Absolutely terrible place to do business with. I ordered a transmission on a Tuesday before Labor Day and was told it would be in Friday. I called Thursday evening and was told that I could pick it up the following day as I had been previously been told. I paid a gentleman to pickup the transmission for me as my truck was without a transmission. When we arrived Friday morning I was told the truck and broken down and the part wouldn't be in. I asked where the truck was and we may would go pick it up. The clown working the front desk said for all he knew it could be broken down in a field somewhere. I asked if they didn't have any tracking on a truck traveling 9+ hrs or had communication with the driver. I asked about the guarantee on having the parts on time as promised as it ran on a large monitor behind the clueless jerk working the desk. He said that there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager. The salesman that I bought the part from told me that they would deliver that part to my house the following Wednesday following the long weekend and would take $200 off. The part didn't arrive Wednesday so I called and was promised it would come Thursday. The transmission wouldn't come Thursday or Friday. Repeated calls I would be given the run around. Neither the salesman or the general manager would return my calls. After 10 days of being given the around I showed up with the authorities as I had paid for the transmission had been paid for in full. The salesman then informed the part and been " lost' and that they refunded my money the previous day after holding it for 2 weeks without at least a courtesy call. They don't stand behind their word or the guarantee they falsely display behind the counter. I would recommend you go anywhere but here. Horrible place to do business with
Have done numerous transactions with Pik-A-Part and its great how they will look up the vehicle and parts your looking for. They will also tell u if they think its been picked, like today i went to look for driver control switch and they told me how many vehicles they had that i was looking for and was told that was a high picked item and they doubt its even on there. So saved me time and money. And there always nice to deal with.
5/11/25 raceway pick a part sold us a damaged un-repairable tire and refused to refund/exchange the tire they sold us even though we had purchased the tire less than an hour ago with the receipt. Any reputable company that sold a damaged/dangerous part should stand behind there parts and at the very least exchange the item. This is a terrible way of doing business and from now on, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
raceway pick a part does NOT stand behind the parts they are selling, they will sell you a faulty/damaged part and refuse to refund/exchange the item even with a receipt. I would take my business to a more reputable company that stands behind there parts.
Terrible place to do business on 5/11/25 I had a flat tire on my wife’s vehicle, so I put the spare tire on the car and headed to raceway pik a part to buy a used tire. I purchased a tire for $30 and headed to the tire shop in Selmer to have the tire mounted. Unfortunately the tire technician had found a bad spot on the bead of the tire, and was unable to mount the tire I had purchased. Stuff happens not every part is good. So I brought the tire I had purchased about an HOUR ago back to raceway WITH my receipt to exchange the tire. But was told by the employee that they WOULD NOT exchange the tire or refund me my money, even though I had purchased the tire less than an hour ago. Said that tires are as is.
This is a terrible way of doing business, any reputable business that sold a customer a faulty/dangerous part should be able to take responsibility for the fact, and at the very least exchange the part.
After this experience I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere. DO BETTER PIK A PART.

They have a very friendly staff that has always been very helpful to me and a excellent selection of parts. If they don't have the exact thing you are looking for they will let you know what they do have that is compatible. I think that's pretty cool and I recommend them to anyone searching for good used parts at a fair price.

Reply: the closest other "self service yard" is Pull-A-Part and they are $1 for VIP & $2 for normal one time cx. So a couple things here, you there's no benefit to being a regular customer for y'all now, used to the guys would take care of us regulars. I would say some type of VIP, frequent puller or something is needed. Heck if you spend over $100 you should get your gate fee back. Anything!!! And bring back the $50 buckets!!!! Please ‼ But probably the biggest issue I have found here lately is the lack of organization in the yard, The yard is full of trash! It didn't used to be like this! They're still cars listed in the system that are no longer on the yard I can't tell you how many times I have tried to find something that said it was there and was not there and then you go and ask somebody and they say well "I crushed that last week" It happened again today except for another person! Just seems like the owners either don't care or put profit over customer experience! But what they don't realize is we would spend more money if we enjoyed our time there, felt like we had some value in what we were getting, I didn't have to shell out every time to go in the door three bucks I know that doesn't sound like a lot to you guys but if I go there everyday a week that adds up!
