Called Ikard towing to take care of a unit that was shutting down. Ashely took information on unit and dispatched a tech out and checked unit out and advised unit needed towed to our shop. My car wouldn’t start in the cold. Called them to bring me a battery after a little time of waiting at the gas station my car decided to start. Called them back to let them know and they didn’t charge me a dime even after purchasing a battery for me. Definitely will use in the future.

I was in town and my car wouldn't start. I called Ikard and Blake showed up in a jiffy and got my car to the repair shop. He was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with their service!
This was our 3rd time using their services this year. Previously for broken down truck, this time for a ditch incident. They have been great every time and easy to work with. Blake was super helpful. He didn’t dilly or dally getting to us or getting us back out and about. He also give me some pointers on fixing a previous bumper incident (gift from a tire rolling down I-24 without a car attached).
Though I hope to not need them again, I will definitely use them if the need arises.

We were stranded in the middle of nowhere with engine trouble and 50 miles from our destination. We contacted our insurance company to find a towing service. They were not helpful. I reached out to Ikard & they were quick to respond and sent someone to us. Mark was professional, kind, and our hero!
I was out of town for a work trip with a coworker when my Jeep wouldn’t start on Wednesday, but we weren't able leave until Friday afternoon when the class had finished. I spoke with Jason, who was great to work with us and helped schedule a pickup. Mark came to get us and was just the nicest guy, he helped load our luggage and made us feel completely at ease during the long ride home. Excellent service all around. I had to have my vehicle tolled today and I called and Mark showed up within less than 15 minutes. Mark was very professional handling my vehicle, the care and time. He will be the one I call on from now on.
Ikard towing was swift and excellent help. Tommy arrived within a few minutes of our request. The car and keys were delivered safely and with no problems. Their prices are very fair and I will definitely call them again if I am ever in the sorrowful state of needing a tow.

I called Ikards Towing after my car over heated on the side of I-24. I am from out of state and literally did not even know my location. Mark arrived quickly (within 30) minutes of my call. He helped me get a rental car and towed my vehicle to a local dealer and put it in for service in the night drop for me. My experience with their service was exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Mark was so kind and helpful! He called to check in and make sure we were safe within 5 minutes of speaking with the dispatcher and let us know he was 15 minutes away. He showed up and got us all set to go within 10 minutes. Thank you, Mark!!!
Ikard Towing, litterly can not trust anyone but them, I've used them so many times, Amazing communication, service is honest and sincere. My own dad was a tow truck driver, for over thirty years in California, Im very awear Of the companies that care and the ones that are just doing a job. These people care. These people care about your family, it's not all about the money, of couse they have to live as well, But they want you safe, your children safe, and THAT is the job. It's a crazy idea to use anyone but Ikard Towing. Tommy Frisbee was my driver, clearly knew what he was doing, and clearly as you can see from my pictures, he cared about my children's safey, he wasn't "just a tow truck driver" and Ikard Towing wasnt "just a tow company". Ikard towing really helped me out last night. I was in a predicament and called a few towing companies, but Ikard towing was the only one who came through. They went above and beyond to help me out. I want to give a big thank you to the two drivers Phillip and Jason, thank y’all so much and god bless y’all. If it wouldn’t have been for y’all I don’t know what we would’ve have done.
