Call Mark's toys for tow within minutes he was there took excellent care of my car got me home price was more than fair and I am exceptionally grateful for his professionalism and advice on extra insurance for roadside service

I have had two vehicles breakdown in a months time. Each time I have asked for Mark's Toys help, he has been quick to respond and very helpful! My daughter broke down in an area she wasn't familiar with and gave a general area where she was. He went above and beyond driving in the area until he came upon my car. So thankful to have a reliable wrecker service that's so quick to respond! Thank you for all the help! Will definitely be calling in the future!

Mark is a dishonest man. He claimed it took 4 hours to get my car. I know for a fact it took only 3. His driver called at 6 saying he was at my place at 8 he called back saying he had delivered it. His friend who arranged the pick up told me it cost me $350, Mark added $200 to the total cost. I would not have agreed to the price if my back was not against the wall. Mark added an hour just to pad his pocket. Update he cussed me out for this truthful review

Mark’s Toys was able to come twice as fast as another company and helped me cut through the red tape of my insurance app’s automated system by working directly with my agent. He was knowledgeable, fast and friendly and I will definitely call him again if I need towing again.

Helped my family when we were in a car accident. Got us home safely and even checked on us afterwards. Very friendly and great service! The only tow company my family uses!

I had to call Mark Toys today cause my truck broke down in Hixson. He was there in a flash and took it all way to my mechanic in Dayton. It was storming super hard and he helped us out with an umbrella. This guy is amazing. I highly recommend him!!! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

Huge shout out to Marks Toys!! From break down, to pick up only took 20min! With the excellent conversation, and even a tip to help me get my alternator handled for much less than I expected, the entire experience was easy as it gets when stranded on the side of the road! Mr Mark was a pro! 10 out of 10! Absolutely recommend!!

ive used marks toys towing service several times now & they have always been fantastic to deal with... a buddy of mine, whos a professional mechanic, recommended them to me, & he uses them exclusively... im in the customer service buisness myself so i appreciate good service, especially in a day & time where it seems to be in short supply... so in summary, they are good trustworthy fair & honest people giving good customer service, at a good price to boot... i honestly hope i dont have another vehicle break down again anytime soon, but i know who im calling when i do... god bless & thank yall!

Don’t ask for an estimate, because Mark has no clue what that means. He fixed a car that I DID NOT authorize him to, and held it hostage until I paid for what I did NOT ask him to do. This guy is a total waste of skin. He was so mean. I have no idea how his rating is that high unless he did it himself. And yes, this guy is the same person that had a car business in a different place in Soddy. I never forget people like that. Hiding behind the Bible to make himself look better.

I have to say, my daughter called this week and told me her car just stopped in the middle of the road on her way to work (on middle valley rd right off of Daisy Dallas). We live right down the rd so I got in my car and went to see what was going on! I was on my way to a dr appt and was panicking on how we (2 women) were going to move this car that wouldn’t move. I told her we are going to have to call a tow truck and I look to my right and no joke, a Tow truck turned off of Daisy Dallas onto Middle Valley. (I hadn’t called one yet) Needless to say it was Andrew from Mark’s Toys and he was on his way to pick up a key to get another car and happen to drive up on us. He was so sweet and immediately picked it up and towed it to our repair shop and bill the insurance company for us and took great care. Long story but I would recommend them to anyone. He was awesome. Thanks Andrew!

I have used Mark's Toys twice, from two different locations. My auto technicians, Crouse Automotive, recommended them to me. Both tines they have been on time, they communicate great, and they make the process super easy. I recommend them to anyone in the area needing a tow.

We only use Mark for any/all of our towing needs, even if we are out of town. There have been quite a few tows…too many to count. He is honest, efficient, timely, dependable & affordable. I wouldn’t use another company!

After being stranded & needing a tow, Mark’s Toys came to my rescue. First called TDOT, plus two other tow services who could not accommodate. Should have called Mark first! Quick and courteous. I had waited for 3 hours for triple A. And Mark’s came right away. They also knew right where to take me to get the help I needed. My tire sensor was broken off and my tire was completely flat.

I had a tire blowout on 27 and Mark had my truck picked up and in my driveway in no time. Highly recommend this towing service. Very courteous driver as well. Hopefully you don't need a tow, but if you do, call Mark's Toys.

So my car broke down on me on my lunch break today and State farm sent me the phone number to Marks toys and what a great experience it was! Not only were they prompt in picking me up while standing out in the hot sun, Andrew was such a joy, and such a courteous young gentleman. I highly recommend this company for your towing experience.! I called Mark for a tow. He said he’d be there within 15 minutes. Meanwhile, a friend arrived and was able to get my van started. Shortly after, Mark arrived and was very kind and understanding when I told him I no longer needed a tow. He was not going to charge me anything, but I insisted on something. I will not hesitate to call him in the future!

Prompt and friendly service. It only took about 45 minutes for the truck to arrive. The price was fair and the service was friendly. They had me at the tire shop with in the hour of my first call even the day after Christmas (And the day of serious communication break downs) Marks Toys was available and willing to help even with the complications. I would highly recommend this towing company in for the soddy daisy area.

My car broke down and we contacted a different wrecker service, after waiting for almost 2 hours and unanswered calls from the other company I called Mark’s Toys. They assured me it would be 20 minutes and verified which vehicle they were picking up. A few minutes later the original company showed up, I called marks toys and cancelled. He assured me that was fine and was extremely nice about the whole situation. I know which company I will be using in the future! Great customer service!
