Ricky was quick to assist foreigners that had car trouble on the way up 111. He helped us find a reputable shop (May and May) to get quick, courteous service. In an unfortunate event, it was good to have a friendly voice that helped us find assistance with our repair.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I needed a vehicle towed off my property and asked if they could do it. I was told a vehicle couldn’t be towed unless it was blocking my driveway. I informed the worker on the phone I had contacted a lawyer who found out the Tennessee code says you can tow after 12 hours it’s considered abandoned. The car was left two weeks ago and I offered to prove that from the police report when it was first left. They told me they can’t take it because it could be someone’s car that I just got into it with completely ignoring the fact I had proof it’s been abandoned for long enough. I was then told “if I’ve got a lawyer who knows so much about tow law then I can call someone else to do this”. Overall extremely unprofessional and can’t own up to their mistakes in their response to this review. I’d recommend any other business in Soddy. This dude is a waste of money and time.

They were very fast to pick my car up this morning and to take it to the shop for me! I would recommend for all of your towing needs!! Best tow company I’ve used thus far!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Started with gentleman who answered phone, gentlemen who picked up truck and gentleman who took payment. Very gentle with truck, chained it down. Backed in and pulled out driveway with ease. Most have to try several times to get in and out. Will most definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

Awesome people! I had a blowout on the interstate! They randomly pulled up and was way cheaper than others for the 60 mile tow back to my house. It was Sunday and I've got big tires. So nobody had any in stock that was open! Highly recommend!

It was late when I broke down. Called Legacy and they were there FAST. I’m really happy with Steve and his team. They treated me very good and the price was good. Later they got my invoice to me the way I needed it. If you ever need towing services they are the the company you should call. They are in my phone I hope I don’t need them but if I do they will be the one I call

Lifesavers... Caught a flat and had to stay the night. These guys picked me up from my hotel, took me to my vehicle, then picked up the vehicle and took it to get a tire. All done professionally,promptly, and didn't cost me an arm and a leg to it done. Will always recommend! PS good luck in the races guys

I had a great experience with Legacy Towing. He arrived exactly on time, towed my car to the dealership, and helped get it parked in the service area and checked in. Best of all, it was a great price. I definitely recommend Legacy Towing and will use them again if needed (though I hope I don't need to!)

Exceptional service with the team. Appointment time was 7am, they showed up at 6:58am ready to go! These guys are the only towing company we use. Any potential issues arise the team is considerate and professional with responses and timing. Simply can not recommend them enough if you are in need of towing assistance. Steve was great and easy to work with. I was not sure what to expect as my Geico roadside assistance selected Legacy Towing for my pick up. I left my keys with my vehicle and let Steve know where my vehicle was broken down. They let me know when my truck was picked up, and payment over the phone was quick and easy. I'd definitely use their services again and would easily recommend their services to others.

I called legacy this morning for a tow, they were wonderful and accommodated me in every way! They worked with me on price, they were fast, the service on the phone was wonderful (the tow guy called and was happy and in a great mood, and the main guy who takes all the info was fast friendly and considerate). They treated me like a human and not a number. I would absolutely use them again and if ever in a pinch, I would recommend them!

These dudes came to save us When no one else wanted to help. At first they couldn't spare anyone but after finding out everyone else denied us they came to the rescue. Listen, I believe his name was Rick, called his work partner out of bed to come help us. Steve was more than happy to come save us. 10/10 worked a budget out with us and all around an amazing crew. These guys really care about people On new years eve no doubt! As you can see this was not an easy job for them either. All the thanks to legacy towing

Legacy Towing was amazing... Steve picked up my vehicle and drove my son and I All the way to Chattanooga airport. I was very grateful for his kindness and generosity. I feel like Steve went above and beyond.

My battery died on the way to the store to get a new battery. Legacy were the only place I called that were willing to come give me a jump. When I said that I wasn’t sure if I would make it to the store from there and I was debating what I should do, he followed me to the store and said he would tow me if needed. That was a relief, the gentleman was so nice. Really great service and at such a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Great towing company with quick service and cheap price. My car broke down at the store so I had to have it towed to a mechanic and I was already back home and completely forgot to leave my key in the car and he even drove all the way to my house to get my car key and didn’t charge me for the drive. Super cool of him. If I ever need a tow company again, they are who I’m using. A+

My car broke down on the other side of Calhoun. These guys drove an hour and a half one way, at 10pm, on Labor Day to help me. No other “24/7” answered the phone. Kept good communication and got my car home perfectly. Great business.

From the time I googled search for a tow on Saturday until my motorcycle was delivered to my garage, the level of professionalism at Legacy was a uplifting experience. The gentleman who answered the phone was on the ball. He contacted his driver and I was off the road in 25 minutes. To see the experience that the operator took with my vehicle, loading and securing and rechecked all securement. The real pleasure took place in seeing a man work to his best and talk about the pleasure he took working at Legacy Towing. With pride and that degree of professionalism you want be disappointed. I understand that towing competition in and around chattanooga is tough but I see Legacy leading the way

Traveling from my husbands work project in Kentucky to our home in Florida for his weeks vacation, We had issues with our truck pulling our camper near Soddy Daisy so we decided to stop for a mechanic to make sure it was ok to continue to drive. We used our camper insurance road side assistance to tow our camper to a campground in the area. Once Steve was dispatched, he made immediate contact with us and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He was there within a few mins of our expectations. We had a very short window to get our truck to a mechanic before closing for the weekend and no one was even willing to look at the truck for 4 days. When Steve heard us discussing this, he made a call to a mechanic friend that agrees to run diagnostics on our truck. Steve graciously followed to the mechanic and picked me up to ride with him on to drop our camper at the campground. He offered to go back (20 mins) and get my husband if the truck needed repairs. It can be intimidating for a woman to ride with a stranger for 20 miles in an unfamiliar area. Steve was an absolute delight to chat with and when he found out we were selling our camper made a call to a friend looking to buy. When we arrived at the lot, he offered to connect the power, water, and sewerage pipes for me so I could go in and relax until my husband arrived and offered to drop me at a rental car location. He was extremely professional and yet made me feel like we could have been old friends. An absolute blessing from God on what had been a pretty rotten day. The good news is the truck needed a minor fix and we are back on the road to start my husbands vacation and spend his week off with our grandbabies and aren’t stuck wasting four days for a mechanic because Steve went above and beyond! An all around good old boy that we will forever remember his kindness! I would give him 100 stars if I could!
