Not sure these guys actually want to sell cars. I reached out multiple times about a vehicle they had listed on Facebook, but they kept dodging my questions. Responses like “Not sure this car would meet your standards” or “Not sure it’s what you’re looking for” aren’t helpful. Then the ad disappeared, even though the car is still on their website. If you’re in the business of selling older, auction, or rebuilt vehicles—that’s totally fine. Just be upfront about it and work on improving how you communicate with potential buyers. A little transparency and customer courtesy would go a long way. I was a serious buyer.
Edit: after I posted this review, within minutes. Someone I assume the owner or an employee there called me 12 times in a row, left a voicemail saying “they wanna talk about the Jetta now” and then texted me asking “if I was scared”.
Glad I didn’t do business with this place as it seems that they have some issues they need to work out not just on the business end but on the personal end as well.
Really consider your options before working with these people.
Guy had a Lexus ls430 listed under wrong year. Simply asked are you sure this is a 2000 when it’s an 04 plus. Get a response offended with horrible attitude. Cars been hit and above market price but simply asking a simple question and getting a response like that shows a lot about a business. Wouldn’t even waste my time there. Not really someone who writes reviews but that’s embarrassing. Solid job Chip
I've gotten a Mazda tribute in 2021 which still runs and drives wonderful but may of 2024 got a truck which does need work but hopefully it's not the differential like was told now the jeep however I was hesitant to get cause I don't like jeeps and that definitely applies today by far! Didn't have it a week had to buy a 200 battery within another week the alternator then about maybe a month later the tie rods and axles on front end after months of saving and repairing little by little it's yet back at the mechanic getting the back axles done! I paid 5000 for this and I now have about 2600 in repairs and still hasn't been a year I am mad but it is my own fault. But be careful and definitely have your own mechanic look first it has now been deemed not drive able

Anyone who gives a positive response to this place is just a friend or family member of someone who works here. There’s nothing good about this godawful place.
I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion on May 6,2021 . I paid $2,000 cash for the vehicle ( Pictures are with this review ) . The Next day I took all the paperwork they gave me to the post office and paid the fees to have everything sent off with a tracking number which the pictures are in here also . The paperwork made it to Nashville and and it left Nashville but now it's considered lost . I contacted Stephen Carroll and told him and his exact words was it's not his problem that it was my fault that I lost the paperwork and he gets smart with me and hangs up . I tried to call him back from my cell phone number and he would not answer so I turned around and called from a friend's number and he answered and he proceeded to tell me that if I will bring him $150 that he would send the money to the auction that the car came from and they would be able to get me a lost title . Mr Stephen told me and my father and my sister the day I bought the car that I would have my title back within 5 to 7 business days after sending everything off . I have talked to Nashville on Multiple Occasions and everyone at the Dept of Revenue stated that he knew it would take longer than 5 to 7 business days .
Today's date is July 2, 2021 and I do not have a title and it will soon be 3 months on the 6th of this month . I made multiple attempts to get my money back before the 30 day was up and Mr Stephen told me I was crazy if I thought he would give me my money back . I Recommend that Nobody buys from him , He is Very Rude & Very Disrespectful . I have everything present in this review and I will be talking to a Lawyer ASAP . Oh and let me not forget the last time I spoke to Mr Stephen he proceeded to tell me his family buys those vehicles all the time and that they haven't never had a issue like I have and l Like a couple of others have that recently bought vehicles from him . He will tell you flat out that they ain't nothing he can do and that you knew what you were doing the day of purchase and he hangs up . I will be going to a Lawyer ASAP
my husband and I looked at a vehicle at this dealership and my husband asked to test drive the vehicle and the owner or whoever the gentleman were wanted to go with us. which was fine but kind of weird. But ok, My husband liked the truck he saw which I warned him to wait and make sure the truck check out but he was in a rush and put a deposit on the truck but after the next day he changed his mind and wanted a refund and he would not give the refund back. stating that the refund non refundable. but in the document that he gave us did not state the it were non refundable. Now I am going to civil court to get the refund back.
Update: He actually think he can keep my deposit. If a person called you the next day you did not take it off for me . The law states : If the dealership has a refund policy clearly posted, or written on the sales contract or receipt, and it chooses not to honor that policy, you can seek legal recourse against the dealership. If the deposit amount is less than the small claims court maximum for your state, you can file a suit there. Small claims doesn't require a lawyer, and the filing and hearing process is relatively simple... so you do not have it posted nowhere and I have photos of your office inside and out.
I’ve dealt with these people twice and regretted it both times not because of the vehicles you expect that with cars that have salvage titles. No the people that run the place are rude and disrespectful I don’t care how good the deal is I would not deal with these people ever again
I purchased a car here 2 years ago and it still runs great. They have a large inventory and great prices. I showed up about 15 min before they closed just to look and ended up driving home a great car in no time. Just couldn't pass up a great deal. I will defiantly purchase from these guys again!!!
Good place to buy- but don't expect all chrome and fresh paint. If you are mechanically inclined, or even have some common sense, I would recommend them. They are honest, decent people, and I would recommend them. AGAIN, these are not picture perfect vehicles- they mostly need work, but they will be straight with you. Walk in with that mindset and you'll do great.
I have dealt with these guys on 3 separate occasions, my sister, my son, and just recently my wife. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure that we are satisfied with our purchases. My family and I highly recommend them!!!
Good people here. Long story short, they had a legal opportunity to screw me over and instead they put me in a great car at a great price. Treat them with respect and you'll receive it in return. I would highly recommend
For mechanics, body shops & the DIYs. Many only have light damage & are easily repaired. Love their advertising with the small car on top of container.
There over 2 hour be for service after talking to him 4 deffent times then after the 3 time hands my husban the batter pack then and told he for got about us been out there while eatting icecream . he showed up the key did not even work . then this ..
These guys are awesome! My friend bought a vehicle that was only missing a bumper for $5,000 below KBB!! I will definitely give these guys all the business I can send their way!! Go see them, you won't regret it!
Great experience, reasonably priced, damaged as listed, vechile drives great. Make sure you understand as is and a salvaged title. Overall great experience will buy again.
