I’m not from the area and had an unexpected issue coming through. Even though I didn’t actually need a tow, the team at Malones was incredibly helpful. Jacob and Issa went above and beyond to assist me their customer service was outstanding! They were friendly, patient, and made sure I got the help I needed even though it wasn’t a towing situation. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine service now a days. I really appreciate their kindness and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of honest, reliable service.
Locked my self out my car and Malone's guys took care of me less than 20 minutes after the call I was back into my car very professional and friendly will gladly use them again

A couple weeks back, my truck blew a water pump just as I was pulling in to park at work, and my State Farm Roadside Assistance sent Malone's when I called in for a tow to the mechanic. It was a very simple and solid experience, the driver was really friendly, and I just drove the truck up onto the flatbed they sent. They had it dropped off at the mechanic within just a very short time thereafter, no fuss, no bother!
I'd definitely want Malone's to show up if I end up with another car problem in the future, they're good people and good at their job!

Very thankful for the help last week on I81 when my driver's side wiper arm broke and I couldn't drive in the rain. Malones found me even though I wasn't sure where I was, and got me to a dealership to have it repaired. Very friendly and calming when I was in a panic. Thank you, again!
Best towing service you could ever get and they work as a team, very good you can’t even tell who’s the boss, he’s driving like employees one of his driver told me this guy is the boss! I wish I asked the driver his name he’s on his late 50s pushing 60 he drive blue tow truck! He drives me next to my hotel! Thanks
I had to wait for over an hour before the driver arrived but he did drop me off on the way to deliver my car to my mechanic's shop. The driver also apologized for taking so long. I would call on them again if needed.
Wonderful experience considering the circumstances...so prompt & understanding and overall helping me very nice people & the driver Bobby he was amazing and did an awesome job!!

As a matter of fact I had it towed home and now it has to be towed back to the mechanic so I intend on calling them this morning and have them tow it to the mechanic I was highly impressed with their service and just overall experience!! Way to go Malone's
They clearly had never run a rotator before and billed me 1000 dollars an hour to teach them how to run a rotator and use a shovel. 6000 dollar teaching lesson I paid for their nitwits. Do NOT EVER use this company. The worst accident in this whole process was hiring malones wrecker and expecting professionals to show up to do the job.
Service was very prompt. I had to tow to one location,and had to call later for another tow back home. I did not have to wait very long and prices are a lot better than most!!
Would highly recommend these guys. Not only were they very professional, but I can not complain about the rate they charged. If you ever need a tow around Morristown TN give these guys a call. Didn't have to wait hours for them to show up either. Great job!
Malone's is the most inexpensive and most efficient wrecker service in this town. They quoted me a tow rate $20 to $50 cheaper than everyone else. I was able to request service online. The dispatcher stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. My jeep was in my driveway less than 2 hours from when I requested service. They made a horrible day a little bit better with great service. Thanks for a job well done. It's greatly appreciated.

The driver was friendly and very professional on delivering my vehicle to the shop. I will use Malones wrecker service again when I need them. There pricing was very reasonable too.
One of their tow trucks nearly killed me on the highway. We have two young children in the car and the Maloney’s wrecker service tow truck was bullying our car, on our tail while it was pouring rain. They may be good at wrecking but some of their lack of care for human decency and safety is appalling!
I had to tow my truck today, I called Malone’s Wrecker Service, they showed up very quickly, towed my truck to Freightliner, overall was a great experience, the guy was very nice and the price was reasonable, hope you don’t have to use one, but if so this is the way to go
My radiator blew while I was in a long line at the pharmacy. I called the service and got an immediate answer. Did not have to wait but a few minutes. Driver was extremely nice and professionally. He delivered my jeep to the shop and did a great job. I will use this company in the future if I need to. Thank you!!
My son had a flat tire on the interstate and we used Life360 and they sent out Malone's to pick up his car and take him to Walmart to get a new tire put on. The driver stayed with him until we could get there and we were not expecting him to do that, but were very grateful that he did. He got to my son very fast was a huge help. I had to use this service for my vehicle that broke down this morning and I just had to leave a review. I had the nicest tow truck driver I have even met. He explained everything so well and even let my little girl “help him” load our vehicle. He also told me about a rental place and showed me my tires were in bad shape which I had no idea about. He was very professional and just a super nice guy! I would highly recommend this service.