Gave them my money 5 different times even called ahead of time say they have the vehicles in stock and every time vehicles been crushed talk to management for the first time today to let them know my concerns and ask for a refund of 3 dollars was told no refund and for what they also have a problem pulling the good parts motor and transmission out at the junk yard leaving 3 nice shells of escapes lesson learn never again will I mess with place
I love it here. The staff is always friendly, they have a great selection of vehicles for you to snag parts off of. They have saved my butt more than plenty with used tires as well. Not including all the times I needed a part that couldn't be ordered elsewhere.
We called and they said they had the part. And after paying to get in they didn’t have the part. Charging someone three dollars just to look at your junk is kind of a ripoff. You should get something for your money.
Best place to find your used auto parts if you don't mind doing the work yea they have another part of raceway where they pull parts for you but I enjoy pulling the parts and seeing what's there
I love salvage yards! The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is the pricing is odd. If they would just include the fees into the price instead of having a price for a part then EPA fees and core charges it would be easier to pull what you want and know what it's gonna cost with out having to figure in all the fees as you go.
Good place if you can find the part you're looking for and have the tools you need to get it. Plus if you find it, you'd better have it in hand by closing (5) or they don't care bc you're leaving with or without it.
Love going here as long as they have a vehicle im needing parts for. Not many 13-19 Ford Taurus's in salvage yards that are local anyhow lol they are very reasonable on prices and nice guys work there know there sh*t too! Lol
Great deals on part if you know what your looking for. I bought floormats and cargo cover for a jeep.floormats were weathertec $20 for all Great deal. Make sure you bring tools. And its $2.00 to get in and you have to register at the window you pay at.
Sometimes you can find good stuff and it's always very reasonable prices. Very friendly customer service, the guy at the counter is very helpful and willing to assist when asked. Thank pik a part!!
Great place for saving money I just had one thing to sorta complain about they charge $2.00 just to walk through the place whether you find your part or not . Well managed employees are helpful and very knowledgable about parts and services. Just like going to a flea market all kinds of little treasures at good discounts for auto parts of all kinds .5 star
Nice and friendly staff. Everything was well organized. Definitely will be back and HIGHLY recommendable to ANYONE that needs a part or anything for a vehicle. You can also sign up for their text alerts and they even check up on you after you leave asking if you are satisfied with the part you pulled and if you need anything else and ask if you have any complaints or anything which I did not! I signed up for the rewards club and they will send you deals and promotions through out the month! Thanks.
Nickey and Wade never cease to amaze me, no matter the weather rain or shine they always get me in and out without any hassle. They always take care of with a smile on their face despite me not having much mechanical knowledge I never leave that business with the wrong part (unless they’ve warned me) much respect to these two along with their partners.
Good prices if you can find your make and model. It sucks that the vehicles aren't more organized. Makes it hard to find a specific vehicle if there is more than one of that model. Overall I think it's definitely worth a visit.
I like the place, and I love the concept of a pik and pull. But a part that should cost 20 bucks at a Pick-n-Pull can end up running you about 50 after random fees and charges. Just something I'm not personally a fan of
Fair prices, easy to get to MOST parts. I can't speak of the other employees since I generally only make it out when Wade is working, but, I can't recall ever seeing him less than happy. If you go during the summer, hydration is critical. Setting up a couple of cool down areas would be worth the investment.
Located on Old County Home Road in Savannah TN. Open Monday.- Saturday. We went and got some parts their just a few weeks back and my husband said the parts are cheap and good. Remember you have to pull your own parts. So don't forget to take plenty of tools with you to pull whatever parts you may be getting. They do not supply tools.
