I wrecked my truck on Friday 10-3-25 , I called Marks Toys but Soddy Daisy Police Department would not wait , so they got 4A Towing , so my mother and I went to pick it up on Monday 10-6-25 and we paid $360 for less than 10 mile towing , then as we were fixing to leave , I told the owner that Marks Toys Towing was coming to get me and my truck, the owner then rudely said “ NO THE HELL HE’S NOT !! “ , apparently this Buisness owner does not allow other towing services there, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And apparently the owner of 4A Towing hates and is jealous of Marks Toys , oh did I mention that this mean and jealous guy is a deacon at a church called The Gallelian in Soddy Daisy TN , I HAD TO DRIVE MY BARELY DRIVABLE TRUCK ACROSS THE RAILROAD TRACKS TO A PARKING LOT TO LET Marks Toys tow my truck home !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWING COMPANY TO ANYONE !!!
A friend and I was traveling and just as soon as we crossed over into Georgia we got a flat tire. 4 A Towing was Johnny on the spot, got to us in no time. Thank you for the fast response and thank you John for such friendly and courteous service.
Called this place after my car died on the interstate. Some dude answered with "hello??" And nothing else. And after I politely explained my situation he said "so what are you wanting to do?" Aren't y'all a business? Extremely unprofessional and rude, especially to people who are literally stranded.
To add an edit, I had to explain everything first because again, you answered the phone with "hello??" No name of business or anything, and again, asked me "what I wanted to do" so I explained just what my situation was. Also, first I asked "do y'all offer towing?" And was met with "yeah" don't be rude man. Not cool. Also didn't call y'all with the intention of "selling my car" I called to just get any information I could as breaking down is stressful and you decided to be rude about it
We were stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and no Jack 30 miles from home The gentleman who came to us Made it inside of 20 minutes and fixed it in less than five I can't be more happy or satisfied with their service
My car stopped on the interstate while going 70 on my way to work. I was a nervous wreck and Mike came to my rescue. He was so professional, respectful, gentle with my car & just a really nice man that made a lady with bad anxiety feel ok. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you
The nicest guy ever came and got me out of the snow all the way in Athens. This was the only place that would take my call. No where in Athens , Cleveland, or anywhere near would help. Thank you guys!!

After an afternoon on the lake we blew a tire trailering our boat home on Hunter Road. We didn't have a spare so we were in a tough bind. We were super glad Michael took the call for help. He was very professional and courteous, made sure he took care of our boat and trailer as he loaded it gently onto the flatbed. He was honest and did exactly what he said he'd do, later delivering and unloading it at the tire place with extreme care. Michael was a good dude and provided a solid experience during a stressful time!
These guys came in clutch when my car broke down after work. I called two places before them and both of them canceled on me, one of them canceled after leaving me waiting for four hours. Michael was fast and kind and made sure I wasn’t canceled on again.
Got them for roadside in Tunnel Hill hill GA this morning thru State Farm. The driver was prompt, professional, kind, helpful and saved me a trip to the dealer by recognizing the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
My insurance company referred me to them. The first tow company that came out refused to pull car out of ditch. Jeff & Roger came out right away, prompt, professional and did what other company couldn’t/wouldn’t. I will use no other tow company other that 4-A Auto Salvage ever again.
After the first towing company was unable to get down my driveway, 4A came to save the day. I don't recall the guys name but dude was a magician with his truck--my driveway is really not set up for a flatbed. Immense appreciation on my end.
We have been stranded over 3 hours on the side of the road not more than 6 or 7 miles from their towing facility and the supposedly took our roadside assistance tow request through Safeco insurance and now they won't answer their phone. It is off the hook,..busy. The towing service can't reach them either. Why would they accept a tow claim and then take their phone off the hook??? Don't use them on a Sat night whatever you do!!!
I called them up and they were so awesome and kind. I have never had to have a car salvaged and they literally had a truck heree and the car gone within minutes. The driver was very polite and super friendly 10/10 amazing and i am thankful.
Had my car impounded there I came to get my belonging out of exactly two weeks later and all my tools my suitcases and everything was gone out of by one of there mechanics and when I said something about it I was told usually anything over two weeks it’s free game on the personal belongings in the car to the employees there and like I said I came exactly two weeks after it was impounded that place is full of crooks and thiefs
After giving them the correct information about the parts I needed they gave me all the wrong parts then wouldn't take the parts back and give me a refund.
There was a local accident in front of my house, and just wanted to share how quickly the truck operator was able to smoothly extract and load the highly damaged vehicle and cleaned up the mess, ensuring that very little was left on my property (lots of debris from the two vehicles). The other towing company taking care of the other damaged vehicle had many difficulties loading the vehicle with precarious operations and did not assist at all in the cleanup.
The owner is a prick! My car got stolen and was recovered in Soddy and towed by this company and I didn't find out about it until a week later and the tow company was trying to charge me almost $500 to get my own car back. Tried to work with the owner on the bill and all he could say was I pay it in full or I couldn't get my car back! I was a victim of a crime and this place victimized me even more! The owners wife was able to work the bill down to $350 even tho that was way too much, but what choice did I have?? Will never ever recommend this place to anyone for anything.....update on review. The owner seen this review and called to apologize. Was very nice this time, but still doesn't change the fact of how I was treated from the get go. I accept the apology and have moved on from this experience.
A bunch of crooks. This is the worst towing company in the city. The owner is a real piece of work. They will charge you anything they can so your tow bill is as high as it can possibly be. Never use this company!
