We moved to the area about a year ago and needed a brake job. We have had great luck with every "local" business or contractors we have done business with and this Parts City is no exception. Fair, friendly, helpful, fast and efficient as well as reasonably priced. So much better than paying the dealer. We want to keep our business local and support our new community. Parts city is our "go to" repair shop from now on.
Just a Great place to get more than auto parts, the people are so very helpful and when you leave you feel like the experience was better than the other big box auto parts stores.

Awesome parts store and garage. I've been taking my vehicle to them for a few years now and couldn't ask for better service. They do a great job and have good prices and are always very friendly and accommodating.

They really do an excellent job of helping people with making sure they get the right parts for what's broke or won't work, needing information on ur vehicle and has super mechanics. There prices are great for being so close to home also being open a half day for the weekend where you work all week and can't get what you need cuz they're closed when you get home, so I'm so thankful for parts City of Sneedville Tn for being here!!!! Love this place. If you need anything, they work hard to find it. If they can't find it, it most likely doesn't exist. They are a very friendly group of people. They have always took their time and done all they could to help my husband and I. Their products are good quality also.
