel as if I was lied to about the condition of the car and the fact that no one is returning my calls or texts makes it even more suspicious. If they happen to step up and correct the problem with the car like they originally stated they I will amend my review. UPDATE: Auto vision had me bring my car in June 21 and I was able to pick it up until June 29. I was told that the a/c compressor was replaced and that the part had come from O Riley’s. The new compressor they put on was rusted and dirty it defiantly was not new. Also I was told that the fan was bad but I just needed to drive the car to confirm it. Ended up having to bring the car back again for the fourth time to have the fan replaced. RPMs are still surging, ac compressor is now making noises but the air is blowing cold. However I believe they over charged the ac as it is once again building head pressure. Called and spoke to a third person who said they where the owner and i was told that the compressor did not come from O Riley’s it was ordered on line and nothing was wrong with my original compressor. The car will be going back 7/8/19 for one final attempt for the dealership to get this right. If not I will be asking to return the car for a full refund or contacting a lemon law lawyer as the RPMs surging is most likely a transmission issue according to my own diagnostics I had done on the car by a reputable mechanic. I wish they would just do the right thing and fix the car correctly because they assured me I was buying a good working vehicle with no problems and i actually really like the car. Definitely would never buy a car from this place again.

Bought a 2004 mustang on 5/29/2019 so far have had to spend close to $800 for repairs. Took us a month to get the title after our check was cashed had to call at least 4 times to finally get the title. The salesman wasn’t honest about the cars problems was only supposed to be a $60 part to repair it, the part we were told it needed this car doesn’t even have that part on it. My advise to anyone stay away from this car lot
