Do not use this business if you can avoid them. They won't answer the phone, or hit the f you button when you do. My mother's car caught on fire after they finished "working" on it. BURNED to the ground.

There are a bunch of really good wrecker services in Chattanooga. And I happen to be an expert at buying cars that will break down on me at the worst possible place at the worst possible time. I only use Broome's. That man's ability to extricate a car from impossible places is nothing short of miraculous. And as I've gotten to work with him repeatedly, I know he is consistently that guy.
I highly recommend Broome's Wrecker Service for your towing/wrecker service needs. My car was literally stuck between a rock and a hard place when I called Broome's. It was late on a Friday afternoon during high traffic; my car was partially blocking the right lane of a busy road. A very helpful lady answered and gave me an estimated time of the wrecker's arrival. The tow truck driver arrived in the stated time frame and was very professional and courteous. He quickly assessed my problem and began to resolve it. His son came to assist and in no time I was on the road again. Fortunately my car did not need to be towed. But I now know that wrecker services do much more than tows. They help stranded drivers. I'm grateful for their aid and would call on them again!

A few weeks ago my car broke down on I 24 about 25 miles out of town. Broome's came to tow my car. They came much quicker than promised and were very professional and courteous. I expected to pay a high price for them driving so far out, but was pleasantly surprised by how much was charged.

Really a good guy deep down, just be straight, no bs. Let them know if your having issues. Do what you say and they 9 out of 10 times will be able to help you. Both times one of are leased out cars got towed by them, due to unreasponsible renters,
they where very understanding when 1 of the renters needed to make payments through the week to get the car back. Really nice people, just overlook the busyness may get the best of them but call or come by at other time.

Fantastic experience with Broome's this morning. They were quick to respond and J.R. provided outstanding service and even offered up some advice to help me with my car after it has quit several times while driving. Highly recommend their service!
The Best part about Brooms is they have drivers on call, at all times. The downside to Brooms is the service reps. Although polite, the service rep was unwilling to negotiate a tow. You're better off calling Yates Towing, spending the extra $35, to get reliable service. Brooms was unwilling to negotiate.
The staff at Broome exceeded all my expectations for a wrecker service. They were so friendly and helpful going above and beyond what was necessary. Couldn’t say enough good things about them!
